For a buffet style restaurant the food is very good. It is quite pricey for what it is.

I’ve been a regular at this Chinese buffet for years, but my latest visit around dinner time was appalling. A male employee with green hair and glasses was cleaning the area with a blue cloth, swinging it around near the uncovered food. He then used the same cloth to clean tables without using any form of disinfectant and continued to swing it around. After this he went onto cleaning more tables with the same dirty cloth. It was unsettling to see germs being potentially spread over the dishes. This lack of basic hygiene completely ruined my appetite and made me question the safety of the food. I used to enjoy this place, but after this experience, I’m hesitant to return. I hope they address these cleanliness issues before someone gets sick.

Plenty to choose from even really good fresh pizza, yes pizza. Spoilt for choice. And good food as buffets go for Chinese food. Soft drink dispenser was low on gas. Check it out before you buy into the free soft drink refill.

This is an eat all you can buffet, so we did just that like all the other customers. The surroundings were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, The food was of fairly good quality, plentiful, and the range provided was extensive.

First time here and loved it. Lovely friendly staff, great selection of food. Clean and tidy too. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend

Went here today and had a lovely lunch was with my husband daughter and 2⃣ grandkids and we all enjoyed our lunch everything was beautiful and fresh and there was a great selection staff were very attentive great place will be back again

Brilliant and good value for money

Should have been 5 stars as the food and cleanliness was fantastic. Service was ok because all the staff wher in bad moods with each other. One staff member was arguing with the owner next to our table at the bar because she said she was doing everyone else's job. 2nd staff member was arguing with another because she had used her locker so she threw everything out her locker onto the floor.this caused this staff member to proceed to complain to everyother staff member that spoke Cantonese and generally was unapproachable for more drinks she was in that bad of a mood about it.

Best buffet we have been to with the works curry club . They have decided that this is our favourite

Not a bad place to have a good meal.

I have been shouting from rooftops how good this place is but our step dad took us on friday night and we went in at 8.30pm the pizza bit lights where off and remaining pizza left was stone cold n about 3 slices only on full 3 plates. Waste of time they where removing dishes at that time????? We hardly ate much and paid 72.00 SHOCKING!!! not going back

Food is amazing. Staff are all very nice and pleasant. The whole place including the toilets are spotlessy clean. Never had any negative issues

Buffet was cold, staff looked unhappy to be at work. When I told them the food was cold after talking to other people they said, what do you want us to do. £42 for 2 people and the food was cold

Had some lunch whilst I did some work. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Devin was so polite and helpful Amazing food. So much choice and all looked fresh. Lovely tasting Restaurant is lovely and clean

The food is really good. If you are living in the area you must visit this place. It is much better than a well known chain buffet everyone knows.

You pay a lot of money for meals but you get a lot for your money

My 2nd visit to Beijing Banquet on a Sunday early evening. We did book a table for a party of 4, as on my last visit it was busy. Again, it was a busy evening, which is a good sign. Managed to get a parking space. There is a decent car park, but at times, it can be pretty full. All of the food that I personally had was cooked well and was tasty. Starters, mains, and deserts were very good. There was a high turn around of food, and it wasn't sitting for long, so it was fresh. There is a good variety of food, which was all piping hot and well covered over, with serving utensils. There was good spacing between the food islands. Good seating areas with attentive staff removing used plates, cutlery, etc. Price was appropriate for a buffet. I'd happily go back.

Buffett restaurant. All you can eat. Pics show prices have increased in 2024 by an extra £8 per person. Definitely was going back. Now too expensive.

Food was OK, no point booking table as still had to wait in a queue 30 mins. Shown table and left so had to go ask for glasses for juice had to ask for plates to be cleared away and the another queue to pay. Obviously just opened and teething issues but anyone I spoke to highly recommend but just not for me.

I will never be back! I have never witnessed service like it. On a Saturday night we booked a table for 19:45 we were directed to a table like a school lunch hall. I hadn't even sat down and the woman ( possibly manager) shouted drinks. I asked nicely for a drinks menu, which she basically flung at me. We were eating as a family of 3, she kept saying no this way and blocking parts of the restaurant off while they started cleaning. Trying not to choke on my dinner and glass of wine at 9 o'clock when she's pointing at her watch and the hoover was on. Worst 77 pounds and grudged every pound. While leaving she had the cheek to smile and say good night. I can't complain about the food and would have enjoyed it so much more if it wasn't for the most horrendous service.

First time in Beijing banquet the food was delicious you could eat as much as you liked lots of variety brilliant if having a birthday party and special occasions. Sweets cakes ice cream marshmallow and chocolate fountain not expensive I will certainly go again well worth the money I would highly recommend this restaurant 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Poor quality of food. Had not been for a few years as wasnt impressed last time i was there. Thought i would try it again, defo be my last. Food was barely warm or edible. Chicken tough and dry. Pork also very dry, some of the mussels would not come away from shell so did not take any chances with eating them. Place was not very busy air con was blowing above us which was uncomfortably cold

Rude service especially by the main chap who showed up the table. He gave us the bill straight away when we first ordered the drinks. We got there at 8pm and he told us that we need to lea6at 9pm. And the food was so bland and afterwards I felt unwell with the uninteresting food...PLEASE AVOID

Visited for a birthday meal with a large group 15+ mix of adults and children. Once again, all was very happy with the visit. the food was fresh and a good selection. Customer service was brilliant. The only change from the previous visit is that they no longer allow splitting a bill if you have a group booking but want to pay separately . It's not the end of the world, but it's worth noting. Old review -Went in with a family of 14. It was not my first visit here. Both visits are fantastic. Pleasant staff, very clean. Well cooked food and large selection. Cannot fault any of it. Would highly recommend. Prices seem high, but well worth the cost. For a buffet , the food is always fresh. And there is enough of a selection to satisy anyones needs. Fantastic A++

Best buffet selection i have seen in this style of opperation. Staff very friendly service area was spotless. I even got squid cooked fresh on the plancha. Not cheap but great value.

Great Chinese buffet. Plenty of choice and food was warm and tasty. Food was constantly replenished and areas were clean. Restaurant is large but doesn’t feel too big when you are seated. Great value for money.

We had a family meal here on Sunday evening. The place was spotlessly clean. Wheelchair accessible. There was plenty of space around the tables and serving areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tremendous selection of hot and cold food all very well laid out and attractive. Everything I had was very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The carpark was completely full when we arrived which was disappointing. The wash rooms are modern and also spotless. Looking forward to our next visit.

Tasty as always. Food was fresh and hot and plates were cleared from our table fairly quickly. Couple playing Peppa Pig on their phone at a nearby table at maximum volume for their child was annoying - staff ignored it despite lots of diners looking at the couple in question. Clueless.

First time here with my friend, staff are absolutely super duper but the food let's it down a tad, not bad but could be better. We got here more or less at the beginning of lunch and some options were cold already and not as tasty as they could've been but otherwise an enjoyable buffet binge nonetheless

Absolutely awful.. So damn rude..Made us feel very unwelcome because we came at 8.30 and were closing at 9.30. The main chap was awful,never saw bad service like it.

Visited today for brother in law"s birthday. Excellent choices, although I personally took more salad than Chinese food. My choice entirely. The rest of the party thoroughly enjoyed all the food they ate. Very little wastage at our table including two children. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Amazing selection of food to choose from. Food tasted fantastic wheelchair access friendly and very efficient staff. Reasonable price as well would recommend to all. They even do chicken nuggets for the kids they obviously put great thought in to the menu. This is buffet style eating hygiene is assured. They provide gloves and they require masks to be worn when moving around.

Huge selection of dishes from salads, soups and all imaginable Asian dishes to pasta, pizza and desserts for dessert - and all in great quality! Therefore top value for money! The staff are also very attentive and ensure cleanliness and order (which is not always easy due to the eating habits of some guests). We were there for the first time yesterday and were a bit clueless as to how drinks and payment would work. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and pointed out to us that water was free and corrected our bill. Many thanks to Pavani for this! Overall, definitely recommended!

Welcoming staff. Place is big but the layout and design make it feel cosy. The food is great, I'd say the best buffet I've been to in a long time. So much choice. There's all the usual Chinese dishes as well as crispy duck, won tons, sushi, pizza, pasta, meatballs, salad.. plenty of choice for kids too like Chicken nuggets, chips, sausages, macaroni, ice cream, popcorn and chocolate fountain. Really enjoyed the meal, best satay I've had. Definitely needs another visit, can't possibly try all the dishes in one go. Reasonable price, great food, plenty of choice, can't really ask for more.

I read the reviews, absolutely don’t believe the bad ones. Food was fresh and tasty. Great variety , sweets were excellent. First class service and the place was clean and pleasant. Cannot fault it.

We went quite late so some things were not refreshed but usually this place has plenty of fresh food.

I dined with yourself last Sunday 31/3/2024 and I was very unhappy with the standard of the food. I got to the third thing on my first plate which was a chicken satay on the skewer, my first few bites were OK but my forth bite I bit into it and ended up with broken skewer all through the part of the chickens not meant to have any in it, they must have broken a skewer removed it and added a fresh one not knowing it was broken through the chicken. I had swallowed some by mistake so I panicked and ran to the bathroom to try and get it out, it was stuck in the back of my throat and I think I may have even swallowed some. Whilst in the bathroom another customer heard me and came over to help me she got me water and alerted a member of staff of what happened the member of staff came to ask what happened I explained my situation and she said if I needed anything to get a hold of her. It was a horrible experience I've had a sore throat since it happened and I'm utterly appalled that the kitchen are not keeping on top of there food safety, everything should be getting checked before being served to the customer, I'm a chef myself so I know they should be quality checking everything that comes out of the kitchen. We got a small discount ended up paying for 1 adult 1 child meal but I was suprised I had to pay for my meal at all. Service 10/10 the member of staffed looked after me but you need to have a word with your kitchen staff that was completely unacceptable. It's taken me a while to contact yourself as I suffer with anxiety and after the whole incident I just wanted to forget about it, but it's not on, what if a child had eaten that or an old person who can't fully communicate what then? It's extremely careless and dangerous.

I challenge anyone to say anything negative about this place. Everything was top quality, the food, the staff, the decor, cleanliness and value for money.

Nice but very expensive. Better going to a world buffet where their is alot more options. Although their was alot of options. The customers seem to be full of undesirables on the few times I have visited. Swearing, ect, saying vulgar things while others are eating. Wich isn't the restaurants fault, but it isn't nice if you are on a date or a family day out.

A lovely buffet spent with partner and grandson. Excellent choice of foods available. Nice fresh flowers on the tables with balloons and fresh linen. A pleasant atmosphere.

If you like to eat that place is for you. Last time we received a table in not very good condition, the paint was peeling, it wasn't very nice to sit at, the food was good and the service too.

It was my stepdaughter lynsey's birthday so we all went to the restaurant Ken myself Callum our grandson and our Paul food was amazing and staff were lovely

All you can eat buffet! - Absolutely loads of food choice and it was all certainly of a good quality. We arrived not long after opening, and everything was ready to go. Staff were attentive and cleared away the empty plates promptly. I would definitely go again. Nice setting and a big selection of food and desserts.

The food selection was excellent. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. My grandson and I really enjoyed our lunch and will definitely be back soon.

Best chinese buffet out there, food is fresh & very good. Only downside is its a bit pricey if you go at weekend,(fri,sat,sun). Which we did, otherwise no complaints.

This place is terrible. Got here 3pm. Was told close at 4pm. Me & my wife went up for some food. Food dry & looked if it was there a while. Asian guy with red t shirt blowing his nose & wiping. But didn't wash his hands. The put blue gloves on ate an orange then goes on his phone. Then scratched his head. Then puts toppings on sushi . Made me feel sick this place has hygiene problems. Told young guy at desk. And told him won't be back absolute garbage. Not nice thing to say. But 100% bad
