Great place to start my Sunday morning. Great coffee fantastic breakfast

Great bagels from the bakery (which doesn't seem to have its own Google listing). It's such a shame they pack them in plastic bags, especially when this is done before the bagels are fully cooled. This leads to condensation inside the bag, which affects the texture of the bagel and isn't great from a longevity perspective

Wonderful spot for brunch! I adore my chicken soup and fresh orange juice. Thank you all for consistently taking care of my late lunch.

I’ve only ever been to Roni’s for their amazing hot chocolate made with real chocolate flakes usually made by the lovely Ifssy but I decided to go there for brunch, I was undecided between the eggs florentine and vegetarian breakfast , the beautiful Camillia surprised me with a merge of both ,with her warm and friendly service it certainly put a bit of sunshine in a grey and wet afternoon! thank you for going the extra mile and making our experience fantastic !

Quite surprising that i have had a bad experience here when other times i loved it. We ordered a hamburger and a florentine. For the burger, it was not cooked properly. It was raw in the middle. Furthermore, i was brought the wrong dish. Highly disappointing since i am allergic to avocados and brought a dish with avocados. They took it back and brought me the correct one. At least my smoothie was good !

I had a fantastic experience at Roni’s Coffee Shop! The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, and the staffs are really friendly. The coffee is amazing. I absolutely love this place! The caramel latte is delicious, and the pastries are always fresh. I highly recommend it.

The place was absolutely filthy! From the table we sat at to the sticky floors, to the restrooms which seemed to have been last cleaned some time last year. 🤢🤮 The food was well below edible, and the service was tolerable at best. Sort yourself out Roni’s

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Roni’s but today was an absolute disaster. Multiple diners complaining about waiting and food not arriving. I ordered a salad and smoothie… left after 45 minutes of waiting. There are some serious issues with service here! There seems to be an increasing number of disappointed reviews.

Today I took my parents to Ronis to get some filled bagels. We were repeatedly confronted by the staff who showed clear signs of being uncomfortable with us perusing the goods. They made me feel as though they were scared I was a thief. I would suggest if they are uncomfortable with customers being too close to the products on display, which by the way, are wrapped in plastic… either put them behind a screen or put a sign up asking customers not to self serve and to ask staff. They made me so uncomfortable that unfortunately I will not be going again and will not be taking any other friends or family. I’ll be going to Panzers instead.

Shockingly bad customer service, servers need urgent training, please assume that people coming will actually pay for what they’ve purchased and not do a runner. Please give them time to choose. I shan’t be visiting again.

My 3rd time ordering the mixed berry smoothie. By far best I’ve ever tasted!!!! Super refreshing, great taste & lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Super kind workers who attend to me as soon as I step in. Roni’s cafe is now my regular :)

Every Friday, I take my 1.5 and 4-year-old daughters to Roni's for fish and chips. I just wanted to share how wonderful Lydia has been in taking care of us. She's always accommodating, greets us with a smile, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

What a great place for breakfast! The coffee is excellent, the food fresh and tasty with a Mediterranean flavour and the service is attentive and pleasant. It's my go-to morning treat.

I dislike giving bad reviews but the waitress working there is definitely going to stop business from coming to this cafe. I walked into the cafe at 7PM - I checked online that they close at 8PM and all I wanted was to have a coffee with my friend, when I walked in - the waitress did not want to serve me and said ‘we are closing soon’ I said the cafe closes at 8PM and its 7PM, there is an hour left - she said ‘we clean at 7:20’ i said I want coffee please, she said okok in such a rude way. Then the waitress came outside after 5minutes saying - ‘what milk’ I said normal, she said ‘ok’ 20 minutes later, I went inside the cafe and asked kindly, where is the coffee? She said ‘sorry we closed the machine’ i said excuse me? She did not have the courtesy to even let us know. I asked for her name she refused to give it and kept saying we need to clean the cafe. I think all restaurants and cafes need to clean but they start cleaning after they close not while customers are inside. I will never go back there again and definitely won’t recommend the place at all. I have never seen a waitress behave in such a rude manner. Polite staff members with etiquette bring more business, whereas rude staff members make a customer never come back again. Zia Lucia was definitely more accommodating and super respectful.

Super nice place, I love a local bagel shop. I got a salt beef bagel, the bagel was super nice but the salt beef was really low quality. Very thin and kinda fell apart into little pieces as you ate with a weird texture and not a strong taste. If there was more effort with the quality of the meat for that it'd definitely be a regular order for me. Would still recommend the spot though.

Absolutely the BEST vanilla milkshake I have ever had! Extremely friendly staff and service. Excellent food. Brilliant atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend. Looking forward to breakfast there tomorrow.

Fantastic breakfast,.. great options… friendly staff,.. awesome location. However after writing a review,.. then was chased out of the shop with the assistant asking if o had paid. Poor !!!!

The food here has good range, however is on the dearer side - even for London. The website menu has not been updated to reflect this. The food is lovely, though, and the portions are average size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is good; its often busy and full of chatting!

Absolute outrageous coffee shop, most discriminating coffee shop on west end lane, you should be sued, how disgusting can this be, to go in and apply for a full time barista and then they tell you they don’t hire iranian. Will never purchase from here, watch how I will report you

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately my visit was so disappointing that I actually still can’t believe it. We were looking for a nice place that serves Israeli food for 5 family members get together. Did some research, looked online and chose Ronis for the large variety and vegan options offered. Drove an hour and half from SW, arrived super excited for ordering food just to be told ‘oh, the menu that you saw online is an old one’ not even apologising for it. Okay, so no vegan options for 2 of us. Took us awhile to find something that we can have, finally ordered, then the waitress come back after few minutes, ‘we don’t have it today’ again, no ‘sorry’, just a blank stare. So we ended up with a side salad and a sabich sandwich with no egg. I asked for a a bit of thini to put on top my salad, and to my horror found out only when the bill arrived they charged us £2.50 for it! What a joke. Not to mention the £0.50 for oat milk. I mean… it’s 2024 ffs! Overall, not a pleasant experience. There were other incidents that I just choose not to mention as this review is long enough already. Staff aren’t very knowledgeable nor friendly and we just wanted to finish up and go as quickly as we can. 2 stars and not 1 cause the coffee was great despite the outrageous milk charge.

The staff at ronis are always so welcoming and kind as well as extremely helpful! The food as well is a must try! Definitely the best coffee and babka in London! Lydia was the best server I’ve ever had!

Staff try their best, location and atmosphere is great. Food a disaster… feels like they open microwave boxes from Iceland supermarket and serve them. Everything is the lowest possible quality…

Bagel was rock solid and overpriced. Asked for another. Also rock solid. Decided to forget it and go somewhere else. A friend of mine used to work here and the owner refused to disclose his exact hourly wage rate until he was employed for several weeks. Unsurprisingly it turned out to be less than minimum wage! Avoid like the plague

Lovely cafe with outdoor seating. Service was excellent as was the food and atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Bring your doggie bag. Good portions.

Lovely food and the bagels are amazing but what’s with the conspiracy against water?! We asked all three waitresses working, and asked two of them twice before they brought us water by the time we were finishing our meal. Then the couple next to us also had to ask twice… Feel like they could have carafes on the table to avoid this! Overall would come back as I’d hope it was just an off day 🤗

I went in for one was told ireservedd then people next to me says I can take their seat so I did as they left . Then told that tables was reserved it was Also reserved . I I think it should be e first come first served . Not be returning bad service

Roni's has an amazing service. They treat you as a king or queen when you get in. And the food is awesome.

Food looks and tastes good if a little overpriced. What spoiled everything was the poor attitude and service from my waitress. Unfriendly. Borderline rude. I heard her telling another staff member that she works there 6 days a week. I’ll never return to Roni’s Cafe.

Read an article that Hygiene food rating is 0. “Widespread mice infestation. The chef was unaware of existing problem. When questioned – chef didn’t indicate that he would notify manager if droppings were found”

Best breakfast in West hampstead.

Pros: This place offers not-bad juice and a nice location. Cons: When we arrived at 7:20 pm, I asked if I could sit outside and was told yes. At 7:30 pm, we were told they would close in 15 minutes after making us pay the bill. Very unprofessional behaviour. She should have said immediately that they were closing soon. Moreover, the opening hours are not displayed. We would went somewhere from the beginning. They wanted us to spend money without enjoying it. I don't like. Not recommended at all.

Favourite little spot on the highstreet, with big breakfasts and lovely coffees. Pick up some breads in Roni's bakery nextdoor on your way home.

Great place. Those in the know come here to eat. Good portion sizes and the food is decent enough quality. It's not expensive considering prices around that area. Coffee is lovely. Recommend the banana and Nutella pancakes!!!

I thought before writing this but it is not fair for trusting customers. Went there yesterday (Aug. 9th) around 4pm for late lunch. Was about to order when I spotted green flies inside the food counter, standing on the chicken I was about to order. Made the waitress aware and left immediately. Will never go back

Great portions and a solid selection of breakfast options. We had the vegetarian breakfast and the Greek breakfast. Both were very good and quite filling for a good price. Staff were amiable and helpful. Service was quick.

Decent food, very slow service and you need to repeat things twice

I always walked passed Roni’s and really want to try their coffee. The cafe is between 2 other coffee shops at the side of the street. As soon I I stepped in the cafe I like the atmosphere and the lady barista I like her! The coffee is not that strong but I can’t complain. I love the atmosphere!

Average coffee, obscenely expensive, scattered service. A shame but there are plenty of lovely cafes in the area.

I ordered a canned apple juice drink and half way I was checking the can and flipped it over to reveal that the expiry date was from October 2022. No big deal, I kindly told them so that they are aware and they said that they wouldn’t charge for it. I wasn’t expecting it and never asked for a discount, but kindly appreciated that. Finished my breakfast, the bill comes, I pay and before I leave I check the bill….they charged me for my expired juice. I didn’t say anything and just left because I am not a drama lover….but thanks guys !

I've been reccommended by a friend. Unfortunately the quality was poor and the price was high. 8£ for 2 small slices of red velvet which was very dry and stale. My same friend's agreed that the quality went down. I decided to give another chance today but unfortunately the situation doesn't change. Probably the bread is nice, but the sweets are not. Disappointed.

We came in quiet time on Friday afternoon.Ordered chicken soup which was delicious and pot of peppermint tea.I took pistachio cake ad take out which was nice too.

No wifi. Tiny tabes. They tell you to move in the middle of eating your pastry to make way for others. This is after you've already paid extra to eat in.

Stopped here with a friend for coffee and sandwich as it looked inviting.However on ordering the bill came up higher. Confused,we asked why and was told the additional was for eating in, this was an additional £6. No where on the menu, the white board or on the prices on counters are eat in/take out prices displayed. The Male staff member serving was indignant and when I commented that due to the locality of the buisness I presume that most people do not question this issue, he smirked (interesting 🤔) Please Make your prices eat-in/take-out evident!

Local breakfast spot in West Hampstead. We had an absolute great time thanks to the very pleasant staff and the food of course. The English breakfast was quite tasty and the fresh juice was real good too. They also serve alcoholic drinks and have a variety of bagels, sandwiches… there’s plenty to chose from and I would definitely come back soon :)

This shop is always my first choice for cakes , delicious and moist and always fresh , lovely staff and very helpful. Edit : This shop was always my first choice for cakes , I went yesterday to get tarts but was surprised by how much the prices had gone up The strawberry tart is for 25.90 £ and other tarts 14.90 £ not affordable anymore but had to get them since I was in a rush to a party and needed dessert.

decent food and a decent selection of offerings, as important and more of a rarity, the staff are polite and respectful and actually use the words please and thank you, which is becoming very rare amongst the service industry at the moment, given that they are young girls it is even more surprising .. Pride is taken by the owners of this store, again this is something of a rarity, the premises are kept clean, tidy and hygienic something that can not be side by many other chain cafes in the local area ... Roni's is probably the nicest and one of the better options in West Hampstead and has probably some of the better standards on offer

They have a bakery next door and the quality of their sourdough at present is absolutely marvellous. Top level sourdough, delicious!

Waited for an hour, putting up with bad service, and then they tell us that they don’t even have our food order in the kitchen. The heaters outside don’t work, and the canopy leaked. Will definitely not come back.

Today l had been there with my manager l ordered a wrap of chicken and avocado but the wrap doesn’t have an avocado. They haven’t been honest about their menu. Chips was nice.

Absolutely NO avocado in what they call a chicken & avocado wrap and had to pay full price (£12) even after raising concern with their so called manager:sonia - she said a can of 7up was on the house... as if thats what I wanted to eat for lunch! a mealdeal is far better!! ... Furthermore, food took ages to arrive. Would not reccommend

Had brunch here with 3 other friends. I ordered their pancake. Thought it was going to be a good portion size for the price but I got 3 small circles of pancakes which was so disappointing! I should have probably asked how the pancakes were but assumed it would be a good portion/size for the price of it!

I order from Roni’s on deliveroo multiple times a week - their oat milk cappuccinos are the best!!! Recently tried their coconut milk iced matcha and also obsessed. So quick and honestly great quality food, drinks and prices (for London lol..) Also don’t miss out on the cauliflower mezze! (Not too oily or fried, perfect balance of sauce and cauliflower) As well as their Pistachio Cannoli’s !! So good x

Gets only two stars because the food tasted SO bland. Like no joy had gone into it. The service in there is ok.

We were pretty glad when we found a hair in one of the sandwiches as it meant we didn’t have to pay for it. The bagel was a bagel, the salt beef sandwich was ok, pretty overpriced for what it all was.

Ordered poached eggs which arrived on my table in less than 5 minutes. Eggs were hard and just about warm. Paid 15 pound including the service charge and the service was way beyond expectations once you’re sat down getting the attention of a waiter is almost impossible.
