Starbucks Coffee in City of London, Westminster

A perfect place for a coffee break in London! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile by the staff, who were both warm and professional. Service is fast, even during rush hours, which is nice in such a busy city. The atmosphere of the place is another big strong point: the armchairs are comfortable, the tables are well spaced, and there is a friendly atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. Whether you are there to work (electrical outlets are easily accessible), to read a book or simply to enjoy a moment of relaxation, this place is ideal. In addition, Starbucks is impeccably clean, from the tables to the toilets. The background music is pleasant, not too loud, which makes the experience even more pleasant. It has become my little ritual when I pass through this area of ​​London. A real favorite, I recommend without hesitation for lovers of good coffee and good vibes!

It's still open even as of Christmas Day, December 25 2024, so you can buy drinking water and bread for breakfast

Starbucks offers a pleasant and practical setting for a coffee break, especially when waiting for the bus. However, the prices are high for quality that doesn't really stand out, making the value for money disappointing.

I had gingerbread latter, it didn't had whipped cream on a top. Low quality, overprized!

We order a skinny decaff cappu and a skinny decaff latte to go and both were good, but we were shocked at the very high price.

Had a too good to go, polish guys energy and positivity is just what I needed! Thanks to him for making my day better :)

This is my first Starbucks that is open 24 hours. The staff are not very friendly I guess it's just because I'm busy. The staff elsewhere in London are very friendly. Coffee tastes different from Korean. Latte is boring. The price is really hell!

Night was going well, until about 2am at the bus station after my bus to Cardiff was delayed 2 hours. Thought it would be a great idea to pop into Starbucks for a crate as me and the boys were feeling low. Turns out Starbucks wouldn’t sell me a crate of Stella at 2am. Very disappointed. Great atmosphere though.

I come at 11:50 11/8/2024, I ordered one Matcha Frappuchino and she didnt tell me about cream on the top being sold out, then I came and asked her if it normally comes with the cream, she said she didnt have with the rude behavior and then didnt answer anything after that. So disappointed about the service here

I asked for a large peach iced tea, I paid £5 for it, what I received was a glass three quarters full of ice and a quarter of dirty water, the tea tasted like a mix of lemon and mint, very far from the peach flavour, practically a scam

Great Starbucks. I always come here because I need to travel from university and back home. They’re open late which is great because I get to grab a few snacks a drink before I travel. They have great service and some of the nicest baristas I’ve met. One of the baristas, Kazi, was very helpful. Always tried to help me with a question and was very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was great and they have a lot of seats and tables. Definitely recommend.

Worst starbucks I have been to . The tables are full of rubbish and crumbs . Even worse it’s full of non customers in the seating area chugging bottles of beer , eating home made sandwiches and passed out over tables ….at 9pm . Such an uncomfortable atmosphere .

I work in and around London every week and find a Starbucks when ever I can for breakfast. Victoria Coach station today. Ordered my usual ham and cheese croissant and a large filter coffee only to be told that I'd have to order an Americano. It boils my blood that a coffee shop won't make a filter coffee when asked. The guy in charge tried to excuse of we have to throw the rest away and it's wasteful, all the time there is a hot water tap at the sink running for no reason. Let's see. Maybe it's because an Americano is double the cost of a filter. And they still make a profit . Then even more annoying the chap filters a shot of coffee into a cup and then walks to the filter machine to fill it with hot water. Terrible. I guess having a transient customer base they have no interest in service, as most interactions are are never repeated.

Its a tiny lovely Café, cant go wrong here.

The persons name Muhamad and Shifat working at the Starbucks on Victoria Coach station at night are the worst people to get the service from. I have ordered an iced coffee and instead they have given something way different and when i politely asked to amend it or change it they were really rude to me. Never take anything from here if these 2 were on shift. You’ll get the worst services.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. Located inside Victoria Coach Station near Gate 11. Staff are persistently rude, no manners etc. If a customer approaches the counter, don’t say “yes” like they’re an inconvenience to your day. If you don’t like your job, please find something else. Hot food choice is very limited with a few paninis, toasties and breakfast rolls. NO cold drinks sold here. They do sell bottled water from a basket in front of the counter but it’s warm and overpriced. Cakes and biscuits are sold here but massively overpriced. Pigeons flying around inside the station is common and often end up on tables looking for scraps. Rats often seen outside the station building. Seating area is often plagued with beggars and tramps who harass the customers for spare change. Starbucks staff do nothing to move them on or notify station security. Personally, walk outside the station and visit Sainsbury’s across the road instead. They sell various hot food, cold drinks and cheaper cakes and biscuits. They also have a self serve Costa Coffee machine at the rear of the store. Greggs is also located near Gate 1.

I'll definitely remember this site. I had the chance to eat The Worst Chocolate Croissant of my entire life. Congrats to all involved.

Refreshment point inside the Victoria bus station I went to this cafe with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The structure is located inside the Victoria bus station and is excellent for comfortably waiting for your vehicle. The place is similar to all those of the same chain. Dola, sandwiches and drinks are always available at any time of the day. You have to be careful where you sit because many pigeons enter the refreshment room. Sitting on the perimeter with glass windows you can see the bus yard and move when the desired one arrives.

Terrible!!!!!!! You do not want to get your coffee here if you see what the “baristas” are doing behind the counter plus the hygiene you would rather not get any. Being there at 1 am in the morning was just “the icing on the cake”.

The early morning bus was delayed for 4 and a half hours and there were so many people that it was impossible to sit at the bus stop, so I got through it thanks to Starbucks. We welcomed the new year here. I enjoyed the toffee nut latte. Thank you.

Disgusting service and awful drink was presented to me. Chai latte is not suppose to be a syrup from a bottle mixed with warm milk. I worked at starbucks. Milk must be warmed up individually for each drink. Cold milk added to previously warmed up milk from a previous order to warm up again is not how starbucks does it. Disgusting!!!

Staff really lovely and helpful, said wait time was 15 minutes for the paninis (no bother at all) and gave us some lemon cake and a cinnamon swirl as a gesture for the wait. Thank you! Your staff are a credit to Starbucks.

Its a great thing that Starbucks is opened early in the morning. We arrived at around 530am and went here to grab some breakfast (breads, cupcakes and juice) to eat at the bus. Fast service and there were lots of available seats. There were screens as well so you can check your bus schedules.

Absolutely disappointed. I got scammed twice. I had to pay more than I supposed to and than they claimed I haven't paid for a coffee and charged me another 5£ for it! I should spend about 12£ I end up spending 20£. I had no receipt so I couldn't go back. My last time ever at Starbucks. Not recommending at all. 1 star is too much anyway.

The shop was already cleaned at 2a.m. and chairs were unavailable, but when the cold and hungry passengers arrived the staff gave us a place. The main station was full of homeless and aggressive people, so thank you for the opportunity to hide here 🙌☕

I’ve no clue why frappes are advertised for past 3 weeks at 9pm I’ve asked and there apparently “not available” so you que get to front and basically they won’t make it I got offered a iced coffee instead this week which is basically coffee with ice cubes shouldn’t have frappes all over boards if they don’t want to sell them Victoria coach station

Dirty and crowded place. The quality is going down and down, just exactly the opposite with the prices. I paid 4.75 pounds for literally a cup of ice cubes 🧊.

I accidentally spilled my drink telling staff immediately. They promptly handled the spill and re made my drink. I felt very bad about the mess but due to the professionalism and consideration of the staff I was able to feel better before my journey. My Frappuccino was also very nice.

I used to visit starbucks frequently but here i had the best Flat White ever. There was a girl name Nisha was very professional and Friendly , I asked her about different packet of beans over there and the way she explained me about the core of beverage and beans was amazing , A special thanks to her for sharing information about what we are having.

I asked for some hot water to put in a sachet of medicine. “We don’t serve hot water” bought a tea for £2.55. They made £2.55- tax and a nice one star review to go with many they have. If management or corporate sees this, they should be proud of their practices. Some might say: I could have added my own teabag and so on, at Pret A Manger, I asked for the exact same thing few months back and they gave me, being busy as busy gets. Well done Starbucks. The worst Starbucks in the UK... The service is pathetic. There was a huge queue but the staff were only focusing on UberEats orders and not taking any orders from the queue. One staff member was just walking around collecting rubbish, the other was making UberEats orders and the last staff went on their break. Finally, they started taking orders...and after I had waited over 20 minutes, one member of staff returned from his break and said "No More Frappuccino, Let's Clear the Queue"... How pathetic... I argued, advising that I've waited for a frappuccino and will not now go without one as they clearly can make one, they're just choosing not to. The staff then agreed to make me one. The drink was good. The service and speed was diabolical.

I recently visited the Starbucks at Victoria Coach Station and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The coffee I ordered was of poor quality and I had to throw it away. In addition to the unsatisfactory beverage, the staff members were very rude and unhelpful. Their behavior even caused me to nearly miss my bus. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I love starbucks coffee. It's a briliant idea that startbuck coffee here inside Victoria Coach stops it help alot of travellers, especially in winter. GOOD JOB. They can have a nice cup of coffee with a light snack while waiting for the coach.

I was having a bag day, with train delays I missed my bus by luck I had flexi so I came to get a coffee and rushi from behind the bar really cheered me up. He made my day, so cheerful and happy he helped me forget my misfortunes and to look forward to the opportunity of the day ahead. Il be returning just to see rushi he’s a good a man

The only place that was open before 5am. Waiting for a coach in the freezing weather. Good Starbucks quality, unfortunately bad Starbucks prices :/ They also had a selection of herbal teas & fresh bakery items.

I bought a Christmas latte and although it should have been sweet from the syrup, it tasted liked burnt coffee without any sweetness. They also asked if I wanted cream, to which I answered yes, but they did not add any in the end. They covered the drink so I didn't know it was missing.

I have been a regular customer here for a few months now and I have realised the discrepancy of the efforts between the workers there. There was this very kind and hard-working girl (called Candy?) who quite obviously kept the business afloat. There were other workers in the background who seemed to be slacking off and did not offer the girl a hand despite there being a great line of customers to serve. I am incredibly pleased with her services, but incredibly disappointed at the management and delegation of roles within this place. If it wasn't for that girl, I seriously doubt as to whether there would even be a Starbucks at Victoria. As she seems to not be present now and I can see the slacking nature of the other workers, I am beginning to question as to whether I should keep on coming to this Starbucks.

I ordered a large 0.5 ltr flat white paid for it and got a 0.25 ltr cappuccino. I did not been given a other one after my complaint. they only have one size, was the comment and that was a flat white, I think they do not know what a flat white is, I don't like milk foam on my coffee.

The most worst experience of my life. It was my trip to London and i was super happy but the guy in Starbucks asked my nationality by judging my accent. He asked are you Indian or Pakistani. Asked for a medium sized caramel macchiato and they gave me half a cup of foam and half a cup of coffee. I would advise to go to a coffee shop just outside the station.

Even though the seating area was closed they let me sit down and even brought me ice water so I could take my medication. I was in so much pain and there were no seats anywhere and my coach wasn't for another hour. So helpful and kind, definatly disabled friendly. Thank you so much

Freddie that works at coach station has to be fired. Hung up his phone at a customer that never received his food. Horrible in communication. Freddie works there for 10 years, probably manager. Horrible service and did not care at all about customer satisfaction. Didn’t want to help as hung up his phone. I called again and he laughs not caring. He has to be fired from this company! He did not pass the customer service review. Freddie has to be FIRED!!

Would have given a zero if possible. The staff member Gonzales and female colleague were very rude to my elderly mother. This is not acceptable customer service. A free coffee is not a reasonable apology. Staff should be trained to deal with everyone with a basic level of respect and mature communication. Making fun of her emergency after she traveled for many miles and saying they don't care if she is from Pluto is very upsetting to hear. You need to do better

Very disappointing experience. The people inside will fool you by smiling and they only accepted cash when I went. That was weird and I drank an Oats based drink which was super pathetic. Better avoid that.
