Starbucks Charing Cross Road in Camden

Criticise Starbucks all you like but serving a decent cup of coffee is the one thing that they do well - loads better than Costa amongst others. The only better one is Roasting Plant Coffee in the Strand but then that place is several rungs up the ladder

It looks like I had a good experience compared to some of the reviews! Croissant was good, take away. Staff were super friendly and nice. Very clean. Let's be honest, Starbucks is always hit and miss whatever branch you go to!

Me sorprende lo "perturbadora" que fue mi visita, porque normalmente no me preocupan mucho este tipo de cosas. Pero ayer entré a tu casa, en la que he estado antes y lo disfruté, y fui a tomar un café, como se hace en un Starbucks. La mujer de la caja me ofreció un brownie por 1 y no pude resistirme porque me encanta un brownie. Así que lo tengo. Luego se fue y me dejó en la caja por un tiempo, sin siquiera molestarse en ofrecerme mi recibo (que sí quería) y yo trabajo en servicio al cliente, así que sé que es importante preguntar este tipo de cosas. De todos modos, más tarde vi en mi cuenta bancaria cuánto me cobraron (recibo notificaciones), y para mi sorpresa descubrí que me cobraron extra. Resulta que el brownie no era 1 después de todo, sino 2. 20 o algo así. Saco el recibo y veo que no es mi recibo. Ella me dio el de otra persona. Me gusta. . . eh Creo que estaban muy ansiosos por cerrar el lugar un poco antes. Conozco el sentimiento, pero vamos. ¿Dices que el brownie es 1, luego me cobras el precio completo y luego me das el recibo equivocado? Eso está un poco mal, ¿no crees? No se trata del dinero, puedo prescindir de eso 1. 20, incluso si fuera por un brownie rancio. Espero que hayan podido irse a casa temprano, al menos.

Este lugar está lleno de mosquitos, tal vez moscas de la fruta, que provienen de un baño en la parte trasera de este café. La cola para ir al baño siempre es larga y hay gente fuera de la calle, no clientes allí. Tuve que ir y terminé parado 15 minutos largos. El hedor es horrible del refrigerador de alimentos que tiene un letrero "NUESTRA PANTALLA DE FRENO NO FUNCIONA POR FAVOR PREGUNTE A BARISTA" y hacia la puerta del baño. El baño es simplemente asqueroso, el lavabo está bloqueado y la habitación está llena de moscas.

Good service. Efficient and friendly despite being quite busy. Enjoyed a hot drink from the festive selection. Toffee Nut Latte and Gingerbread Latte are both nice but need no extra sugar. A delicious assortment of food (sandwiches etc) and cakes.

Walked in here with a friend a few days ago with no high hopes because starbucks service is usually so bad but Joey, the sweetest Starbucks barista I have ever met made our day! He was so nice, patient, explained all the non-dairy options and made us feel valued customers. Thanks Joey again, I will be back one day 🙃

Ok coffe as espected at Starbucks. This place is a little small, and there wasnt alot of seating. The service was ok.

After a show at the Phoenix Theatre fancies a coffee and came across the Starbucks on the way to Tottenham Court Road. It was about 17.00 on Saturday the restaurant was spotless clean, the cakes and fridge were well stocked and looked good quality. There was about 4 staff working and the service as polite and warm. Great service great offer best Starbucks I’ve been in.

Was met with cheerful happy staff, only waited few minutes. Coffee hot and delicious. Place clean and comfortable, will definitely go there again

Used the Starbucks app to locate this store while in London and hankering after a quick caffeine fix. Ordered via the app and the coffee was ready when I reached the store 3 minutes later. It was fairly early but it was great to skip the queue, grab my Americano and go. Store was clean and tidy and the staff said thanks as I collected. Coffee tasted good and kept me fuelled for the next few hours while doing a lot of walking.

Plenty of choices for us to choose from. A narrow store though so trying to get wheelchair through to the empty seats was a bit tricky. Good service not too much waiting around

That's all. Just rude staff and aloof management , I used app to find nearest branch and walked to get here just to get rude service...

For a very busy area, the service was quick and we also managed to have a table without too much fuss. A good place for that break for a coffee/snack.

Visited the Charing Cross road branch. I'm always disappointed to have coffee in a disposable cup even when paying to stay inside. Why is there no choice offered?

Nice coffee expresso, basic service, though good for a cup of coffee, no really speciality about this Starbucks, but for "to go" it is good.

We had 40 minutes before a theatre performance at the Garrick Theatre. Great location only a couple of minutes walk away from many sights and indeed our theatre. Great service, and the usual Starbucks slection.
