Very very average. Chips were small portion even though it was “regular”. Chips were also overdone and looked and tasted a bit burnt. 1/2 chicken was okay but overall I was not impressed. This is not my regular, I ordered here because my regular was closed. More expensive, less tasty and smaller portion than my usual. Enough said.

Was awfully late, had to called restaurant twice and the driver didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise. The delivery and any other charges, service etcshould be refunded! . Food is standard nothing special, and the smash burgers are extremely spicy, hard to eat. All in all a big disappointment. Won’t be ordering again

Tried their smash burger and the naga donner and chips. Smash burger - I was craving a burger and this abso-flipping-lutely hit the mark. Had to ask them to add ketchup, but other than that, wouldn't change a thing. Definitely a must if you're going to eat here. My advice would be for the owner to add details about what sauce already comes in the burger on the menu and the addition of ketchup. Naga donner and chips - flavour was good and I enjoyed it until I got closer to the bottom. The amount of oil, honestly, could have sold it to an oil refinery. I would advise draining away as much oil as possible and instead of having the kebab to one side, it's put on top of the chips. Just gives the impression you have a larger portion than when just on the side. Definitely recommend, especially the smash burger and I tried this place 3 nights in a row (had the smash burger 2nd and 3rd night). Halal: ✔️ Accept card payment: ✔️ Parking: ✔️

probaly the last we order food from here , burger was ok but the donner and chips absolutely poor. chips hard and oily and the donner meat definitely wasn't fresh it stunk and after 1 bite was all thrown away tasted awful.

That was honestly one of the best meals I have had. Food was cooked to perfection, the grilled wraps are the best in Bedford. Also the butterfly chicken was incredible. It seemed like the food was not rushed and had so much flavour

We had some chicken, which was OK. But the chips were almost cold, over-cooked and tasteless. And it arrived late - but it is Christmas Day so understandable it’s slow.

Excellent customer sevice. As for the food, quite disappointing. Wings were visibly old with zero moisture, hard enough to give you a concussion without any exaggeration. Naga donner was nice however the Pitta bread it came with wasn’t even toasted, clearly just added on top - I thought a kebab was a Pitta containing donner, not served seperately lol. Lastly, the pizza, my favourite part indeed. Was very fresh and tasty! Would I order again? Yes, but only pizza.

I ordered a classic doner meat and chips with garlic and chilli sauce and a fried chicken fillet burger, the doner meat was very nicely seasoned with salt and a blend of mild spices just wish they gave me more of it! The chips were lovely. Small meat and chips portion but fair for the price of £4.95, most places charge £8-10. The chicken fillet burger was freshly fried to order and not dry. Quite thin but very succulent and perfectly cooked! With a nice fresh bun and lettuce and mayo. I was happy with my order and for less than £10 can’t complain, nice food, maybe I’ll try their pizzas and smash burger next. 👍🙏

Food was over 30 minutes late and it was delivered cold!

Disappointed with the food. Ordered a Doner meat with chips, hardly any doner meat in the portion and it was cold. Corn on the cob was cold, aswell and I literally live less than a mile away. Sorry but won’t be coming back here again.

Naga donner was really good, had alot of heat and alot of flavour, the smell, look ,taste is on point.better get chips instead of pita bread. Grilled chicken was half decent. Was burnt on one side and saucy on the other. Chicken and chips was standard ,very expensive though. Pizza was the same as any other bogof takeaways. Herbenoro sauce was really nice.had alot of heat and flavour.

3* is my choice, but it automatically done 4*, not my choice. The chips were very bad. Even though the lamb was overcooked, the flavour was nice. Not tried the chicken wings as yet, but hopefully, they taste good. The salad consists of 1 slice of tomato and cucumber with nicely shredded lettuce. Would of liked more tomatoes and cucumber.

Driver went to the wrong premier inn. Called me when he realised and was another 20mins. Food was freezing when it arrived. Called the shop and they said they would send fresh. They didn't.

One thing consistent about this place is that the food is always good. One suggestion that I would like to make is if they could offer a choice of different sauce base when choosing a pizza (for example normal base, bbq base or garlic and herb base). Also maybe start offering ribs.

This showed a high rating so I went there for a kebab. They don't do the full kebab package though its more of a chicken & pizza shop. I like a FULL salad with my kebab Although the kebab meat had some nice peppery spice to it. I'm mixed. The actual kebab meat was great, but I want pickled CABBAGE every time

One of the worst takeaways I’ve ever eaten. Maga wings are just bones there’s no meat. Chips cold, unseasoned, floppy & dry. 1/2 chicken dry as a bone

Really delicious donner. I tried the naga one and it was beautifully spicy. I think the only thing to make it better would be the option to have rice and salad with the meal as opposed to chips.

Ordered a takeaway the other day. The food was supersizing really good and better than expected! Ordered a Naga Donner, and number of their burger meals. Everyone enjoyed their meal and every meal was perfectly cooked. The potion size and price was reasonable. Will be ordering again. Thanks for the wonderful food.

Tried their fried chicken on this order and pieces were so big, end up with left over chicken at the end as it was so filling. Well cooked and nice coating. Not had a bad menu item yet from here.

Both Pizzas 🍕 was perfect, really flavoursome. Wings good. Didn’t seem to be a great portion of Chicken strips. They’d been cut into pieces and not in strips. It also said it came with salad which it didn’t. However the flavour was really good. I’d certainly try again. Thanks 👍

Delicious! We had the sharing platter for 4 and the chicken was moist, flavoursome and tender and great value. The Shatkora Naga donner kebab was hot, spicey and you could really taste the flavours. It was all packaged well, arrived piping hot and the delivery driver was friendly and polite. All in all, great food and great service. Thank you

Yep… another order review to confirm how many times I use them… top items in my opinion, all pizza esp the achar (great twist on the standard spicy veg pizzas), all burgers but u must try the habanero one, the filet fish, and the chicken burger… oh and the smash! Try their peri peri items, and all the kebabs are on point too to be fair.

Last one I’ll show to prove amount of times ordered… and yes I’ve ordered again tonight and eagerly awaiting the food… 10/10 place for sure

Probably best food in Bedford… have tried most the menu and never had a bad meal. Pizzas amazing, burgers so high quality, kebabs tasty… fries great, and sauces very unique. Probably used them 20 times in the last 6 months, if not more.
