Always excellent service from Birds . Had a minor issue with previous order and they more than made up for it this time . Top marks

The opening times on here are clearly wrong. This Birds is never open at 7am. I try to go before work at around 7.20am and it's never open

This weird company calls me every few months, and when I call back (from the missed call I receive), they tell me nobody has used the work-phone!? So, how do I keep receiving missed calls!? I have blocked the number now. Weirdos, stay wellclear and do not let them have any of your contact details.

Very disappointed, when we got the order we had ordered 2 pasties and 2 cream slices and this was printed on the receipt. When we opened the bag we only had 1 of each item . We got a refund but doesn’t make up for our disappointment of missing items .

Don't waste your time using this service. First time and last time I will order from Birds. Order was early but that was because items were missing and manager told me to order again which would have incurred another service charge and delivery charge, just not worth it...

Someone need to attend customer service communication skills course I never seen so rude and arrogant person, she bloody thinks she owning this place, I do believe this fuss about because I am foreign( skinny small lady with glasses served me today at 12.00). Sarcastic and very unprofessional hiring her was a big mistake never will return again, will speak to manager tomorrow.

75% of the order was missing. Much later than originally stated.

Food as always top quality, only niggle I have is delivery was by pushbike and the cake boxes were squished and some of the tarts look like they had been having a scrap.

Lovely fresh food and cakes, plus Bird's bread straight to your doorstep... what more do you need?

The very best local bakery. Hot sausage cobs are excellent. Cream cakes, quiche, pork pies which are THE best, sausage rolls, cooked meats, bread etc. You can't beat the quality.

Tasty, fresh, reasonably priced, good bundle deals, delivery packaged well, delivered quickly and politely. Would defintely order from them again!

As a regular customer, I notice things and behaviours of the staff not just to customers but to each other as well. I've witnessed one staff member in particular being rude, have sarcastic comments, and disrespect customers and other new staff members.

Drinks had been spilled and damage

I only recieved one lamb and mint slice.

Lovely food. Ordered 3 chocolate lollies but they only had 1 left so the lovely people who work there gave us a box filled with a gingerbread man and lots of chocolate goodies in replacement! Worth way more than the 2 lollies we originally ordered! Thank you birds team! We have 3 very happy children ☺️

Delivery man was very unhelpful , I asked him to put it on the stair lift as I can not manage the stairs , he threw it on the floor , I will never order from birds again

First time ordering and unfortunately disappointed. Asked for no sauce on pork and stuffing cobs, apple sauce was added. Had to remove it and could still taste it so didn’t eat it in the end waste of money.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered Bacon Cobs from Birds but was disappointed this time. The cobs were cold and I couldn't warm them up as the bacon was so over cooked it was difficult to eat and If I had warmed the bacon up I would have rendered it inedible the delivery was great and on time. But whoever cooked and prepared the cobs I find it unbelievable that they would let something like this be sold and expect that the customer would be happy about it.

Everything was great! The only issue was the lettuce in the salad was bulked up with spinach, prefer when its just lettuce! thank u! :)

food was very good delivery on time. only thing I would say is you have to choose a sauce for your bacon roll to enable you to order it. which I do not like so I had to order stuffing so that I could remove it from the bacon roll before eating it. Why can't you add no sauce as an option?
