Starbucks in Renfrewshire

Love this branch of Starbucks. For starters all of the staff are super nice and friendly. Always time to chat. The coffee shop is always immaculate. I'm forever on a diet so don't often indulge in the cakes but whenever I do they're always fresh. I actually drive past the Govan branch as its not as nice, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired in there. Back to this store, inside Sainsbury's Braehead, top marks for everything.

My dinner was expected to arrive in 15-20mins. However it took over an hour to arrive! I was unable to track the order as when food arrived it still showed the courier at the restaurant. To make it worse the food was freezing and reheated!!

Fav Starbucks always quiet and workers are amazing❤️

We bought two coffees and to be honest they were tasteless. Also it takes ages to get served.

It's a 'faceless' corporate Starbucks branch that could be anywhere from North Cape to Cape Town.

Ordered from here a while ago and i didn’t really have much of a good experience. I ordered a caramel frappe that had me waiting for around 15 minutes in the shop when it wasn’t really busy at all, just for it to have no caramel in it. Staff were calling names for the orders but weren’t loud enough so there was just loads of drinks piling up on the table waiting to be collected. Drink definitely wasn’t the best.

my order wasn't delivered but was marked as bring delivered. Nobody contacted me to check if they were unsure of location either. Terrible service by Courier.

Was in the Starbucks located in the Sainsbury’s store this evening for a coffee to chat up with a friend and cannot get over the amazing level of service we received off Karen and Molly. They recommended some treats for us that were amazing and were so warm and friendly! Will definitely be back!

Visited today with a friend. First time in this branch and was really impressed by the layout and the feel. I was even more impressed by Carly who was working on her own and coped amazingly with the very busy store. She did it all with a smile and great chat while she just got in with the job. A credit to the branch

I was in for a coffee, 4 baristas, one busy serving and 3 that were there just chatting and doing nothing while I was waiting…. The place was also empty. Anyway you’ve lost a customer

The delivery was delayed for more than 2hours and the hot drink was cold

Starbucks were fantastic, and even redone the order after we waited over two hours. The driver accepted it and didn’t show up for over two hours. The driver is at fault, very unprofessional.

Never ever the new flavours advertised. Surprised they would have PSL when it arrives. No NEW SALTED MAPEL & CARAMEL !!!

As a regular customer of Starbucks, at times I find the barista's attitude not of the values Starbucks promote. Today at the breathed store (time 12:20pm) I experienced two very rude members of staff, not one please or thank you. On arrival I was completely ignored and had to asked if I could be severed, there was no one other than myself in the queue and when serving it felt I was putting them out. I will avoid this store at all costs, but as mentioned above this is not the first time I have experienced hostile attitude. Today was the final time I am prepared to pay for goods and be treated in a demeaning manner.

amazing!! i was served by james (i believe that’s his name) he had brillant customer service skills and amazing manners. There was an issue regarding the teabags the details of which i am not aware of, all that i knew was the tea bags where nowhere to be seen but james stopped at nothing until he found them. That’s him showing great integrity!! I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and it did not disappoint. I heard that james also makes a perfect pumpkin spice Frappuccino. will definitely be returning 👍

I've been before and the service is always lovely, but I went in today asking for a complicated drink and the staff were more than happy to make it. My drink was also made super well, it was delicious!! It was a lad and a lassie that served me and they were really kind. Thank you so much! 🖤

Two panini only had 2 think bits of meat literally NO other filling inside disgusted by the lack of care or fillings in two panninis rip off
