Just bought a large hot chocolate with whipped cream, which was lukewarm at best By the time I mixed in the cream the cup showed two thirds full. Starbucks on the go is just as bad. A large coffee will fit in to a regular cup, so your paying for a large when it isn't. Ripping off the customers! What a rip off.

Starbucks Deeside is crawling with hundreds of flies! Really difficult to enjoy your coffee, or concentrate on anything whilst constantly being pestered by the cast of A Bugs Life!

The government has closed all food outlets, with the exception of takeaways. So Starbucks has closed its sit in area but kept their drive through and walk in takeout running - which is just fine. The problem is that they have not changed their behaviour. I asked for a tea and choose a sealed packet of food as the staff member was handling the food with bare hand. She picked up a once use cup, twisted her bare hand around the rim in a muscle memory type of action, as though putting a cap on the cup while shouting instructions to her colleague. She filled the cup, then twisted the cap on using the same action. She and her colleague were both working in the usual pre covid way with bare hands and faces. Clearly, if either gets the virus in the next days or weeks, they will stand a good chance of passing this to all who come in or come past. Both being young, they may well not even realise they have the virus, but of course their customers could be of any age and vulnerability. COME ON STARBUCKS - ITS NOT ACTUALLY HARD. AFTER ALL YOU HAVE ALL BEEN TRAINED IN FOOD HYGIENE, HAVEN'T YOU?

Very poor cafe, not enough high chairs available even though it wasn’t busy, staff showed little interest and didn’t care when asked where to find high chair. Not ideal having to wait for someone to finish so that your toddler can have a chair to eat their food. Unfortunately we had already ordered otherwise we would have left. Baby changing facilities, not clean, five bins in the cubicle and all full with one over flowing. Only stopped here as child was getting hungry, really wasn’t worth it and caused more stress than it was worth. First and last visit to a Tesco cafe.

me and my pals were trying to have a nice catch up and all of a sudden when we were laughing and joking a male worker comes up to us and asks why we were laughing at him.
