Starbucks Coffee in Glasgow City

Would have rated 5 start but was missing a straw

My disabled wife had scalding hot black coffee spilt over her. Staff stopped to watch and only other customers offered any assistance.

Starbucks order was good as always however, the just eat delivery driver was another story. Unacceptable behaviour hung around my drive way for over an hour and would leave. I had accidentally deleted the 4 digit code and he wasn’t taking that lying down. If he was a member of my staff he would be sacked for his behaviour. This put me off ever using just eat again in case he is the driver.

I got something completely different from what I ordered.

Didn’t even get my coffee, what a joke! I ordered a sandwich, coffee, a cake pop and a lemon cake slice and all I got was the sandwich. And when I tried calling up, I was hung up on multiple times. Absolutely abysmal service! I want a refund.

I have been charged twice for this order.

We had placed the order at 9.44am and never received our coffees until 10.57am.

how hard is it to remember syrup, lid wasn't on correctly either

driver gave me someone elses order

I order from here a lot and they usually forget the syrup and coffee tastes burnt. basically means the group head isn't being fully emptied before pouring fresh shots.

delivery driver spilled my drink all over my bag

I ordered two coffees. One pumpkin one white mocha. They delivered a latte with vanilla not happy!

I made a mistake with the address and driver was very professional by delivering it to my work place. really appreciated 👏

Coffee had leaked everywhere cups only half full

Drink was spilt, driver then emptied the bag in my garden leaving me to put it in the bin myself

coffee was burst leaking out rhe bag and he gave me it said sorry and bolted. absolute terrible customer service.!! driver should have taken Back to shop to get fixed

Ordered the same drink I order at least 4 times a week from an other Starbucks and was met with if you want light ice then the cup won't be filled, I said that's fine, it's how I always order. A lime refresher, light ice, lemonade and strawberry bits instead of lime. When the girl was making it and the cup was full; the girl who served me made a point of stopping serving to go over and ask if she'd used the measurements cos it shouldn't be a full cup. There was no strawberry bits, so I asked them to put them in it, when I left and got into the car, I realised after I'd taken a sip ; it was made with water and not lemonade/ 🤯

Always love a Starbucks but the staff in Glasgow fort plz give a smile it goes a long way 😁 only gave service 1 star because of this 😁

Tables not cleared, had to do it ourselves. Had my sandwich and tea next to littered, dirty floor. Will not be returning. Back to Costa.

i waited 2 hours for this. ordered at half 11 and it came at 6 past 2pm. my meant to be hot cafe latte was freaking cold. i want a refund.

My iced coffee was curled tried to drink it but absolutely could not had to bin it completely!! Wasn’t happy after ordering a £30 order! Asked for oat milk and I’m unsure if it was that or the cold foam was off something was 100% out of date

driver said he knocked door once then text and phoned a number that wasn't mine and when after I had been waiting at window wondering why he wasn't delivering I went to him and he said he'd knocked many times and couldn't deliver.itols him my instructions say knock and leave at door, he finally gave me order

The music 🎶 and the service never dissapoints . I had to order a takeaway as the tables weren't cleared and cleaned.

They called to say ran out of oat milk which is good they do that however the vanilla was missing and it just didn’t taste as good as usual

The weakest milkiest frappes I’ve ever had from Starbucks. More like a flavourless creamy milkshake. Despite paying an extra 70p for extra caramel sauce on each drink these 2 drinks had barely any caramel sauce, none sticking around the inside of the cup and none on the bottom. Had this been instore, they’d have been handed right back. First and last time ordering from here online. Also had this been instore, being on gold level there’d been no charge for the extra caramel that I didn’t get.

Ordered a toastie and a frappe. Asked for no whipped cream on the frap - it came with whipped cream which had all melted and the toastie was brick hard and stone cold. Time on the frap said 11:24 and it was delivered at 11:55 so that explains why the toastie was cold and the frap melted.

Stopped in the weekend before Christmas staff were very quick and didn't wait long for coffee and frappaccino

Personally I prefer Greggs coffee ,poor service,I had to ask where my other coffee was when only receiving one,then I noticed there was a dog in the shop sitting on some women’s lap then to top it off a customer asked for a cloth to wash a table,poor,

I work in Glasgow Fort and I buy my coffee from the Starbuck during my breaks. I'd love to have LLOYd to make me coffee Because it is fast and quick to send customers away, in fact, the taste of his coffee is very nice and different he makes it very special. Thank you LLOYD

My favourite coffee shop, always busy but the staff are all so lovely and friendly I don't mind waiting, coffee for someone who has to have decaf is sometimes strong but it's so nice.I can drink without sugar, Winner!

Very poor indeed! 1 star is to good! Serious questions about hygiene practices as well as the completely inadequate staffing! Food and drinks were not good either. Attended today at 1300 for a lg hot chocolate, m skinny latte, sandwich and fruit toast. All had issues and feel I wasted my money. Unfortunately, as they were so busy complaining was not an option. Bathrooms were disgusting and unclean and when tables were cleaned they just removed papers and dishes but did not wipe or clean anything. Clearly poorly managed and seemed to be short of staff. Staff that were there looked like they would rather be anywhere but there! Very disappointing! Don’t waste your money as they certainly don’t deserve it! I have so much more to say and would be happy to hear from a representative.

The coffee is the best out of all the Starbucks nearby but the muffin was stale, which if in store I’d have sent back.

The driver couldnt find my address was constantly phoning me and when the order came it was stone cold

Came here 2 weeks ago with my assistance dog in training. since she is only young and Starbucks is a busy environment I left her with my gran to wait outside. While I was in the queue I noticed 2 dogs that were not at all assistance dogs (barking, growling, jumping etc.) and it sent me into an anxiety episode. I then did some research and it was only assistance dogs allowed so those dogs shouldn’t have been in there.

We had to wait 3 hrs for this order very disappointed

Maybe the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. It is crazy busy and full of bams ordering Frappuccinos. I can currently count 15 people waiting to order and another 12 in the pick up queue. There are also a lot of bam children who don’t seem to buy drinks but just kinda use the place as a social club. The cafe is grubby and the staff don’t have time to clear the tables. As I write this, an unfortunate incident is unfolding. A big fat lady customer started to clear a table herself but then dropped a mug and it smashed on the floor. The staff tried to sweep it up quickly but then she started telling them to clean it later because she wanted to sit down with her daughter and enjoy the tranquility of this place. The staff tried to explain that’s not really an option and the lady stood stage whispering to her daughter ‘isn’t it obvious?’ (That the staff should just do what she tells them to). I wanna have my birthday here.

Delivered wrong meal I want refund I ordered ham and cheese croissant and revived a ham cheese and mustard toastie

Starbucks didn’t put the lids on the cup properly and half of the drinks had been spilled

Coffee was spilled all over the bag and food, almost the entire drink gone which ended up on my floor from pouring out of the bag. The delivery driver was clearly not in a great mood as he banged on my door repeatedly so loud I actually jumped, then kept ringing and knocking for ages. Totally unnecessary I got to the door within 10 seconds of the first bang.

A dimly lit, inhospitable place. If you go, try not to interrupt staff as they've got a lot to chat about.

I’m actual so disappointed with my order the panini was a dry panini with a tomato in it and the croissant when iv went to have it for breakfast looked like it had been sat in Starbucks for a week. Extremely disappointed and would actual like refunded for full order please. Thank you

Ordered 2 frappuchinos , one wasn't even cold and was just like cold coffee, meant to be caramel coffee creme not happy

got a caramel frappuccino and a caramel Frappe,aswell with almond milk and staff was very welcoming about it. staff was friendly and pretty fast. looks like a tiny starbucks compared to others in town but had lots of food to choose from and it looked clean i would change the layout of the shop tho as it is a bit awkward to stand in line through tables where people are sitting.

Listed as a drive thru but not a drive thru and no available option for google to let me edit it to reflect this. The service is always just okay here, and the drinks are the same as any other Starbucks

Standard Starbucks which gets pretty busy.

The food in here is massively overpriced, coffee is mediocre but not to bad, once again massively overpriced for the quality. Service is pretty fast and inside is nice enough.

Always perfect coffee with the right coffee type I selected in the options, Have only ever had issues with an order once out of the many times I’ve ordered.

This has to be one of the worst coffee shops i have ever been in. You get you high priced coffee and its basicly same as any starbucks just ok. But for you extra money here you get to sitting in a soulless dirty dark almost foreboding place, zero comfort and all the atmosphere was bad. It was strange because it seemed to be some sort of negative experience vortex where customers felt strange so were nippy and staff don't like that so they are grumpy and uncaring and so the circle goes around. When starbucks was created it openly admitted it was about whole esperance like a pub for people to hang out but with coffee. Nope Failed on every level even the coffee was poor. I used window bench for a coffee and hard brownie bits bench area hadn't been cleaned was alll sticky!

Had an iced latte and a steak and cheese pannin which I wasn't too keen on asi t had more onions, peppers than steak,ham,cheese.
