Starbucks Coffee at Victoria Bus Station is a very welcoming place. Ahmad and Hasan are very professional, and make your life easier in every way with their kindness and good hearts. Every time I pass by this Starbucks café, I'm happy to see them again and pick up some of my favorite drinks and sandwiches. It's so rare to find such a warm atmosphere in such a busy place, where the chaos and variety of passages keep us from memorable encounters. If you're passing near the Victoria bus station, stop off at Starbucks café if you're in high spirits, and if you're not, you'll be back in high spirits. Happiness to all. And long live Ahmad and Hasan! And their Starbucks café!

Hasan was very helpful very early in the morning. Coffee was good and service was great. The location isn’t exactly great and you tend to get dive bombed by pigeons, but no fault of Starbucks. Small, but I imagine during peak times gets very busy. All of the food is behind glass so needs to be requested, likely due to theft from pigeon and person alike.

Avoid. Food is not fresh. Bakery products are stale. Avoid this place like the plague, by far the worst branch. Piss poor quality and service yet far too overpriced.

A perfect place for a coffee break in London! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile by the staff, who were both warm and professional. Service is fast, even during rush hours, which is nice in such a busy city. The atmosphere of the place is another big strong point: the armchairs are comfortable, the tables are well spaced, and there is a friendly atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. Whether you are there to work (electrical outlets are easily accessible), to read a book or simply to enjoy a moment of relaxation, this place is ideal. In addition, Starbucks is impeccably clean, from the tables to the toilets. The background music is pleasant, not too loud, which makes the experience even more pleasant. It has become my little ritual when I pass through this area of ​​London. A real favorite, I recommend without hesitation for lovers of good coffee and good vibes!

Starbucks offers a pleasant and practical setting for a coffee break, especially when waiting for the bus. However, the prices are high for quality that doesn't really stand out, making the value for money disappointing.

I had gingerbread latter, it didn't had whipped cream on a top. Low quality, overprized!

We order a skinny decaff cappu and a skinny decaff latte to go and both were good, but we were shocked at the very high price.

Had a too good to go, polish guys energy and positivity is just what I needed! Thanks to him for making my day better :)

This is my first Starbucks that is open 24 hours. The staff are not very friendly I guess it's just because I'm busy. The staff elsewhere in London are very friendly. Coffee tastes different from Korean. Latte is boring. The price is really hell!

Crappy service, guys serving coffee couldn't care less about their job with a bad attitude on them. Overpriced sour coffee too. Try speaking to your customers in English instead of Indian you're in England

Night was going well, until about 2am at the bus station after my bus to Cardiff was delayed 2 hours. Thought it would be a great idea to pop into Starbucks for a crate as me and the boys were feeling low. Turns out Starbucks wouldn’t sell me a crate of Stella at 2am. Very disappointed. Great atmosphere though.

I come at 11:50 11/8/2024, I ordered one Matcha Frappuchino and she didnt tell me about cream on the top being sold out, then I came and asked her if it normally comes with the cream, she said she didnt have with the rude behavior and then didnt answer anything after that. So disappointed about the service here

I asked for a large peach iced tea, I paid £5 for it, what I received was a glass three quarters full of ice and a quarter of dirty water, the tea tasted like a mix of lemon and mint, very far from the peach flavour, practically a scam
