Good Starbucks, little extra for having attended a live filming right in front, besides if anyone knows the film which was filmed on March 26 I'm interested 👍🏽👍🏽

Best coffee during my visit to London! I can still taste it on my tongue. I stopped by Starbucks on the first day of my trip to the UK. My younger brother placed an order and a Korean employee took it. After getting the coffee, I walked around for a while and looked at the cup and saw that he had written “Thank you” on it! It warmed my heart to learn Korean, which I had never thought about in a foreign country. He said he even told his younger brother to have a good time. I wanted to stop by and say hello one more time before leaving London, but somehow I couldn't go again. We would like to thank the staff for making our trip enjoyable. Hope to see you again next time! p.s. This is not an empty remark, the coffee I bought at this Starbucks that day during my trip to England was the best. I've been to all kinds of coffee shops, both chain and independent, but I'm still amazed that Starbucks is the best.

I visited this Starbucks yesterday and was taken aback by an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful response from the person at the counter. I offered to pay for my brother’s drinks, which is a common and kind gesture in many cultures, but the staff member called it “annoying.” It’s frustrating to be met with such judgment, especially when it's simply a gesture of courtesy. While I understand that not everyone may be familiar with certain customs, it's disappointing to be treated this way. Basic kindness and respect should always be the expectation, regardless of personal experiences or cultural differences.

This Starbucks is in a very good location, next to the London Eye, and has very clean toilets

If you come to this franchise it would be you WORST experience of starbucks The toilet is broke even because i have special condition they didn't let me use the staff toilet, In the middle of winter they don't allowed people to shut the door! Nightmare !!!

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks with an employee named Arvi. When I asked about their festive coffee drinks, he was extremely rude and acted as if I was supposed to know the menu by heart. His angry attitude was uncalled for and completely ruined my visit. This is not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks.

Worst drinks we have ever had at a Starbucks

Terrible. The guy on the till (i dont really know his name but starts with R if im not mistaken, Rashid/heed) was so unbelievably rude earlier. He was raising his voice whilst going through my mothers order, and when she went to confront him that his service customer was appalling - he proceeded to say “did you come back from work? your head is hot”. so unbelievable. please fix your customer service here - otherwise everything is fine.

Simple drink couldn’t make it right! Please be advised for asian guy barista to double check order all the time. It wasn’t busy and there is no queue I would understand if there is a lot of customer. It was just waste of money.

I put a star on everything, because there is no name for how they have the bathrooms. I told an employee, and he didn't do anything, so the bathrooms stayed that dirty. Tremendous. I don't know if they don't pass inspections because this shouldn't be allowed. I don't know if it can be seen in the photos, but the ground was completely waterlogged.

Inconspicuous Starbucks located across from County Hall, a few steps from the London Eye and close(ish) to Waterloo Station. The location is in a peaceful corner of what is a hectic area of London, and will suit tourists looking to hit the Eye, South Bank, or Westminster across the bridge. Standard Starbucks offerings inside. My pumpkin spiced latte was made well, but it’s my first time ordering a pumpkin spiced anything and it will certainly be my last… hey, you have to try things at least once, right? Service was swift; there were quite a few people in front of us, but we were escorted around a couple of people semi-queuing/looking at what to eat, and at least two people were serving and two others making drinks. This Starbucks used to have more seating inside but in fairness, it created a dingy and cramped atmosphere. It benefitted from a refit a few months back and now has a more open and friendly feeling about it, with a large counter and plenty of space to move. There is still some seating outside, some of which is undercover.

The cashier was incredibly rude. He yelled at us to line up when there was no sign indicating where the line up started. I have never been to a Starbucks where the cashier was so rude

The closing time clearly says 21:30. But casual wearing guy start closing terrace at 19:00. People were sitting and having their coffee that he came and stared at people to say we are closed so leave. If would own this place and know he is kicking people out early I would give his notice immediately. This is ridiculous to argue with customers in front and unprofessional. Terrible managed and I belive his boss would not know about this.

Google sais it closes 9:30. Employee with horrible temper asked us to leave at 7:15 because they would close at 8. Should close it if you don't want to work.

we stopped in tonight to buy a quick treat so we could use their loo.. they were cleaning it - then told us it was against their policy to let us use the washroom after. they had taken my money 2 minutes prior. Very surprised and disappointed by this customer service.

The staff does not work professionally

Came in for a coffee and a quick bathroom stop but ordered my coffee and was told the bathrooms aren’t open for another hour?! Not a ton of public restroom options around here (train station bathrooms were also closed when I tried). Make it a better livable city!

Very good drinks but absolutely disgusting outside

I stopped at Starbucks in London city center and I have to say it was an excellent choice. This place offers a wide variety of drinks, satisfying both coffee lovers and those who prefer other options. The menu is also full of food, with numerous vegetarian options which really impressed me. We can find both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of outdoor options to enjoy the London weather. One aspect that I really appreciated is the possibility of communicating in both Italian and English, making the experience even more pleasant for those who, like me, speak both languages. Furthermore, I found the possibility of paying by card very convenient, making everything simpler and faster. I can't help but mention the chocolate cookies - they are absolutely delicious and perfect to accompany my favorite drink. If you are in London, I highly recommend you pop in here.

Excellent location to organize your visit to the area, there is little traffic and it has an excellent Wi-Fi connection

They often lack stocks in this shop. There is always something missing. I stopped going there but instead started using the Waterloo Station branch.

The indian or pakistani guy was so rude and really bad service that I’d ever had in Starbucks. He, I dont remember the name but the initial starts with 'Axxx' was working on Monday 24th June around 17:30!

There was a gaggle of about 7 or 8 people behind the counter, but despite being only second in line, I wasn't acknowledge for the empty till until a good couple of minutes of trying to get eye contact. It wasn't made clear when my drink was ready either so it was sitting there amongst others for a while until I checked for the name.

Just sat outside Starbucks totally naked at the world naked bike ride. Staff so polite, tolerant and respectful. Well done!

I had to wait for ages for my drink, others had the same experience. They had to remake it twice as it wasn't as ordered. We sat outside, suddenly one of the staff members came along to rearrange all the tables and chairs, including some that people were using. He was polite enough but it was a bit odd.

Staff very welcoming but very limited indoor seating maybe 4 stools. After 19.30 this is take away only. Google shows 21.00 close which is right but not dine in

From the moment we ordered, until we left, the attendees were so rude and disrespectful... I should add that it happened at 19 hrs and they close at 21, but even then, they closed the bathroom and said we couldn't get in anymore and took the tables and seats away even though there was no other place to sit. It has a beautiful view and should have been a nice experience but thanks to them it wasn't.

I had the pleasure of being served by Shahed during my visit to this Starbucks, and I must say, their service was exceptional! From the warm welcome to their attention to detail in preparing my order, Shahed truly made my experience memorable. The coffee was fantastic, and Shahed went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. I highly recommend this Starbucks, thanks in large part to Shahed's outstanding service. I'll definitely be returning for more great coffee and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Very busy, few seats and not wide enough to get a buggy through which isn't helpful when travelling with a toddler. Couldn't get to the counter to order my drink but luckily my friend could get there. Drinks too a long time to make. Sure it's London but this was another level of busy

Un Starbucks como cualquier otro, algo pequeño aunque con buena calidad. Si hay lugar para sentarse, aunque preferiría ir solo para llevar; cuando fui no había tanta gente.

Expect typical Starbucks, so all good if that’s your thing. If you want to sit, when I was there only a few tables were set up inside as they hadn’t got to setting up fully, hadn’t been open long so appreciated getting my coffee before they got to work on remaining tables.

When there will be Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew for me, I wonder...

In my experience, the food and drink is up to the standard of most Starbucks but they're lacking a lot of important requirements. The staff were rude and spoke to many customers like they were stupid, tables and seating areas seemed unsanitary and there was only one toilet and when the staff were told that it was clogged and nearly overflowing they did nothing about it. It's convenient since it is close to the London eye and Merlin attractions however they need to prepare more for customer traffic.

Hey it's Starbucks, they were open later and I wanted a cup of coffee. They were open late and sold me one. I'm satisfied.

DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCES. I have milk/dairy intolerances and need to eat a strict diet to prevent digestive issues. On Monday 8th May 2023 we went to this location. I asked the woman who worked there for the vegan caramel banana muffin and she said it is not vegan, which it is and gave me another cake instead. Fine. I then asked for an oat vanilla iced latte. They gave me cow's milk, I had my partner there and he tasted it and confirmed this, we went back and they did remake the drink and it tasted different, how oat milk should taste. Nice of them to remake this for me but it is Wednesday 10th May and I am still struggling with digestive problems which are preventing me from working. I have contacted Starbucks head office about this and I will most definitely not be returning. Staff need to be better informed about the importance of food intolerances/allergies as this could have been a lot more serious!!

Cashier was quite rude with everybody ordering (no exceptions) it almost felt that it was done on purpose. After 15 minutes waiting for my drink, I asked them why it was taking so long, and turns out they forgot about it. When I finally received my drink, it was watery weak tasting. Tasted like ice with sugar. Would not recommend.

I've been to many Starbuck's all around the world. This store is a favorite every time I visit London and see witness for the Prosecution nearby. But, I am leaving this review because one employee here went over and above during my last visit. I wanted to have some coffee ground - I am very particular about how fine/coarse the grind is - and Naeem helped me, bringing small samples as he adjusted the grind until it was just right. Then, I wanted to a box of Nespresso pods which were high up on a shelf that I could not reach. He went out of his way to get a step stool to get it for me. This may sound ordinary, but the store was very busy, and I have never found anyone so helpful as Naeem at any other coffee shop.

Ein typischer Starbucks, die Toilette ist in einer Ecke versteckt bzw die Türe. Anfangs dachten wir was dahinter wohl getrieben wird. Freundliches Personal, Beginn eigentlich auch recht zügig, es füllt sich schnell da nur wenigen Plätze innen aber genauso schnell leert es sich auch wieder.

This is the nearest starbuks from London Eye. If you saw Big ben and crossed the river, toward london eye, you must be tired or cold by the wind of Themes. So you are finding a shelter from a fatigue of voyage, you can drop by here and take a rest with a cup of sweet coffee. This shop gives narrow seats, almost specialized in take out. No view, few seats ... But it's a excellent place you can recharge your energy for shopping or traveling. In South korea thrre are so many Starbucks in our neighborhood. So Starbucks gives us a mindful peace. But you consider taste and prices of coffee, you'd better keep finding other local cafe Bon Voyage ~ ♡

Giving one star because I need to for review. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years. Never have I ever come across such a patronising and low mannered barista. Denise was absolutely disgusting he was shouting the orders in a very unprofessional way. When asked if there’s any chocolate powder he said “ if it’s not out there then we don’t” my sister was surprised and said that’s not great customer service and he started mimicking and saying how wow already got a complainer - Starbucks I’m shocked how you have someone like that serving or representing your brand this is absolutely unacceptable he needs feedback or training how to speak to people and be taught basic mannerism. Segona vegada que visitem aquest Starbucks (16/12/22 - 16h) i les dues vegades m'ha passat el mateix. La primera vegada no vaig dir res però la segona, no ho he pogut evitar. Starbucks té una política de protecció ambiental, pel que si consumeixes una beguda i la demanes amb el vas de cartó has de pagar 0,05£ extra per cada beguda. Les dues vegades que hi hem anat he deixat clar que volia la beguda per a beure allà mateix i que per tant, la volia amb el vas de vidre però tot i així, han fet el càrrec de 0,05£ per a cada beguda quan no hauria de ser així. Sentint-ho molt, avui els hem tingut que cridar l'atenció. Una vegada apresentat l'error, el gerent ha sigut comprensiu i ha acceptat l'error, pel contrari la noia que m'havia cobrat mostrava una actitut completament infantil no parant de riure darrere la cafetera i girant els ulls com dient, de veritat reclames per aquests miserables diners? Com he dit al noi, no es tracta dels diners, si no del respecte cap al client i la honestitat ja que és evident que és tracta d'un "error" habitual per a pujar els preus dissimuladament. Sincerament, no entenc com un TREBALLADOR (ni tant sols és el propietari!) rebaixa la seva honestitat i enganya als clients per aquesta miserable quantitat de diners, mai ho entendre! PD per la noia: Madura... quan vagis a comprar les teves robetes al Zara o al Primark i et pujin 0,05£ per cada article, potser te'n adonaràs que la teva actitut ha sigut ridícula i infantil i passaràs a donar-me la raó lol Avui has tingut sort de trobar un client educat, un altre dia potser en trobes un altre que et posa al lloc que et mereixes.

Not the best starbucks to visit, mot many place to sit down and chill, and so crowded They have table outside, but in winter, inside will be better, since the wind is quite strong in UK Table are not clean like what is shown on the picture (still so many more) In terms of drink, i tried praline cookie hot chocolate, better to ask less sugar since it is too sweet and for taste itself, not really deep into chocolate Toilet was broken when i was there :)

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I was in such a good mood until I came here and was served by the rudest girl I’ve ever met, she was constantly rolling eyes at every single customer she served and giving everyone the most repulsive stare along with giving attitude when she couldn’t hear them say their name. Wish I got her name, she needs to be fired, I’ve never seen such awful customer service. It’s especially not a good look when this is a tourist area, gives people a bad impression on London.
