Very bad service and too top if off I had to do some research for my job and didn't realise u get a fine of £60 if u stay longer than 90 minutes, I feel that the staff should at least let you know about this as u don't expect it In a starbuck car park and I know it's a private car park but still customers are buying from you. Terrible .

A nice open Starbucks...BUT I stayed in the parking lot for a bit over 90 minutes and got a 100 Pounds fine!!! NOT good...didn´t see any signs posted to be aware of the time limit. Be wary of your length of stay --- AND DO NOT FORGET TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE at the cash register!

I've always gone here and paid with either card or cash. Today I went to pay cash as I didn't have my card on me, I waited in line and once they were half way through making my order which would have been £20/£25 worth of drinks they told me they don't take cash and refused to offer a reason as to why. The woman's attitude in the drive in window was rude and indifferent as If she didn't want to be there and couldn't be bothered to hide it and I hate to say it got my back up and I retaliated for which I apologise. However, if you suddenly don't take cash like all the other Starbucks do please at least put a sign up on the drive through speaker so it's not a complete waist of time and product. Abysmal service which is a shame as I've never had a problem there till now.

Fabulous staff at this branch! Always friendly and cheerful. Lovely atmosphere in the cafe and great outdoor seating for the warmer days.

Dropped in for a coffee at Starbucks on my way to Ferndown. Its location is not ideal. It appears to be more of a "drive-through" because the indoor seating area was relatively empty. Its perfect for someone wanting to focus on catching up their emails over their morning coffee. The spacious seating area was spotlessly clean & tidy. While the decor was modern, simplistic & neat, something is needed to entice people to stop there for a coffee. Ambience was lacking because so many tables were empty. Perhaps soft instrumental background music, a few plants & interesting pictures of the attractions & New Forest scenery would make a difference. The young gentleman who served me was helpful & polite with excellent customer service skills. The coffee was good but it's expensive as it is at most places.

Sitting here having lunch, coffee, roll and sweet treats( all fairly good quality but damed expensive). Seems the three girls are more interested in their conversation than to clear up tables. Not only that, the place is filthy, walls need cleaning, the tables need wiping and the flies, they're onto a good thing, lots of.

Really friendly staffs, served by a young man, I forgot to get his name but he went over and beyond for my little boy.

My almond croissant was dry. Coffee could have been hotter.

The staff will ignore you because they're too busy with drive through customers. Quite amazing really that three members of staff couldn't even acknowledge me while I was at the counter, even if they were busy. Despite this, I spent 2 hours here doing some work and meeting a client. I was quite shocked to find out that you only get 90 minutes in the car park before you get a £100 fine. I won't be coming back because of this, which is a shame because the interior is quite nice and spacious.

A couple of nights ago the coffee machines were unexpectedly out of service at 1945 hours. Great customer service from Milo who was open and honest about what was happening, and offered me vouchers for drinks as compensation. Tonight Milo remembered me advising that all coffee machines were available. I felt valued as a customer, and wanted to share my great customer experience.

I recently visited this Starbucks, and I had an excellent experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for both work and relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my order was perfect and delivered promptly. I tried the new seasonal drink, and it was delicious – a perfect blend of flavors! The coffee quality, as always, was top-notch, and my drink was made just the way I like it. The store was clean, well-organized, and had ample seating. What stood out the most was the customer service. The baristas went above and beyond to make sure I had a great visit, offering recommendations and checking in to see if I needed anything else. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this Starbucks location for anyone looking for great coffee, friendly service, and a comfortable place to hang out or work.

Milo is the best he makes the best drinks you must come here omg!!

Just had our early morning coffee on our way to family. Situated at a very busy road.

Drive through coffee pickup on the way to Poole. As always with Starbucks, milk temperature was way too hot. Coffee was at drinking temperature 30 minutes later when arriving in Poole!

Shocking service very rude staff. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DRINKS, as half the time they get the order wrong or you get half a cup of froth. You pay premium prices for your coffee so you expect a full cup of coffee with the right bloody order, come on is it that difficult. Sort it out!!!! It is a shame as when they are done right, starbucks coffees are amazing. Just some of the staff here are letting the company down.

Slow service with only 3 customer's sat inside and no drive thru custom. Coffee quite bitter.

The staff are kind and quick. The app is very handy as they always have it ready for when you arrive, and the whole process is very seamless! The road is slightly awkward as you join onto a 50 with a short slip, but it is very manageable and not the busiest road ever.

Lovely place to warm up by the fire after a cold wet motorbike ride!

Great location westbound between Ringwod and Ferndown with eat-in or drive-through available. 90-minute parking restriction, which is camera controlled, but you can park longer if you enter car details in the restaurant. Great service, free Wi-Fi, plenty of seating inside or out, power points at some tables and clean toilets. Although my drink of choice is White Americano, there is a good selection of drinks, food, and accessories as well as free coffee grounds for your garden. Will definitely visit again

I stopped off to get a coffee, the place wasn't busy (1 person in front of me) but still had to wait around 5 minutes, good coffee, the place was clean, would stop again

Roadside Starbucks with the standard UK menu but interior is above the usual, latest fit out with art, warm finishes - and a working fire place.

Absolute shambles - as a customer of Starbucks and spending near £20 in there for breakfast I was hit with a £60 fine for using their car park! The signs are scarce and non of the staff mention the car park rules. Avoid this place. A joke that as a customer there is a limit on how long you can stay there.

Terrible. No atmosphere, its just a characterless hall. The staff were disintersted and offered no customer service, just "what do you want" and "there you are". The coffee was so bitter it was undrinkable and the cakes were typical bought 500 of them last week and hope to sell a few every day before they go stale. Much better cafe's in Ferndown and Ringwood. And you'll get a parking ticket if you stay too long!!

What a lovely, warm inviting place. It is convenient to just pop in for a takeaway or to meet up with friends and enjoy the atmosphere. Great parking, but beware the time restrictions.

Coffee can be hit or miss here depending who the server is. Drive through can be slow when busy (10 minutes for 4 cars). On average though, its the same starbucks quality you expect.

What has happened? Food is pre-packed & is handed in to be heated up or toasted. Coffee comes from an automatic machine, where are the baristas? Where's the basic cooking - a simple eggs on toast freshly cooked would have been amazing. I would rather go without than go here again. Breakfast for me had to be a cheese toastie

The atmosphere inside looked nice and inviting but we just used the drive through. Great customer service on this occasion but the offerings are generally pricey, as expected.

Daughter wanted to go and this was the nearest store great drinks and food couldn't really rate the customer service as we ordered and they called us to collect but staff were friendly atmosphere would have been better if a mum and a dad wasn't laying into their poor son about his football

Freezing cold inside!! Small gas fire on but otherwise no heat. Uncomfortable experience and lacking atmosphere. Staff friendly. Very few comfy chairs. Seems to cater for drive through market predominantly. Based on today, I would not return. Overall, disappointing.

I stopped by on my way to go horseback riding Thursday morning. The interior was great, clean and the staff was friendly.

Not bad I had a pumpkin spiced frapaticino me personally I thought it was a bit too sweet but people rave about them staff could do with a bit more training I asked for cream on top of my drink and thereby as none she looked at me blanky as too what I was going on about.

This outlet is always very grubby. Empty cups and food trays left on most tables and not cleared during the entire time of my visits. Sticky table tops and grubby furniture. The toilets are never very clean and the last two visits there was no hand-wash left in the dispenser. When you're now paying £3.80 for a bog standard tall latte, you at least expect the place to be looked after better. Just not a nice place to try to relax and enjoy your purchases.

The drinks that we got were very well made. However, as a previous employee of Starbucks I know the allergen procedure is very important. Unfortunately, when I asked if the waffle cone frap was gluten free I was told yes. It was only until I noticed they had not done the procedure that they could be wrong. The drink did in fact container gluten which could have seriously impacted the person the drink was for.

Way more expensive than any Starbucks I've been in It's okay, fairly efficient just not overly friendly. Really lacking in atmosphere.

Not many people inside. Every table was dirty from used cups and plates and splits drunks and food. Floor was dirty. Went and ordered drknk and cake. Paid and told it would be bought down. Ended up with me having to collect, plus they had forgotten about the cake. I finally got my table cleaned. Floor gross. Will never go back. Ps toilets disgusting.

Wonderful coffee pit stop! It's like an alpine resort, with its real flame fire and wooden floors and furniture. It is quite pricey but you get what you pay for and if like me you don't like the overcrowded feel of motorway services then this is perfect. There is a drive thru and lots of indoor seating. A huge range of snacks, pastries, breakfast baps, panninis, etc. The toilets are large and clean, the staff are friendly, the whole place has a good quality feel to it.

Really great staff !! 🫶 Hardworking and lovely. Very yummy drink. The inside is super clean and spacious. There isn’t enough parking for those who need it and I feel that staff can be really stretched as there are too many orders and not enough people.

The drivethru doesnt has a clear marking on where should I stop the car nd give the order, also half of the menu displayed on drive thru is unavailable.

Efficient staff but rather slow service due to drive-through business taking priority. Comfortable seating and a log-effect fire made it quite cosy and parking was adequate.

Met here with my work colleagues every day for weeks, every time at least 5 coffees purchased between us plus pastries. Then I get a £100PCN… wow some customer loyalty reward thanks Starbucks. Will never step foot in here again.

Clean and quiet location, lack of healthy food items.

Super disappointed at getting a PCN for overstaying in the car park at St Leonard’s, then I find the guy I was meeting also got a PCN for £60.00, then I see others have been hit the same way. Seriously avoid parking here, just get a drive thru and leave asap. No wonder the place was half empty and to make it worse they kept leaving the car park door open and it was freezing cold and no heating. Went to shut it three times and some maintenance worker clearing ice from the car park just kept opening for the lead to his machine. Absolutely awful experience!!!!🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

1st time Starbuck user, enjoyed my hot chocolate. Had a chicken and bacon wrap which was nice and fresh.

The service was excellent. However the milk was off in the flat whites we ordered , so had to have them replaced .we had our coffee in our car.

Very happy with location and food available. The seating area is large so they can accommodate. The store was quiet when I visited so service was quick and on point.
