No decaf, slow, handryer not working in loo and expensive. You can't charge top dollar and not get this right

Will never use drive through again..service appalling, coffee was like water...no idea how they managed that!!!

A little difficult to get to if you’re on the other side of the road but otherwise it’s Starbucks who can complain

This place just doesn’t get enough praise for all they do, although the food is very expensive. I drink at least two coffees everyday and this is the only Starbucks for miles around that serve the exact same cup every single time without fail and with a smile from all of the fantastic and friendly staff that work there. It’s well worth downloading their app and taking advantage of free extra shots and a complimentary drink once you reach 500 points which is after about 12 drinks! Can’t fault them and I specifically travel to this store because of this!

Standard of food is not always consistent

I came in with my family and my dog and the coffee was amazing, I went for a gingerbread latte as it was the Christmas season and it was incredible I also tried their banana loaf for the first time which was incredible, the staff are so friendly and help they certainly get a 5 star from me 😄

Very good experience. they do free drinks for NHS workers one day a year. Would recommend the decaf caramel frapaccino

A woman served me today and got my order completely wrong. She was being quite lazy with it.

I recently visited the Starbucks at Fleet Corner and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a bacon roll, and it was served lukewarm on the outside and cold in the middle. This is now the third time I've encountered such issues with food quality at this location. I'm also concerned about the food safety practices here. Staff were not wearing gloves while handling food, and I only observed one set of tongs being used for everything, which raises serious hygiene concerns. There were no temperature checks to ensure the food was heated properly, and it seemed there were no records to confirm that food safety standards were being maintained. When I asked about this, I was told, "the oven is preset, so there is no need to check," which is clearly not acceptable. Due to these ongoing issues, I've reported my concerns to the Food Standards Agency. I hope management takes these matters seriously and improves their food safety practices. I won't be returning until I see changes.

Absolutely shocking. Order never arrived. Most likely delivered to another house. Is this not why we have Oder codes to confirm with the drivers?! Just eat system awful to navigate to get in contact.

My drive thru coffee treat that I have once a week, always met with politeness and efficiency. Not eaten here so can't 5 star it.

Took over an hour to deliver two drinks. There was no whipped cream and the drinks were defrosted so I assume they sat on the side for ages. Not only that but drinks spilt all over the bag and were leaking to the point my partner had a puddle in his hand after holding the bag for 5 seconds. Do better.

I received my order with no straws? I have now paid £14.90 for 2 milkshakes with no straws so now unable to drink them.

"Estimated delivering 09:07" and then claiming this was "Delivered". At 09:15, still no sign of delivery driver - where is it and why is it saying this has been delivered?

As regular visitors to this drive thru, we were simply appalled by the treatment if a customer by a staff member called Conner. Connor, was so rude to the gentleman that was enquiring where his drink was. We will have to think twice about bringing our children in here again if that is going to be the behaviour of the staff. The atmosphere was so down today and the staff seem to be very down today. We even were surprised by the tone as we were served. Very disappointing!

Shocking go in for cold frap and a toastie. 1. Put a toastie in a microwave? 2. After heating up food,leave it to get cold whilst doing cold drink hmm. 3. Food is shocking wouldn't even bother 4. For the price you think you would get your money's worth, and kind service

i did not get my spring reuseable cup, i was told i would be given this spring reuseable cup and instead i was left with a clear one… dissapointing. i was told by a young girl that she would be back with my spring reusuable cup and was left wanting a spring reuseable cup.

Don't know what they done in store for my delivery but is was awful!!?? Normally ok if I go and get it from the store! Clearly I will have to maybe reconsider what I order from now on!

If you don't have the ingredients for the order why would you send something different and disgusting?? I ordered an iced white chocolate moca and you sent me some water with ice in it and probably you used hot chocolate powder. It had no taste. Why didn't you call me and asked if I want that drink that you sent me instead or just to cancel the order??? And they refused to give me a refund 😔

Drive through. Staff were really nice and courteous. Shame it's so expensive probably won't be back. Fiver for a non caffeine frappuccino. Come on. A one off for us won't be back again very over priced.

The coffee, food and staff are amazing, but the prices are a little expensive.

It's close to my place of work, it's pretty good, the coffee was watery for my taste, but obviously this is just taste, I like a very intense coffee even when I drink it with ice And milk. But it was good overall, clean place, and apparently quiet if you want to work a little from your laptop. Very friendly and attentive staff, fast and polite, everything a place needs to go relax and enjoy a chat with friends while enjoying a snack and a coffee. I will return more times.

Good place plenty of parking but service could be better

Sent me the wrong size drinks. A normal lid was put on one of our drinks and spilt out and ruined the brownies. Completely useless!

Not happy. My order is wrong. I ordered an iced signature brown sugar oat shaken espresso with 1 whipped cream, 1 caramel drizzle, 1 signature espresso and x1 almond milk. You have given me 3 signature espressos, no whipped and no caramel. As this is wrong I'm not convinced almond milk has been used and as a lactose intolerant I'm not prepared to take a risk

Amazing place to go if you want a coffee and very friendly staff had a takeaway chocolate wafflecone coffee Frappuccino and it tastes so good 😊 would highly recommend this drink to anyone who loves coffee.

Overpriced and average quality.

I would give them a zero if I could. I went to Starbucks on 25/07/23. Can I just say the staff were rude- especially a lady who was serving drinks that day. Got my order wrong twice. Didn’t apologise. Just snapped and said fine, whatever happened to customer service there?

The delivery driver handed me a bag which was leaking with my coffee. It had been spilt along the journey and was leaking out of the bag when it got to me

Quick and efficient drive through and good quality drink

10 minute wait for a flat white when you're the only person in the queue is a lonely place to be. Only four other people in the whole place. A bit like a twilight zone where time stands still.

Ordered some breakfast items and coffee this morning. We are vegetarian and ordered only vegetarian food. They sent me the wrong item with ham in! Can't eat the food.

Bought drinks from drive thru, everything was fine

the ice white mocha is tasteless has no white mocha syrup or any sweetness. this is my usual drink i get from Starbucks shop and first time i've ordered in a while i never usually have a problem but it costs enough so of course i want the correct drink made. i also ordered porridge with jam... i got sent overnight oats not a massive deal but still not the point. i would have been ok with that if my drink was perhaps made correctly.

All chocolate was melted off the biscuits where it was put in with hot food 0 common sense

There was an error on the order - we ordered a Fiery No Chicken Wrap - based on allergy requirements - this was not received but we did receive an additional All Day Breakfast wrap. The person that ordered this wrap was unable to eat it.

This has got to be the slowest coffee shop in the country... A couple of the young girls are running around whilst the blokes seem to assume they are on holiday.... been going there most weeks for a couple of years....but they took the biscuit this week ... with a wait of nearly 15 minutes.... with only 5 cars in front of me....and a few in shop customers!... sadly I will not be re-visiting.

Got two drinks and waited 7 minutes for them. I alway go here because they are normally fast with drive thru, but on this occasion they weren’t saw my drinks on the side as soon as I pulled up but yet to have been given them. Three women just stood there looking at us while making sure the customers inside were getting there drinks but not the people threw the drive thru. Unimpressed this time round

Great location, shame about the extremely slow service. 20 mins and they only served 2 people with 5 in front of me… have walked out.

How can they run out of cows milk so often, really disappointed that had to go elsewhere.

Extremely slow service in the drive thru. Left waiting to order for ages and then again to get our drinks. Ordered 2 drinks (1 hot, 1 cold) and two cakes, took ages to get drinks and then waited longer again to get food, all they had to do was put it in the bag. The girl on the window was just stood watching everyone else make drinks so unsure why she couldn't get the food sorted while waiting for drinks to be made. Then after waiting ages, drove off and it was only after leaving that I discovered 1 of the drinks was missing cream and was only 3/4 full (presuming left space for the cream that was not there). Not a great trip and will be going back to Costa where I've always found them quicker and never a problem with the drinks.

Have we run out of beans and sauce? Drinks were ok but not what I ordered.
