Though it's mentioned the operating hours are until 9pm, they were hurrying to close at 7.45pm. It was a real cold and freezing day there, we literally had to eat cold pizza and other food, our request to warm the food was strictly refused by staff.

Some staff really need to stop walking away and turning back from there customers and whilst asking a bloody question as I think it’s rude and one thing start saying thank you, very rude customer service

Bought a coffee, the server dint even close the lid properly. The lid was semi closed and when I tried to drink it spilled all over me. Learning: Check the cap before drink. Suggestion: close the cap properly before serving.

Came here yesterday nearly went flying on my head some sort cream on floor because bins were full disgusting told staff what happened well had tell her ten times but she started doing something else so had tell her again so she got brush and pan sweep it up didn’t clean it up properly won’t be coming back

Quick and polite service but dirty toilet with no loo roll. Virtually unusable.

Thursday 26th September 2024.. Shocking service practically every time I've been in but tonight was especially awful customer service. Young lad must have looked at the counter with me and another person waiting five or six times, with no "hello" or "be with you shortly" in sight! Literally so rude!They were not busy at all! Looked at us and just carried on faffing around. This was around 6pm. The staff cleaning in the back came to the front, saw me and the other customer and just ignored us. No manners whatsoever! I left without purchasing anything after waiting 8-10 minutes with my bank card in hand. I only wanted one sausage roll after work. Dreadful!!!

Opens early this greggs handy for people that work close by.

Your standard Greggs, nice food and drink. Toilets could do with an upgrade and the disabled cord for help had been cut away.

Delicious pastries 🍰. In the heart ❤️ of Liverpool. I had a very pleasant view of the busy Queens Square.

Lovely local Greggs restaurant, quick efficient service however small often untidy seating area and stock will sell out quickly in some ranges

Visiting the travel centre I have to encounter loud radio music , the worse aspect is annoying DJs and adverts , This does not make for a pleasant customer experience , rather it discriminates against those who struggle to hear in a normal environment . I have in the past asked them to turn the music down and the staff at this venue have obliged . This is a problem with Greggs - Liverpool generally , ridiculously loud annoying radio that suits the staff but proves inaccessible for people with sensory issues. Why don't management endorse a policy for all shops . They no longer get my custom as they will not endorse a reasonable level of sound for all. without adverts ! Its called piped music .

Greggs tasty as ever with a variety of drinks hot and cold cakes,sandwiches begets, savouries,breakfast menu, suitable for every budget and palet. Also calories are available for the health conscious. If you download the app you can also recieve free food on their menu.

I have visited this brunch several times, like the atmosphere, but it come as surprise when I visited the place on the 16th May 2023 @ 20.00. I first checked time of closing ,and was 2100 . I went in to order my snacks as Usual I was offered I asked if I can have my snacks in ,they directed me to where sit. After 15min the counter assistant come to me asking me leave because they wanted to tidy-up . Then I asked her again what time do you close ? Then I referred to to the time table displayed by the the door. But instead she said I should leave I polite left and through my cup of tea outside bin. I was treated like bugler than a usual customer . I kindly ask the manager of this brunch to take this seriously or the else the attitude of staff not a pleasant one. Thank display

Sometimes I get my morning coffee & croissant from here. The coffee is ok but the croissant is completely raw & doughy on the inside. Please cook the croissants properly, otherwise good service.

The guys attending the shop were chatting and laughing, ignored my presence until I asked for help. When I paid they overcharged me £7 for 3 bakes and a pack of 2 doughnuts, which should be £6,40. I guess they didn't like I was in a rush... Thieves and bad service, not recommended.

Good food deals but the place is filthy. The chairs are stained and all but one table was semi clean. This branch of greggs should seriously give this attention

The vegan sausage and bean tasted raw, like it wasn’t done at all. I bought it twice and never again. Every time I’ve been there the staff looks feed up and tired of being there. Not the best experience but not the worst either, average. Haven’t tried coffees or sandwiches on that specific shop so I couldn’t tell about those.

Sitio muy recomendable de bocadillos, fríos y calientes, bollería y lo mejor...sus Donuts!! Brutales...y la atención espectacular, sin apenas entender el inglés, nos ha atendido la mujer más maja de Liverpool!!

Friendly polite staff and quick service! Sat down and had lunch. Only issues was the toilets..they needed a little clean to be fair.

Staff were friendly and welcoming But the bacon in the barm was like hard plastic as a person that works in food i can tell you thats not how bacon should look or taste. But coffee is good and staff are great. Just dont buy the bacon barm 🤣
