Starbucks in Highland

Excellent coffee and fruit toast. This is what you would expect from all Starbucks locations. Friendly staff with good efficient service. Some comfy sofas but mostly tables and hard chairs. There is a drive-thru at the back that always seems to be busy.

We asked for 2 bacon rolls with brown sauce, and 2 white Americanos to take away. They took our name for the order, then didn't bother to call it out when ready. Coffees came black, we had to ask for milk, and we got to the car to have our rolls, to find no brown sauce! Will stick to Costa in the future.

Unfortunately the drive in Starbucks has room - for improvement, endless times they have made my drink wrong and gave me syrup in my coffee, instead of sugar. They often run out of Oat milk and never seem to cater enough for vegetarians/vegans. When I am in South East London the branch I use is amazing. This drive through doesn’t have a the same friendly atmosphere, and sometimes they are rude and have a poor “ cannot be bothered attitude “ about their day. Unhelpful, especially when a person has a disability and needs extra help. Being Polite and showing good manners towards your customers is part of the service. It costs nothing, but lets down your business. You’re not representing Inverness Starbucks with this pretentious attitude — you have shown a poor standard of service.

Great staff, service, clean and as expected from start to end, ps too much spice this and spiced that and not enough regular items of food and desserts available at that moment for me x 😁🤟🏻

Young girl who’s always on drive thru with nose piercing n dark hair can never even say thank u or nothing, seems like she cba serving u just stands n speaks to colleagues, more training needed or replacement.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have visited. The staff are efficient and friendly

Got a good to go bag and I got about £3 worth of items for £4 so don’t waste your time!!! very poor from the Starbucks team. Will not be back

Food and atmosphere was lovely, we had met friends for coffee. There were a few members of staff working when we went in and order, it was quiet then became a little busy some of our order was missing and we had to wait a bit for what we had ordered.

This Starbucks has delicious drinks and has nice employees! 9.7/10. My everyday drink (a hot chocolate) was tasty, you should try it too!

Why does Starbucks refuse to show the prices of all products? On the occasions I have to use their “smart boards” to choose what products I wish to drink the only ones apparently on offer are the seasonal drinks. To bad if any customer wants to make an informed choice of what else you serve and how much they cost with out having a staff member try and recant what else is on your menu. You could do much better. All you need is one board that doesn’t change

Just been through the drive in. Do so every Sunday. The young lady at the window, Nose piercing, thin tall dark hair,.chewing gum is a total let down to your team. No eye contact, no acknowledgement at all, absolutely disgraceful service. Too busy waving at car behind. Every encounter with this young lady is the same, awful

This was a coffee stop somewhere with a bit more light on a grey day. The place has a large window at the front. The service was ok. The coffee - Starbucks. As for atmosphere, I don't expect any really, just a fairly quiet place without chairs scraping or people shouting. I forgot to take photos.

The coffee is good, the food is acceptable given the fact that this is not a food oriented shop. Prices are a bit high for a muffin and a slice of caramel loaf. Music sometimes is too loud and not too harsh for a coffee shop... In a place where you want to have a coffee and relax, there shouldn't be music that ramps up your heart rate and hits your brain :)

I must admit to generally preferring their UK competitor for coffee, but the Matcha Latte is really good and particularly so with some vanilla syrup as recommend by our server. Incredibly fast service through their drivethrough!

It's Starbucks. Food was ok but pricey. Coffee was per the manual. Location was clean. Staff were friendly.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming when ordering our food and drinks. The food was beautiful, really fresh and warm. Lovely atmosphere in this restaurant ill definitely go again and recommend to my friends and family

Can be a mixed experience in terms of service. ..depending who is on. Sometimes really good but seem to get new staff often and mix-up of order is not uncommon. Nice enough place out of the city centre and not too busy.

I went in for a caramel frappucino and i was served by a friendly member of staff and it didn't take long to make. I saw the girl making it and she certainly knew what she was doing, knocked it up with ease and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend to others. Nice wee place.

Lovely place. Friendly staff. They also had a little interactive show for young children sat morning. I thought that was wonderful given they are located in a family orientated community.

We’ve ordered 3 coffees as gold members. An espresso and an americano both with cream on top, and a Java chip frappe with no cream. Waited for quite long time for the order, when I realized that the espresso and americano in front of me should be ours - but with no cream on top. I complained and got it, then the third was finally ready - you guessed right, with cream on top! Such a messy service!

Don't have half the coffees. Staff are a bit rude

I usually go through the drive through where I am usually treated by ava or orla, I usually get a caramel macchiato with soya milk which they always insure that I am okay with the drizzle as it contains dairy. They have started to remember my order as I always get the same thing. Ava makes the best caramel macchiato as everytime she makes it there’s never a complaint I can make!! Orla is always full of humour and always has a smile on her face. The pair of them always make you feel welcomed ! Thank you girls 🥰xx

Wonderful experience!! The lovely Ava helped me out with all choices and found my new favourite the iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso. She greets me with her lovely warm smile and never fails to offer a happy welcome :)

Have such a lovely experience at the drive through every time i come to this store, especially if the lovely girls eilidh and Emma are working. Both such bubbly girls who always make sure my order is made exactly how I like it, I never have any issues when they’re on the case that’s for sure!

I am a regular at Starbucks all round the world but this particular branch I felt the staff were amazing and went above and beyond their duty to make my visit such a pleasure. Popped in enroute to journey South. Busy Starbucks right next to Asda. Has a drive thru. Toilets were clean. Latte and Pink coconut refresha were good.

Fantastic, you really do get what you pay for and the member of staff that served us was the sweetest kindest real person. No supermodel, kind sweet, he gave the impression nothing was too much trouble.

There's items constantly out of stock which i don't really mind but after 3 visits of substituted drinks could you really not just update the app please. I'm also quite disappointed one brunette gave me a completely different order to what I ordered without asking me and closed the door on me so fastI couldn't say it wasn't right. I really hate complaining but this has happened more than 5 times, I go back because its convenient and I can usually still get a caffeine kick but starbucks come on.. get it together already

My mum and I are regular visitors to the Walter Scott Starbucks, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Shaznay makes an excellent Caramel Frappe, Chloe, Caitlin, Shannon and Rhiannon also regularly make amazing drinks. Thanks guys.

The place is always strewn with dirty tables full of cups plates etc from previous customers with new customers having to clear before sitting down. Plenty staff who all seem happier chatting than looking to ensure place is clean and tidy. Outside there was 4 tables, all of which were filthy and full of dirty cups 🤢

8 People in the Kitchen and still took long as hell

Came in yesterday because it was so warm and wanted a caramel frap, I was served by Alex who was sensational in greeting me and meeting my needs. Service was quick and the frap was even better. Even noticed a couple of the girls working their socks off so hats off to them. Highly recommend this one for hot days, and cold.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great choice of drinks and food.

Tonight I was served at the drive through by the lovely Aimee, with her infectious smile and excellent service. Drink quality was perfect, definitely reccomend !

Always amazing service and I go atleast twice a week. Today a lady did a random act of kindness and paid for my drink so I paid it forward and paid the car behind me. Drinks are always 100% perfect and staff are always friendly and helpful.

I’ve always had a very good experience here, fantastic selection of drinks. The service is always 10/10. And I love the fact that we have a drive thru it’s so convenient. Xx

I love the service at this Starbucks, they are on point every time and are really helpful. we even get our puppycinno here which my dog loves. my son also loves to have a treat here and they make him feel so welcome. the coffee is always amazing and the location is also great to sit and enjoy your coffee.

Fabulous service by Aimee last Saturday. She recommend a new drink for me to try and it’s become my absolute favourite! She made me feel so welcomed and helped find a solution for my dietary requirements. Really makes me want to visit more!

Aimee has been a star. Every time I go, I look for something new to try and she always has the best suggestions! My personal favourite is the Iced Chai tea white mocha. Always a pleasure when Aimee’s on shift!
