I don’t normally write reviews but after a long day being up since 4am and finally on my way home at 5pm.. I had two hours to kill before my flight and decided to go to starbucks for something to eat and drink. I was greeted by a lovely young lady with beautiful pink and green hair. She honestly just put a smile on my face for how kind she was to me and other customers. Thank you

Hours to kill before catching a flight for a five days holiday in Krakow ,my twin brother Stephen and I dropped into this Starbucks departures side and I must say our visit was good. A nice outlet ,cosy ,good decor and furnishings and quite a few seating options. We ordered a flat white coffee ,service was quick and with a smile,coffee was steaming hot,we chilled out while sipping our coffee's. I am a big fan of the coffee served in Starbucks ,it's consistent in all their outlets and their flat white coffee is a favourite of ours . We moved on after our coffee's and as on previous visits to here we had a positive experience ,it's a Starbucks outlet I highly recommend you check out if you're in Liverpool Airport.

I came to Starbucks first thing as I came through Liverpool airport, I was shocked at how quiet the airport is but Starbucks seemed to be relatively busy. The girls that were on shift were lovely and friendly considering how early it was! The young girl on the till was super helpful when I asked what dairy alternatives they had to offer and she explained to me all about their new promo drinks. I decided to have the strawberry and vanilla oat milk latte and I must say it was a good choice! My drink was lovely and the girl making my drink was very genuine asking me where I was flying to. The seating area was nice and clean and when our flight to Belfast was called the girls soon got to work clearing the tables and changing the bins to make sure the place was spotless. Very happy with my visit to Starbucks.

It’s tricky to staff an airport restaurant at the moment. Liverpool airport was v quiet on Boxing Day. Lovely as v few queues. Only 30 on our aircraft ! The drinks in Starbucks were great. The hot choc festive special was v good. Kids loved their decaf coffees. The bloke serving was working like a trooper - on his own it seemed. Was polite and helpful. Drinks served in good time. But the place needed a clean. Should someone else have been on a shift with this poor guy ?

Starbucks coffee and food is pretty much standard everywhere, so there's no point in reviewing it. If you've had Starbucks, then you know what you're going to get. The thing therefore that differentiates the establishments is the cleanliness and attitude of the staff. Despite there being very few customers, just about every table had used cups, serviettes and food wrappers. Customers had to move rubbish to sit down. The floor obviously hadn't been swept for a long time as it was littered with crumbs, pieces of food and wooden stirrers. The staff, when they weren't serving, sat and talked at the side of the counter or were engrossed on their mobile phone. All the time I was there (about half an hour) no tables were cleaned and nothing done to clear the floor. If you're concerned about hygiene it's better to avoid this particular place.

Had a superb experience yesterday at the Everton v Luton cup game. Went to Goodison cafe and the food was absolutely amazing and staff were so friendly. Quick service and we managed to get a table. Queue and wait times not too bad at all. The pies are amazing! Comes with chips and gravy, peas and a drink! Great stuff!

We ordered a giant cookie on the second of feb to be collected on the 17th feb giving plenty time for it to be made. The day before pick up I ran the branch and asked about the cookie to which the lady rudely replied she hadn’t got an order and that there was lots of staff so it had gone missing, she didn’t even think to ask what was my order and instead told me to ring back at 4:30pm as she was extremely busy. As this cookie was for an event I didn’t want to risk not getting it and with the employee not really listening and being rude on the phone I went down to speak to her to my Surprise (not) she was not busy instead on her phone with her headphones in I spoke about the issue with the missing order and showed her my receipt to which she replied (I believe you) well I’m glad she did as she took my order on the 2nd. She never apologised or even acknowledges her mistake instead was extremely rude. I’m sure this isn’t the time of person Millie’s wants as the front for there business because I will not be going back and I’m sure others will feel the same if they have to deal with the same rudeness and inconvenience.

Visité en varias ocasiones para llevar comida para llevar mientras estaba en mi almuerzo, descubrí que el personal es constantemente miserable y el menú es decepcionante para vegetarianos y veganos, a pesar de que afirman en TripAdvisor que son aptos para vegetarianos. En las raras ocasiones que tienen rollos de salchicha vegetariana, son agradables. Las sopas son hermosas, sin embargo, es frustrante hacer cola solo para descubrir que una vez que estás en el frente no tienen ninguna. La junta afirma que tienen patatas asadas, sin embargo, si se solicita, ya no las hacen. En mi visita anterior la semana pasada, salí de la tienda con las manos vacías y fui a Sayers unas puertas más abajo, ya que no tenían absolutamente nada que ofrecerme como vegetariano.
