Ordered a caramel frappucino and I got basically a drink that tasted like coconut milk and sugar. I could already tell there was no caramel syrup in it but the server assured me there was but when I tasted it there definitely was no caramel syrup in it. Not had an issue before ordering the same type of drink. For the price you pay for a drink there shouldn't be issues with it.

Really good service. However, I'd forgotten how expensive it is. £9 for a panini and coffee.

This is my go-to coffee place. They’re always so kind and helpful here. The cake pops taste amazing and coffee is great too. Also, they do a “blind date with a book” which is partly why I found this store to be my favourite - essentially books are left wrapped up on a little table with the genre and a couple of details about the book written on the wrapping so you can read a surprise book while you enjoy your coffee.

£8 for two coffees? Worse, I got a venti when I asked for grand, the wife wanted a venti. I don't get the system. Tall is tall, grande is large, venti is 20. Stupid in 3 languages. Staff were nice, like chatting to your grandma. Felt homey, so gave 2 stars.

Need more staff, there is a drive through and sometimes it is very busy but full credit to the staff as they have always had a smile for their customers.

Was lovely as 1st time took my daughter there and really enjoyed it .. we will be back .

It's my favourite Starbucks but it's not 24hrs anymore, they close at 10pm, even their big sign says 24 hrs drive thru, but when I go there past 10pm the drive thru is close with a cone blocking the entrance.

I usually go most days on my way to pick my husband up from work. On my last visit it was a totally different staff on duty. Johnny who was making the drinks was very concerned about perfecting a work colleagues drink and eventually another barrista came and got my cup to make my order looking obviously irritated. The coffee was the worst one I have had there so I opted to get an iced drink instead to take out for my husband. Again Johnny was more interested in his colleagues than serving and eventually another young girl came to the till and apologised for the wait. I asked to speak to a manager to be told only a supervisor was on site so I asked for head office address to be told it wasn't possible to give it to me. Its a shame that a relatively new unit is alienating customers already

Drive through, cookie varieties not listed on the screen so asked if she could tell me what flavours. Tut..huff sigh...then responds... 1. I'm not able to see inside so how do I know what you are selling today. 2. Basic manners don't huff and tut in your headset you can be heard.

Visit when rake car to the garage bear by. Never disappoints

I use this Starbucks regularly so today was a bit of a shock. We ordered a cappuccino and a mug of hot water and a tea bag as I like to new my own black tea plus some well done fruit toast. The wait was nearly 20 minutes with people behind me receiving their orders before mine. The fruit toast came last so the tea was like warm and the toast was barely toasted .. on questioning the staff I was made to feel like it was my fault for the delay as I asked for the toast to be well done… yet it certainly was not that- very poor for a Starbucks

Really good branch. Always get the order right, and make a good Matcha latte. Nice accessible location both for drive though and eat/drink in.

Pretty mediocre coffee served so hot that it destroys any flavour it might have. But, it'll do if you absolutely, positively have to have caffeine right this moment and don't care much about the taste.

Great place to get great coffee and plenty of plug sockets to get some work done. The staff are super friendly.

Stopped here for breakfast and used the drive through. Considering it was before 9 we got through really quickly. This is easily accessible with good food, nice staff and easy parking.

went here with my best friend as you can see in the photo! the muffin was really good but i found a fly in the muffin, it was like already rotting but its okay i love exotic food so i dont mind 😏. the service was nice, when I was ordering the lady accidentally breathed out a tonsil stone on my phone, but then she started crying and cleaned it up 😢. overall the experience wasn't that bad 8.9/10, i recommend.

Nice drinks and food, but the temperature setting is always set to snowman. Even Olaf would find it cold. Please turn the heat up.

Enjoyed the white chocolate frappucino venti, partner had the strawberries and cream frappucino venti! Both of us loved our drinks, alongside the birthday cake cake pops 😋 Superb service highly recommend!

Lots of space, possibly a bit too much. I think a few more tables wouldn't go amiss. Coffee was excellent as you expect but the food offered wasn't inspiring or priced well.

Convenient location and free parking but limited seating and staff not overly friendly.

Absolutely amazing coffee each time I've gone. Haven't eaten anything from here yet but I will! Did have a bit of an issue with a member of staff, I was trying to ask her for some help but she just ignored me each time I called out for her (3/4 times) so another member of staff came over to me and was very nice.

Don't get my full order delivered so try and call them and the number is not recognised, so how is anyone supposed to call them if they have an issue and so that starbucks can rectify there mistake

Don't you just hate it when there is no queue and the person serving sees you but doesn't acknowledge you and just carries on cleaning the equipment. Yes, another member of staff eventually served me, but the first person could at least have said, "Hello, we'll be with you shortly", or just even a "hello" would suffice. It appears some staff need a training course in customer service! Remember, there are lots of coffee shops and rudeness like this doesn't bring customers back!

9:30 Altering my five star rating to a 1 star. Reason: I ordered my drink on the app. I was in store within five mins but they hadn't even started preparing my drink. Still took then another 15 mins to make my latte. 20 mins for a latte??? Come on starbucks you can do better than that!! BTW there wasn't a queue when I got to the store. Back again to return my drink. 10:30 I order an oat latte. They accidentally made it with almond milk. Another silly mistake to make. This could be life threatening to people with nut allergies. Thanks for the voucher, I really appreciate it. 🙏🏼 Will change my rating when I'm satisfied with the service.

My wife and I popped in to Starbucks today after shopping close by - first time, not sure what to expect behind the glass store front - and, very pleasantly surprised! Large, pleasant, airy space, with a proper bustling coffee shop atmosphere. After getting our drinks (which were great) we asked about the "Chai Latte" and a member of staff, Amii, gave us a sample to try. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and came over to talk with us more after ending her shift. Turned out she is the store manager. 10/10 experience, and we'll be back soon for sure.

My black coffee was evening i asked for the staff were very welcoming the cafe was a morgue no interaction everyone was working online toilets were brilliant for getting changed my clothes

Loads of staff milling around but stack of dirty pots remained by food service area all through my meal! Tables uncleared too.

I've been visiting here since day one and I'm still super impressed, hands down its my favourite Starbucks and I've been to a lot of them over the years. The team here are what makes it, they're all so great and many have been here for such a long time. It's nice to get to know them. Drinks are brilliantly made and it's a super cool place to work or chill for a bit. Parking is chargeable after a few hours but plenty time to enjoy your coffee. It's also 24 hours now which is a real bonus with the drive thru. Top marks to the management team and all the staff, thank you 👍🏻

One of the best Starbucks due to good layout and lovely staff. Only thing which would make it better would be to turn the music down a bit as feels too loud to me.

I tend to visit once in a blue moon the parking limit puts me off. Although I appreciate this Starbucks team, they are always friendly and helpful and guess what.... They sorted the parking... I just noticed this as I was about to leave after my 2 hours were up. If you let them know they will ensure you don't get a ticket, so you can stay that extra hour to finish off your work and get some me time before you go home. I definitely feel at home 🏠 thanks Starbucks I ended up giving my reg and getting another drink as I appreciated this! I'm more lucky to spend when places look after their customers. Hi there. I visited the Bedford drive through as I do most days, and received the WORST customer service in my life! I ordered two drinks and presented my starbucks card to claim a reward. I then asked if I could pay the rest on my gift card as I did the previous time, she abruptly replied “that’s impossible, they’re both starbucks” this confused me more as I have used it along with my starbucks card before. I told her this in the exact words of “oh, I have used it along side my card before as the lady said it was an issue your side not mine.” She then snapped back and said “no need to get rude” I replied puzzled “I wasn’t i just don’t understand” and before I could finish my sentence she said “NO! Here’s your oat and here’s your almond.” I took my drinks and she slammed the Window in my face before I even got the drink through my car window. I was also in need of asking for a straw as my friend has braces and is unable to drink through a sip lid. I was unable to get a name as the unpleasant interaction was so fast. The order is number was 7526 on Tuesday 21/02/23 at 18:52:26PM store number 48005. I am incredibly shocked at how aggressive she was towards me, and the lack of professionalism and knowledge as a Starbucks representative, it was appalling! I am now extremely anxious and nervous to return to this branch due to feeling extremely belittled and embarrassed. I am certain this would not have happened in store, but due to it being a drive through and them having the ability to shut me out. I feel as though this was the equivalent of somebody putting their hand to my face to get me to stop talking. I am shocked.

Starbucks Goldington Rd Bedford .. I don’t appreciate the manager and staff getting aggressive with me and argumentative over the fact they can’t make a flat white properly.. not the same as other Starbucks.. never been so embarrassed.. in front of shop full of customers!! Shocking behaviour!!

Food and coffee lovely. But lots of seating areas taken by people on laptops, working, who looked like there for long time. And all using tables. Bit chilly to, so not a comfy enviroment to have lunch,

Drive thru, take away or sit in. Fast friendly service, lovely options and a couple of black apron staff who will make you something beautiful if you ask them nicely.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast shopping with my sister, and we both had a gingerbread latte with chai shots added. The drinks were lovely, the service was polite and quick, and there was plenty of room to sit comfortably. Would recommend and will be visiting again

Slowest coffee service in town! Tried several times, both the drive through and till service, evertytime took more than 10 minutes and it wasn't even busy.

Don't go in but drive thru fast enough some staff can be a bit "darlin" if that's your thing fair enough but I just want my coffee please.

Super slow drive through and managed to screw up and english breakfast tea order... not impressive on a sunday afternoon.

Best Starbucks hands down. Ten out of ten for the friendliness of staff, quickness of service, and even the customers are always cheerful and kind. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and when I place an order to pick up it's always right and always ready when I arrive. Highly recommend!

Didn’t think Starbucks was open at night, but at least the drive through was. As it’s October & I love pumpkin spice latte, I wondered if there was a decaf pumpkin spice latte, & to my delight there is! It was a really lovely pumpkin decaf latte too. (Maybe when they’re not too busy they get the orders spot on. I did see some reviews saying orders not right. But they are human & we all make mistakes. Try again when the place is quieter). What I could see was 2 ladies working, who were friendly & polite. This was also at about 10pm. Now I know if I need a late hot drink if I’m out driving, giving lifts to people, I’ll stop by here. Many thanks, this & customer service made my evening.

Very inconsistent. ordered the same two iced coffes and one was too sweet whereas the other one was perfect. Also noticed their coffees can be very bitter and have different taste depending on the time you go in. I can't remember the last time I've actually gone in and had a decent coffee from here.

Service very slow, orders were wrong for 3 out of 5 people ahead of me (coffee in sit in cup when they wanted take away, sirup missing from drink and order not on system even though they paid for it). Very noisy when half the seats are filled. Even more noisy when kids are there. Plus side lots of power and usb ports under all seats or tables

It can get quite busy here with the McDonald's on the same site, but at 12.30 on a sunny Sunday we managed to park and find a table without any problem today. Staff are friendly, good choice of things to eat (though tricky for a diabetic). Tables were clean (though this is unfortunately often not a priority at peak times). Sun does tend to blind you depending on where you sit- take your sunglasses.

Hmm OK was quiet and service was fine, I usually try to swear clear of Starbucks for another brand as their service is usually really slow. But I would say they serve a better coffee.

Ordered an americano, the coffee grind or coffee date is no good. It literally comes out like water, i am not sure why your service machines are better than the actual baristas making it.

8 staff and still waiting for drinks for five minutes when only one person waiting for one drink ahead of us. The layout isn't fantastic either, four(ish?) Sets of tables at the window designed for groups of four or more, a very communal feel to it and very few singular tables for one or two people.

Great stop off for a coffee and bite to eat. Downside is those people who choose to work from there seem to forget that although they have their headphones on, they don't have to shout out their conversation for the rest of the building to hear !! Spoils the coffee break for everyone else...

Like many Starbucks, they do like their aircon! It's generally far cooler than comfortable it's rare to see someone sitting indoors without a coat on! Also, like most starbucks, the staff are very good.

I went there a while ago and still remember to this day. I stopped ordering starbucks ice creams and drinks. They're ridiculously expensive and I was told that Starbucks use that money to fund Planned Parenthood, so I was told. After finding out myself through research I stopped buying Starbucks drinks/ice creams. I wouldn't want my money to go to Planned Parenthood!

We've used this Starbucks near enough every weekend for about a year and it's great! All the staff are a delight I've never caught her name but there's a friendly American lady who is awesome on the speaker on drive thrus, it can be a little hit and miss with wait times on drive thru but their just delivering good quality! Will always come back make pumpkin spice a permanent!
