Food gave me belly ache and food was hard . Wont come to this branch again. Take my advice

The Delivery didn’t even arrive - I was meant to give the courier a code to complete the delivery but the courier just marked the delivery as “delivered” and never arrived

Always happy to stop off here for a quick bite to eat after a busy day in the office - you know exactly what you are getting when you visit - predictably filling and pocket friendly!

It never came! I’ve called the restaurant multiple times, they have said there are no drivers. Now i’ve received that it has been ‘delivered’. What it’s going on??

The driver contacted the wrong number and by the time he arrived the food was cold

it's sad that KFC is gonna die because of it's stingy and terrible management! don't buy from swiss cottage guys. they will cut off and reduce the size of anything they possibly can.

Burger contained a spicy zinger fillet, not what I ordered. Wings and original piece of chicken were small and over cooked.

Manager doing bad behaviour and also I found hair in my food.

It was perfect I got everything I asked for the delivery guy was polite. It’s not the closest to me but I always get a good service when I’m working in the area, so I ordered online. It’s better than Cricklewood!

Shockingly bad. Asked for a few drumsticks, got none. Took ages to arrive. Greasy, bland, dry chicken. Soggy chips. Even the coleslaw was tasteless. Never again.

very quick for delivery. Food was hot but portion of 'small' chips was a bit dramatic, it was so small. fillets were tasty. completely over prices for such a small portion

Delivery man was at a different address..on the same side. He didn’t know my correct address he said.

Last Sunday, 07/21/2024, I placed an order for a Colonel's Crowd Pleaser: 6 pcs and to my disappointment, the chicken was burnt and dry, it looked like it was cooked in old oil or overcooked, I always bought it at KFC in Swiss Cottage and I never had any problems, but this time it left something to be desired.I always made a point of paying the shipping fee for Uber with this establishment because I live a little far away, even because I liked the quality of the food, but here's the lesson that I will never buy from this establishment again, let the record show my dissatisfaction with the quality of the food, I found it very disrespectful because KFC's prices are not cheap at all.

Food was good; Chicken was warm, moist and crispy yet not overcooked. Fries were fine, meal was delivered in good time. Satisfied.

The chicken was very greasy. Very small place and no bathroom

they only sent one zinger burger and chips I'm meant to have two. I complained earlier but nothing happened.

Chicken was ok but the service/atmosphere was horrible due to the bald man with a mustache. Looked like he was the manager. He was barking orders to his already-busy staff without actually helping. Then told an Uber eats delivery driver they were too busy to fulfill his order after he’d waited an extra 5 min (there were 5 customers in the store and at least 4 staff…lol…”busy”…). “just cancel it, not my problem” Rude and unprofessional. Felt sorry for the delivery driver and staff

I'm from Cape Town South Africa and have had KFC from all over the world...I am convinced that this is the worst KFC chicken I've ever had...the recipe seems altered and the chips are just broken, burnt and shocking

My order never came and the driver didn’t even bother to contact me to let me know where he was . If he was lost he should have contacted me and I would have been able to get my order.

just like any kfc kinda trash. was having some lunch but the guy next to me was getting dismembered so my meal wasn’t as enjoyable as i hoped

Should be zero but can’t give zero, delivery driver gave food then snatched it back and gave me the wrong food, even after trying to show him my order on my phone, he didn’t even look and got very confrontational and drove off so he messed up two people’s order for absolutely no reason at all obviously I’m expecting a full refund and hopefully the delivery driver either improves or finds a different calling as he sucks at this job - absolutely appalling service

Poor service expected me to take food that had been stood for over 5mins whilst they prepared the other items it’s like getting the chips and gravy first then waiting for the rest one is evitably cold. Rude attitude and stinking servive

rude driver, waited for me to go on the road and take the meal, although he called and I gave him instructions which flat it is and which floor. The bag with the food was torn apart and he was trying to hold the food to avoid further damage. Terrible service for the fee I paid. Never again.

Awful I paid £3.49 for a bottle of Pepsi and did not receive it I want a refund for that Pepsi.

The food was freshly made and delicious as always. Staff were very Friendly.

For the very first time, the mashed potatoes were very hot (almost as if they were just made! WOW!) and with the gravy and the popcorn chicken, it was a great dinner. Thank you, Swiss Cottage KFC!!

Very bad experience, KFC is only 10 mins away, the delivery guy went to several other deliveries before finally deliver the food 40 minutes after placing order, 30 minutes after picked up the food from the restaurant. The food is cold, not happy, want my money back.

Called to complain that my order had not actually been received as the incompetent driver delivered elsewhere and the attendant at this branch was very unhelpful and unsupportive- will not be ordering from them again.

The rider went off to deliver another order first. We are about 6 minutes from KFC Swiss Cottage, and yet we never get our order delivered first. This is poor customer service. We could not eat the food it was so cold.

Awful experience. Order was 2 hours late and then the driver went the wrong way. It was midnight when it arrived and I had to wait outside to make sure our communal flag bell was not rang that late. I rejected the order as it was cold after being driven around for 30 mins and the driver would not leave, kept ringing me consistently. I also rang KFC earlier and they were incredibly rude, saying I should have used Uber eats and that it’s not their fault. Ridiculous experience.

Delivered almost 2 hours after order

Witnessed the deliver driving the opposite way from the map, delaying the delivery. When they arrived the bag was torn, the contents tepid and the chicken skin seemed under cooked and sticky rather than crispy.

Bag was wet,one of my drinks ended on the floor and content on my clothes...

Food freezing cold delivery driver stopped for 5 mins and then had a chat with someone for another couple mins and I have frozen food!

Terrible experience!!! Just got home with my food and there are items missing from my order, items I have paid for! On top of that my mini fillet burger doesn’t have a shred of lettuce on it. I don’t have the energy to drive back there to get the chicken they failed to give me! So annoying!!!

I’m a local and an American so I have to deal with this place. But if this place was in the USA they’d have been out of business years ago. It’s sad KFC licenses their business, but every once in a while, we buy it out of nostalgia. The staff and experience here are super terrible, but it’s the only local KfC.

The items were over fried too much and caused stomach upset. The colour was also very dark. I don’t recommend this anymore to anyone. I regret ordering these last night. I want my refund for this. A very bad experience I have to say!!! Poor quality of food.

Being late is not a big deal; the attitude of the staff KFC and the way she spoke to me is a huge problem. Any way, the driver went to the wrong direction from my address. I called a phone number which was on the order confirmation. A women answered and told me to call the driver not the restaurant. I told her there is one phone number, which is the restaurant; and I asked her to give me the driver phone number. She said "there is a driver number call, it's somewhere". She was very aggressive and dis-respectable. And she hang up while I was talking to her. I called again, but no answer.

KFC used to be good. Tiny pieces of chicken and burgers with no salad just thrown together now.

We’ve tried several KFCs on here and the experience has been less than good. This was so different! Everything delivered hot and nothing missing. Great!

Kfc is right next to my house and he went and delivered another order to someone further and the food was very cold

Delivery man was rude and aggressive

While I ordered at a busy time (Friday evening), I'm disappointed that not only was the delivery late, the chicken seems over cooked, despite being lukewarm and my "free" popcorn chicken was missing... Pity, I'm usually very satisfied with KFC Swiss Cottage service.

From the first delivery time given it arrived 25 mins beyond that estimate. Now I remember why I try not to use Just eat. According to the app the rider was at the restaurant waiting for the food for over 20 mins. Then he does another delivery on the way to me, so was my order held up to allow him to make the extra delivery on the way to me.

Got about 15 chips, all the chicken was stuck together and dripping in grease, the can of drink was warmer than the chips

The food is not bad at all but I have problems with the staff. They are very rude and have no manners. Whenever I buy fried chicken there's a preference I have for chicken parts. I saw the lady on the till telling one back staff preparing my meal that what I ordered is weird then she quickly turned to see if am listening. I just chose to ignore them. They are very untrained and disrespectful. Most of the times, they ignore you on the till too.

While the food is usually good, as in its not been kept in a warmer for too long, why do you never get the bottle of soft drink delivered with it? This happens so often I don’t even bother complaining anymore, just accept that you probably won’t get anything to drink.
