Starbucks coffe in City of London, Westminster

Never again. The baristas cannot make a simple flat white. Horrible experience. It is adverstised as Starbucks Reserve, but in reality it is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Nice interior but bring you own coffee.

Horrible experience, I spent 30 minutes in queue at the toilet and there was no toilet paper at all and it was very dirty. One of the stalls was not useable.

This big café has two toilets and from those two toilets one was broken. There was a constant queue in front of that toilet. When it was finally my turn, the toilet was very much used, let's say. Not the best impression from a café. Coffee was good, as it's Starbuck's standard. The staff members working at this place are very nice, by the way. They stand out.

on monday night we visited this starbucks just before closing time during this we encounter an uncomfortable interaction with a male who was working at the time. he was making unusual expressions towards us, making us feel deeply uncomfortable and ultimately leading us to leave the place in a hurry. he kept on talking to us even when not actively engaging with him during this interaction and saying no. the reason for writing this is to ensure other people keep safe and express the concern. it was late at night just before closing time.other than this the food and drink was good.

Ordered a large hot chocolate and was given a regular mocha. Went back and asked for a large hot chocolate - was given one, but charged again!

Si vous chercher un endroit pour prendre votre petit déjeuner, ne vous casser pas la tête, aller dans un café Starbucks et prenez ce que vous voulez. Ils ont vraiment tout pour un petit déjeuner complet et équilibré.

Nice coffe and good place to meet work people during lunch hour and have nice snack or sandwich or baggette with variety of coffe or ice coffe or smoothie Nice to relax after long hours shopping and good to meet friends . The service is excellent Most times is full of people and the staff v busy especially weekend . Good place for families too and children like the smoothie and cup cakes or other chocolate puffin.

Cuando visite londres hace 36años buscaba desesperada un cafe.un buen cafe.este es el mas parecido.famoso entre jovenes.es normal quedar en uno decesta cadena.españoles que trabajan alli.te oyen el acento de ingles que una lleva i se alegran.te atienden con amabilidad tambien hay wifi y eso se agradece.servicio atento y no es caro.para pasar un rato o descansar

Despues de caminar mucho lo ideal es toparse con un Starbucks, podes tomar un café con algo para comer para pasar el hambre y es muy barato y rico.

I arrived when they first opened and it was like the toilets haven't been cleaned for months. They absolutely stunk, mirrors filthy and poo not cleaned up. Very surprised that staff haven't picked up on this. Might be a good idea to separate make and female because it smelt like a men's urinal

Funny little Starbucks. Quite smart outside & in, but strange. Has 2 sofas that can seat 2-3 people, with opposing chairs. Has a long thin table that can serve 4-6 stools. But the stools are so high it's a struggle to get onto them, and then when you do, the table is then relatively low so your food is below the level of your waist, thus making it a long distance to transport food to your mouth. Stools legs need to be perhaps a foot shorter. They did the usual "what's your name" when taking my order, but then when my coffee was ready they simply called out "Cappuccino", so I thought they were calling out the name "Joe". The bacon sandwich was a bit expensive at £3.99, and made up of lot of little pieces of bacon, rather than a couple of nice 'chunky' bacon rashers, so pieces fell out onto the floor. Total seating was for about 15-20 people, but given it was 8:30, there was only 3 of us actually sitting down, so it felt strangely deserted.
