My order was not as I asked for

One of the workers who served us who’s name was Chloe was really nice and really welcoming, especially when she noticed we had trouble choosing what order we wanted, she offered to surprise us with a drink (we ended up liking it!) but she was really nice and had great customer service and was super friendly! :)

A nice new Starbucks with nice and smiling pleasant staff.

Mostly peaceful place, clean and well kept. Usual Starbucks food and drink selection. Friendly and efficient service

Brilliant store. Staff are warm and welcoming always get the orders right. Caitin and chethan are so lovely and do there job brilliantly.

This Starbucks is outstanding, drinks are always made with care and made perfectly to how you ask. The staff are always so kind and helpful. My favourite barista’s are Lucy, Fatima & Chethan.

It's a really nice building with a good amount of seating. Handy if you want a coffee on the go and use the drive thru service. If your sitting in then it's a completely different service you receive. Been a handful of times where I've been third in line or first in line but always the same service where the baristas don't acknowledge you, you just stand there waiting as they are so focused on getting drinks done for the drive thru or online orders. Once you do get served you then have to wait a good ten minutes for your order. Having worked for Caffè Nero I know what it's like and it can be non stop for hours at a time but I always made sure customers knew I cared and that I would be with them as soon as I could.

I placed an order for Oat Hot chocolate, that was amazing taste. Store members put an effort to to write a little message on the delivery bag, it’s so cute 😊 Thank you for the delicious hot chocolate.

Respectful manager and good staffs - always smiling and helpful. Facilities are good for spaces for customers. Ok WiFi and good seating. Cleanliness - ok. And even they open to 10pm everyday. It’s better and can’t fault that but the only cons is they don’t do cash payment.

Not the restaurants fault on this occasion AT ALL, the driver delivered someone elses order from UberEats, and it was Greggs, so... not great but I did get help from customer services team pretty quickly who did a great job. Drivers definitely need a rating separate from the restaurant for this!

I have gone to this starbucks today and I have ordered 2 drinks to go. I had been handed a sealed bag, heavy enough for me to assume there both drinks were inside. I arrive home and to my suprise after opening the bag there was only one drink inside. I am disappointed as i have specifically requested for BOTH of the drinks to be put indies the bag together. I would go back and ask to speak to someone about this but unfortunately it is very hot today and I do not live anywhere close to this starbucks. I have tried calling the number provided but it is not even working for this specific location. I will be going back tomorrow, I am very disappointed and annoyed. As if I have spent almost £12 on ONE DRINK! Order number 1271.

driver was going to different areas and looks like they had multiple deliveries to the point that my delivery arrived melted and separated which is a bit of a shame seeing as that isn't the restaurants fault

Everything tastes good. Not overly happy with the iced caramel macchiato as I requested 2x more caramel syrup and I hardly had any in there.

Food and drink is always lovely but the driver admitted to having multiple other orders making our food cold and drinks ruined.

Not good service and stuff they don't know how to make a coffee

I gave them a 3 just because it’s Starbucks but staff aren’t really that friendly and the most thing that makes me laugh is that it’s a coffee shop but no internet connection for a coffee shop. Also, the chairs are a bit ridiculous it’s like they are trying to break your back. Also last week I was told the new crème brûlée was 150 calories from staff but after googling found out it was nearly 400

Good coffee, nice vibe and good service from the staff. The only reason why I wouldn't give it 5 star is the 4G/5G signal strength. Oh my days, this is probably the worst place I have ever been on terms of signal strength. Bermuda triangle has better coverage probably😄. But honestly, I know they have WiFi, but I don't want to use the WiFi for various reasons, security stability. Not to mention I just want to make a phone call sometimes and it's close to impossible. I've tried with 2 different operators Three and Lyca and it's the same thing. Seriously guys, sort out the coverage in that area

I’m a regular coffee drinker and like my coffee a certain way. This is the only Starbucks store that caters to my preference. Ask for a drink or a coffee a certain way and they will provide!!! The manager, Annabelle, Grace and well all of the staff I would be here all day mentioning them individually, they go above and beyond for us. We have become regulars and go sometimes twice a day. With 2 children and a full time job the coffee is needed. It’s like a second home to us now. Their customer service is exceptional. Their barista skills is second to none. The only time I go to the gypsy lane one is when we’ve come home late past 10pm and this one is closed and I’m never happy. I will continue to give them my custom as we’ve built amazing relationships and they work tirelessly hard. The manager treats his staff like human beings and it gives it a friendly atmosphere to be in. See you tomorrow morning!

This is my usual chosen location to enjoy my Starbucks, yet I have to commend the continuous hard work, exceptional customer service, and fantastically tasting drinks served here. I have never had a bad experience or a bad-tasting drink, it is always great across the board. Highly recommend.

Polite staff but can’t follow clear and simple instructions. After a stressful day I decided to treat myself and wish I hadn’t. I ordered a caramel frappe WITH coffee, I said my order as clear as day only to receive an over blended drink with no coffee. The drink was very thin almost like the consistency of water and had far too much caramel sauce in the cup and on top of the cream it was an overkill and just made an already bad day worse. My order wasn’t over complicated it was very simple so I’m struggling to understand how you can made a mistake on such a basic order. Won’t be back, don’t have time to spend almost £5 on a drink and they don’t even have the decency to make an effort to at least get the order right at the very minimum.

love Starbucks is one of my favourites and go to coffee shop, the staff are really sweet they write sweet messages and also let you know what they don't have before sending the delivery.

How people drink this garbage, and costas, just really bad coffee but I suppose its a good place for grown up chavs to hang out.

A lot if times ,if you go late,as this place is the only one opening until 9 or 10 pm...there isnt much food availability bit the rest is superb

I'll be honest I'm not a huge fan of the brand and this is based on not having tried enough of their options... However, the staff at this location were lovely and that's what I'm basing my rating on. I'll do a review further along when I'm better able to judge... I had a cappuccino but couldn't really find anything I fancied to eat and that's the honest truth 🤷🏻‍♀️ The location is good and parking is free which contributed to the overall rating of 3-4 ⭐

The staff were lovely, friendly and polite. Coffee was good. I don’t like the card only policy but that isn’t the staffs fault.

Amended Review Jan 2024 I have stopped going to this Starbucks now. Majority of the guys have been amazing. Yet the last few visits I came across a young lady (did not catch name) whom I had not seen before and her tone and way of speaking was not something I appreciated. I also found she had lied when I had asked a question and I actually do not know why there would be a need to. The final nail in the coffin was on the 4th Jan when I went to place my order via the drive thru and my order was being taken by one of the lovely ladies I have known throughout the time I have been coming. Midway this same young lady interrupted and took over advising me they did not have what I wanted. I found this very odd and also again did not appreciate the tone. Chetan and team, thank you for everything I truly appreciate you and the wonderful guys that have made my daily coffee run a pleasure over the last 2 years. However this new young addition you have (or maybe I just have not met them before) is not something I choose to experience when I come for my morning coffee - I do not need to be spoken to like that or treated like that. I am going back to the branch I started at when I first discovered the drive thru - I have no issues driving a bit further. I am unsure as to why this young lady has chosen to be like this as we have not crossed paths before, or maybe this is their natural way of being - if that is the case I feel sorry for the team that has to work with this individual. When going to get my coffee - the guys that serve us (I know I do not speak for myself), are that beacon of light, I am not sure if these lovely people are told regularly enough - you do not just serve coffee - your smile, the warm banter, your positive being really sets my day more than words can explain. For me coffee is not an addiction - I love my toffee nut latte, but you guys just make this moment extra special. I have been to many Starbucks in my years and this is the first time I have felt that compelled to write a negative review I apologise to the rest of the team for this as 95% of the guys in this branch are amazing and kind and considerate. I love starbucks, but the reception I got today was disgraceful. The man serving was rude and unfriendly. He was rude to myself and the women working alongside him. It was busy, but there was no need for rudness. Upset and loyal customer

Starbucks has never seemed expensive to me, because the product and service are good. But I think this place is far below the brand's standards. Almost 15 minutes for a black coffee. I paid almost £7 for coffee and croissant. Poor quality service and product

Drink almost half spilled in the bag. No caramel waffle muffin. Different muffin was delivered.

No matter if you come here ealry Monday morning start of the week or on a Sunday. The staff who serve always have a smile on there face. Great customer service every time. They are a credit to the franchise

Went in with my partner for a eggnog latte and tea. The tea was awful, it wasn't left to brew and had way too much milk. When she asked to have it remade she was met with eye rolling, loud tuts and generally not caring that the tea was awful also apologising for asking for it to be remade was met with a sneer. After all that we got back to the car, I took the lid off of my coffee to find its a watery mess but after the hassle with the tea I was too scared to go back and get it sorted

Took a very long time to be served, as others have said - the drive through orders were being prioritised over instore. Then this apparently an acceptable cup of tea.. asked for it to be remade and got a loud tut in response, she did remake it - exactly the same without letting the bag brew at all before adding milk so it was like dishwater - the picture is after 5 minutes of attempting to let it brew. For more than £3 I was not impressed.

Worst starbucks I've been to. Food and atmosphere are very good. It's the staff- eyes rolling, chit chatting, customer ignoring staff they have got here. If you are going there on your way to work, don't bother because they will take 30 mins just to take the order. Whoever was working here on 1/11/2023 at 9am- very very bad customer service. 2 baristas were chatting with one customer for 20mins even though they know about 6 people were standing in the queue waiting to order.

The drink was basically just coffee as well as this there was caramel drizzle when I didn’t ask for it and it has dairy in which I can’t have.

Ordered two drinks paid for extra shots in one but when turned up didn’t have any sweetness at all. Was so bitter that didn’t bother drinking it. Second drink was a caramel frappe. After two mouthfuls all taste was gone. Not worth the money at all

I was watching the maps and the driver was sitting in an area for 20 minutes as a result of that my drink was warm and melted and food cold

Waiting time for a coffee over 10 minutes as drive thru orders prioritised over in store orders. For a fairly new brzuch, chairs are really dirty and no one cleaning tables on regular basis. 4 members of staff behind the checkout but no one really paying attention to customers waiting. Instore Queue getting long while ladies way to busy chatting to each other instead of making orders.

Starbucks really isn’t on the top of our list for chain coffee shops except for summer. They do make really good Frappuccinos and cold brews. Plus we come here because We really like This branch of Starbucks. Just a short beautiful walk from us on the busway. Gorgeous air conditioning. Bright and Spacious. Lots of parking for those driving in. In the afternoons when we come there’s always lots of places to sit and it is always just nice and relaxing. You just end up not minding the usual long wait for your brew.

Love this starbucks! Such a nice place to come and do my Bible studies. Coffee is always amazing.

Overall a decent store, only downside is the amount of parking, the dozens of people on laptops buying one drink and staying for a few hours using the tables some ofthe people might need to sit in.

Ice frappe lately very poor quality I used to love them and order almost every day especially with this weather. Sad to say last week all tasteless, poor quality asked for caramel received some chocolate syrup on top. Disappointing
