Ferndown Kebabs & Pizza in East Dorset

Stayed in Ferndown for a weekend and used this place twice for dinner. Delicious pizza and good quality chips. They delivered really quickly (faster than the estimate) and the delivery driver was very polite, service with a smile is always welcome. Would highly recommend.

New website is a joke. After only 15 years of using this place, through countless ownerships, they have now decided they don’t know who I am and I can no longer order!!! Domino’s remembers my details, so that’s where I went.

Had mixed kebab, meat was ok, although very little of it, but salad consisted of 1 small slice of tomato -and cucumber, hardly any garlic sauce, no peppers and mayo as asked for and hardly any lettuce and coleslaw. Very poor.

Really great food, the Owner / Guy who took the call very professional and great service. Highly recommended.

Avoid..missing items !! Avoid if you spend good money!! And they talked in there Language which makes it Awkward to sort out

I ordered a delivery from my truck this evening, as I was parked nearby. Food arrived in good time, it was hot, and delicious. The only problem I have is that I had stated on the delivery request that I was in a truck, so a plastic fork would’ve helped. Maybe next time. 👍

Seem nice but talk in there own language and laughing, so not to be paranoid but I think they are laughing at me...... Or did something to the food 🤮. Looking back they were laughing at me🤬 asked for loads of garlic mayo and chillies and got no garlic mayo and 1 chilli. And I tiny bit of each meat , in Christchurch I would have easily had double for an extra £2 next time il make the effort as it would be much more cost effective.

My first and last order…The order was incorrect, incomplete and late, even though I preordered. I tried to phone several times but no answer.

Very nice kebab, very fresh and still hot when it was delivered. The lamb donna is amoungst the best I have had, delicious.

Ordered from ferndown kebabs and I have to say I'm very Disappointed in portion sizing. This is a medium chicken kebab that cost £6 (extra £1 to have salad separate) so £7..there were 5 bits of chicken in it. The smallest kebab I've ever had. Shame because it was tasty. Chicken burger was tasty but just so stingy. We requested mayo on my partners chips and they ignored it. This is the only place we've ever ordered from that won't put sauce on chips if requested. Nice food but so stingy for the price won't order again.

Food is always good, delivery leaves a lot to be desired, don’t mind an hours wait, that’s usual, seems to be 2 hours which is not acceptable, good food wasted on poor delivery, shame.

I had a chicken kebab earlier. My wife a burger. We both thought the god was very fresh, tasty, generously portioned. Delivery extremely quickly, excellent service. Will use next time. Thank you

Worst Donner I've had for years. Absolutely tasteless kofti, just non flavoured mince and chilli. Garbage!!

Ordered two doners by 'phone, on arriving to collect I'm told it's cash only! 20-mins spent returning home to find cash and back to pay & collect. On getting home we found the food to be stone cold and inedible - binned the lot and had a ham sandwich for tea

Food is usually good but... Delivery service took 1h20m and still waiting. Told there busy at 5 PM so much it takes and hour and 20 min to cook and deliver. If I wanted a microwave meal I would have gone to tescos. Not impressed.ok so 1 h 25 and have received my meal. Chips been microwaved and so has the burger as the salad is non existent. V v bad service . Recieved a checkin burger in bread no salad or sause call and got argumentative angery people. No offer to correct or anything along those lines. Will upload pictures and over phone response to this issue

I wanted to leave a review here which I don't normally do but I left a review on Google and he came out onto said something about me and leaving fake reviews. there is no fake review the owner is completely deluded the chips were so greasy I couldn't eat them and the kebab was all over the place it tasted two or 3 days old. I will not be coming here again and I advise anyone not to visit this premises also inside it look dirty and disgusting.

Had another amazing kebab💯 2 nights ago and pizza 12" margarita, lrg Donna, lrg chicken kebab & chicken wings as always burger sauce chilli sauce no extra chillis this time the food is always top quality is always fresh,fast and always steaming hot I literally carnt fault the food it's so good thanks ferndown kebab you no who am 😁😁💯👍

Have used Ferndown Kebabs for a while now with no problems. Last wk made an order, part of the order was missing. Phoned them, very apologetic said they would take the cost off of next order. Tonight made another order, reminded them of previous missing item, no problem, then realised they charged me again for the said missing item. Phoned back to query only to be told they are far to busy & haven't got time to talk, so cancelled order & wont be buying from them again. They really need to get customer service issues dealt with. UPDATE: It was actually 4 pots of garlic dip = £1.20 when I called the 2nd time you I told you what I had ordered and turned out whoever took the order had put down a chicken kebab NOT the chicken with Doner meat & cheese sandwich that I had asked for. Hence querying the price as the dips HAD been added as well. Will definitely NOT be using Ferndown kebabs again. If it was just 30p I would have let it go but it was the rudeness on the phone. All I wanted was to have the correct order with the correct price.

We use this for kebabs a lot generally fridays after a busy day, its not just for soaking up booze trust me! The kebabs are good, tasty and generous portions. They can be slow sometimes on home delivery depending on the number of drivers they have, so sometimes its worth getting the car out ask when you order if by phone.

Great kebab take away, really tasty food and a good selection, the chicken and the hummus kebabs are a joy, it has given me the taste of kebabs after 2 decades of abstaining. Super food.

Enjoyed a medium Donna Kebab. Salad was lovely and fresh and plenty of meat that was tasty and not at all greasy. Would definitely recommend.

Order from there from a menu left in my letterbox with a leaflet attached saying 10% discount when ordering directly from their website. Did not receive the 10% discount. FALSE ADVERTIMENT. Will not be ordering from them again

Food has always been good when getting it from here. Kebabs, cheese chips, chicken sandwich (which is really big and tasty) always collect the food so can't comment on there delivery. Definitely would recommend.. Probably one of the best in the area.

UPDATE: spoken to the owner and he was brilliant and also not at all happy. He sent out the food AND issued a full refund. My faith has been restored in Ferndown Kebabs. Thank you very much! Meal was delicious. (Deleted previous review.)

Was good at one point. Food is fabulous as always very tasty. But still customer service not good and closes early than half an hour to an hour early than what they are suppose to. Sorry but that needs to improve getting lazy. But your food is brilliant.

Placed an order direct via web site, hooray can pay by card,My order was delivered quick by lovely friendly delivery guy, I asked on my order for crispy chips and crispy hot chips were delivered to perfection. great tasty kebab too

Have been using this takeaway for 20 years and have never had a bad experience here. Their burgers, pizzas, kebabs and wraps are first class, far tastier than those bland rubbery burgers from McDonald's. We always have the lamb and chicken wraps.. very large. I always collect though, so can't comment on deliveries.

Ordered a large doner kebab and kebab meat and chips. Both orders filled a large dinner plate to the edges. You don't expect the best chips from this type of establishment but they are nice enough. The kebabs were lovely with plenty of salad and sauce. If you order direct from their web site, you avoid the Just Eat charges. Delivery was quick and the driver was pleasant.

I popped in on the way home for a pizza and chips [not the healthiest food choice ever!] and found it to be reasonable value, with any 12" pizza for £6 and the chips at £1.50. [I hasten to add, this lasted me for 2 meals!] I hadn't had their pizzas before. It was nice enough but a bit too deep a base for me: I prefer a thin and crispy base. I don't think there's a choice. The staff seem polite enough but they don't talk to each other in English, so you don't know what they're saying! I've only had burger and chips from here before. I probably wouldn't go for a pizza again, but would probably have a burger and chips again.

Food arrived without any salad or sauces on at all. The only thing in the box was (stone cold) Kebab meat and a soggy pita.

one star as the pizza was pretty tasty apparently . Absolutely crap service didn't get what we asked for but didn't know until the delivery driver had gone. Also paid for delivery on top and when I complained there was no apology, all I got was I "wasn't charged for the chicken burger with doner. " Will not be ordering from here again or recommending ... Seething!!
