Went it on my way for work, thought I’d go to the main one instead of the drive through this time at around 9am, service was okay, lady who served me didn’t seem to interested, got my usual medium latte, which informally came out rubbish just really foamy and burnt, 1 thing I wanted to mainly talk about and I hope that management see this is that the employees who were there were talking not very nice about someone, I assume an employee by the words they were using. This just added to a already not good experience, hopefully somebody sees this and they can do something about this for future experiences

Came for a frappe on our family day out. Lovely lady who told me the drink options as there was no menu and I am not a regular customer so do not have a usual drink. The lady making the drinks had a terrible attitude. She told me they haven't got the drink I ordered and what do I want instead. Huffy when I asked what the options were, no smile or apology. I chose an alternative. She made it and another server gave it to me. Again no apology or kindness in their attitude or tone of voice. I didn't like the drink so asked for a refund from a different lady. She asked my name I said it and also said it's on the label. I assumed she was checking I was returning my own drink. She then was rude to me and said I could have just said my name. I pointed out I did whilst also saying it was on the label. Such a poor attitude. No eye contact. Made me feel like rubbish. First time at this establishment and definitely the last.

Ordered a Java chip Frappuccino and it was watery like a regular ice latte ?? And the taste was awful and gross … used to get my frappe here every now and then , now I’m terrified and not sure if I should come here anymore

Hopelessly understaffed. Just two harrassed, fairly slow and surly baristas in place with a large queue. Took 25 minutes to get a coffee. The coffee was fine, but it took soooooo long.

Pretty much the usual affair of getting stomach upset and issues with there coffee and food. It seems to be a usual effect of Starbucks. I thought I would give it a go again but oh no same old same. Somethings never change including ther burnt beans and highly processed gross food products. Never again

Stopped for a break and a coffee around 10:30 after driving along the M25 for a hour. My wife could not drink her cappuccino because of the poor taste. My pain-au-chocolate was stale.

I recently visited this branch after getting so frustrated with Costa and their slow services and sudden branch closure without notice. The service was seamless and swift and the staff greeted with a smile. Great service. Will revisit.

For a motorway coffee outlet, this is better than most. The coffee and snacks were up to the usual good standard you expect to get at a Starbucks but the staff seemed to be more friendly and helpful than usual. There was socially distanced seating on the first floor which, again for a motorway service station, was extremely quiet.

The coffee and snacks were up to the usual Starbucks good standard but, for a motorway service outlet, this Starbucks Coffee Shop has really taken the Covid requirements to heart. There is a clear one way system, masks must be, and are, worn, payment is contactless, there are screens separating you at the till and where you collect your coffee is screened from where you order and pay. There is even socially distanced seating available on the first floor.

Went on Friday 10 of May around 7pm. I wanted noodles but they were out of noodles so I chose the rice.. had it with firecracker chicken.. the next two days I was violently ill.. Haven't been this ill for years. I usually can eat anything but the hygiene standards of this place must be really bad. What a shame to spend my weekend feeling this ill.. thanks to this place.

Just had the worst possible Dinner that you could even wish for. The Main course was cold and the desert, Creme Caramel melted in the dish in front of me. I complained to the waiter, dressed in a suit and he looked at me and walked away. The rest of the staff are all young, pleasant and doing there best under the circumstances. The lunch was the worst as well. The Sandwiches were dry, like they were made yesterday and the cooking straight out of a jar. Breakfast wasn't much better so not looking forward to tomorrow. But here for a meeting so have to stay. Otherwise I'd check out now!

A great place with friendly helpful staff , who are always super busy , so wait is sometimes required. I never mind as people can only do one thing at a time , and the surroundings are pleasant.Go with a serene attitude and empathy for your fellow man (or woman) who is working flat out for you , and then enjoy your delicious coffee.
