Good service, unfortunately although item on the till no Nitro Cold Brew available in the shop

Staff very helpful, recommended a drink I hadn't tried, thoroughly enjoyed it after a not so satisfying trip to a Starbucks in Loughborough, this place was a million times better.

Pop in when I'm passing to get my travel mug refilled. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Quick service at the service station drive through. Got what we ordered. Fast and efficient

Wandered into the Starbucks at Gyle, our favourite coffee shop. Did not disappoint the girl behind the till was attentive, kind and helpful as my friend enquired about a oat shaken espresso turned into a frappucino for the warm unexpected weather. The team concocted a wonderful variation of an oat milk beverage which in turn exceeded myself and my friends needs. Amazing!!

It's a Starbucks - usual calorie ladened gloop to distract you from the quality of the coffee and overpriced upsell.

Nice coffee and a hot chocolate. Cinnamon Bun very, very dry. Then they issue you with a sticky label per cup - see image . What on earth is this all about.

Just sat in, but managed to get a choice of kombucha. Not too busy. Could have been cleaner, lots of tables had stuff on them.

Staff are amazing! Very friendly and do their best regardless of how busy it gets!

This is my fav starbucks that I always go to. The service from the staff is always fantastic, I can just chill back with my coffee and enjoy my company or an audio book

They charge you extra for taking coffee on the go (with usual normal paper cups), no extra charge if you're staying in. Prices are also more inflated than other starbucks coffee houses, and people on that shift were just grumpy af.

I have been giving my coffee business almost 3 years now to your Company. I decided I will no longer will give my coffee business any more. Because coffee tasted very row milk temperature was not standard temp lately. as well as coffee some times strong sometime is not strong I am sorry I am a coffee lover and I like same taste prefer same taste. and waiting 20 min for a coffee sometimes 30 min that's a bit long. Yesterday I mentioned to a staff wanted to speak to manager 3 of them laughed at me. other staff heard what I said and they did not come up and how can we help you Ben ? I am sorry customer service very very poor and coffee quality is getting very very poor I give a 1 star because there s a few good quality staff and they going by one by one I assume they cant take the crap . So I will be no longer will give my coffee business to your company. if you think Coffee business is joke go on get yourself in to stage be comedian. Don't mess with people coffee and don't humiliate the customers. Goodbye and good luck with that attitude and with your customer service (: ps. Was OK. Could have been cleaner, staff member got my name wrong three times - got the impression she wasn't really bothered. Coffee was fine.

Nice coffee, especially the iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso one. Good choice of cakes as ever. Quick service. Sat outside as it was warm.

Been here a few times this week for breakfast as I was staying nearby. Other times good. Today I walked out. Was given a voucher for £2 off on my last visit (2 days ago) and girl I hadn't seen there before said today I couldn't use it without giving any explanation. She just stood there looking at me.

Amazing, quick service. Even got a wee message that made my day. The staff are hard at work and every customer seemed happy!

Place is filthy with flies everywhere, I certainly wouldn’t eat here. Old food and drinks not cleaned away during the time I used the shopping mall, bins overflowing and tables chairs left caked in old milk and food.

As a Starbucks trained barista myself I was Very disappointed. Twice they gave me the wrong order tasted like warm milk. Not what you expect when you pays so much for a coffee. Staff need proper training

Just drinks but had no idea of what to get as we had never ben in thery before+it was also hard to understand the staff in thery too as they were foreigners+had face masks on as well did not help but we got something in the end but would of liked a hand meun to look at or a takeaway menu too its also hard to found out what different drinks thery have online too ok but what we had was good ok 👌 👍

Quality coffee simply the best.

It's okay. Staff are nice, they still ask you for your name which they like shouting out randomly. Queueing and waiting for drinks was a little slow and I'm not a fan of being charged 5p for a cup when you cannot bring your own to the cafe. Otherwise food was nice and drinks well made.

Had a lovely flat white, whilst out shopping. Not much seating in the cafe, but able to take-away and sit in mall.

I'd ordered the pink coconut drink and I must say it was totally tasteless. There was definitely no coconut flavour and trying to scoop out the strawberry pieces with a straw when I'd finished, was definitely challenging. Staff and shop cleanliness were spot on, just wouldn't recommend this drink.

First of all, I have nothing against products or staff working in this cafe, the issue is the absolute lack of cleanliness. Despite having Covid safety (distancing) measures in place, one thing they don't do is clean the tables. Not only they don't clean tables nor seats despite a high turnaround of customers so safety is debatable, the tables and seats inside and outside are frequently left covered in dirty dishes and cups left by other customers, spillages and crumbs. It's not a one or two instances occurrence, it is like that most of the time and quite frankly it looks really unpleasant, and left us questioning when (if at all) they ever clean the tables and seats if they can't even collect dirty cups until the customers clean the tables themselves (as we had to do). If not for the customers' comfort, they should really do it for covid safety.

Loved the cappuccino but they had no tea products without loads of sugar.

Told they don't do filter coffee anymore, won't be back

Really friendly team all around and great coffee. Plenty seating in the mall next to store with good service. Tables are on the small side but perfect for coffee, snack, and a read of something.

Staff are friendly however they often get the orders wrong. Plus the branch never adds any of the extras requested via the app.

We were in the Gyle shopping centre and needed a coffee badly. We were having trouble because of the lock down. Fortunately we found Starbucks was serving takeaway coffee via the outside door. Relief.

Coffee great plus my iced bun but could have done with a seat I know its not Starbucks fault but really miss it found a bech outside .

Due to Covid you can't pay in cash, and it's fair enough. However, if a member of staff takes your card with him and then reads your data, it's not OK it's actually creepy.

We frequently visit this Starbucks and we always receive a great drink! The staff are always pleasant, helpful and make a good drink. One thing to note is if you arrive and ROSS is on the drinks you're sure to always get the best coffee ever!!!! Sad the seating and tables were changed as it has now lost it's cosy warm feel.

The Gayle shopping centre has many options for a coffee stop, most popular and the busiest is M&S so the others need to ensure they are up to scratch. M&S was busy so we tried Starbucks it too was busy however tables were free but not cleared. The coffee and hot chocolate was as ever lovely.

Great place to meet friends for a coffee and chat .very relaxed atmosphere . Comfortable seats great service from staff . Great coffee , cappucino's , iced tea / coffee . Also great snacks , bacon rolls , cumberland sausage paninis , which is great at breakfast time . Also good selection of home made cakes , perfect for afternoon tea. Very reccomended , well worth a visit . My favourite place , to relax and chill out with friends .

Love a Starbucks. Do wish they would stop filling their muffins with goo and adding sauce/relish to their breakfast muffins though.
