Starbucks in Derby

Love Starbucks and i live 2 mins away it's a nice friendly place to go the staff are polite and friendly the drinks are nice and it's not badly priced i go there alot so I could be abit biased but i love going there i would recommend it

Advice: lad with the curly hair, listen more carefully then you won't put the wrong milk in, also wouldn't hurt for you to crack a smile youth

Good service both takeaway and done in, from friendly and helpful staff. Always perfectly crafted coffees and frapaccinos.

They prepare orders quickly, it's clean and tidy, everything is to your liking, and the staff is great.

Nice friendly place. Quite at the time, I went in. Drink was presented well and hot. The place was clean and inviting. Staff had time to say hello and good bye

Drive through for a good coffee and snack

the barista was an agressive non binary person. when i asked for a SHAken espresso, they said that they can only give me a theyken espresso??? i love my turtles at home they are so cute

Best cup of Decaff cappuccino out of all of the take away places.Not too expensive.

Nice atmosphere to enjoy coffee!

I go to this location at least twice a week and they have always been polite and have quick service. One time, an employee even advised that they couldn't make a drink after I paid, so refunded me and offered to make any other drink free-of-charge. I know it doesn't cost them much to do this, but I do appreciate the good service.

Delicious drinks. Guy serving by himself brought our drinks over- never had such great service in a Starbucks. Also cleanest Starbucks cafe and even loos I've ever seen. Really satisfying experience.

Nice place staff are very accomodating

Drink prices are now ridiculous,they are now over the £6 mark for the special drinks. I will never pay this amount as its just a rip off and aint worth it.

Today I bought two drinks that they recently launched but u don't like it . Not that much testy as they shown in the videos and photos. 😕 but the brown sugar Frappuccino was ok.

Never usually leave these but Billy serving was an absolute delight.

Customer service is amazing! The girls tried to make me a little ghost coffee for halloween 👻 It didn’t go as planned but the intention was there! Great place to chill or work for a bit.

Arrived at 9.28pm and the staff informed us that they were closed for the night. According to the closing times on their website it was 10pm. Very disappointed.

Closing time everywhere says 10pm just turned up to be told it’s closed 40 mins before actual closing time. If you’ve changed it update it.

Drinks quality is really bad. For £4.60, really poor quality frapuccino. Management needs to pay attention to that.

Happy to see another franchise open around, Starbucks 1 of the successful chains in the food industry, despite the odd names of the products and their measurements named, still the products it self speaks out and loud as they are high quality, truly happy to see Starbuks open on the top of Normanton Road. I will visit them soon and up date the review.
