Starbucks in Chorley

Came in today and Amber was on shift she was absolutely amazing doing everything on her own behind the counter, but another colleague that was on shift with her was chatting away with other customers who were sat down for ages there was a huge cue and she kept looking back but not helping I felt sorry for Amber who was doing everything.

I waited 20 minutes for one coffee No rush , acknowledgement to waiting customer and only two lots of people before me which I wouldn’t say is busy! This place would benefit from a drive through

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to jack and the team. I visit almost everyday and have a large decaf mocha, skinny, extra hot and two shots of mocha sauce a bit different but they always do it right and they are a credit to Starbucks thank you all. - Chef Doug !

My drink mistakenly went thro as a hot drink and instead of an apology I was told that a hot drink had been waiting for me - I told her the order was def a frappe and the girl that served me agreed - no apology made to feel like it was my fault!! She just threw the hot drink angrily in sink and made me my frap

Waited 20 minutes, got to the till and the girl turned around, and took off her apron and walked off, not a word to say she was going on a break or anything. I then waited a further 10 minutes as there was only one person doing everything. I asked him if he was on his own and he replied that others including the supervisor were in the back doing paperwork, he then opened the door and you could see them sat there talking, he asked for help but they ushered him out. He got flustered and the coffee he gave me was wrong I asked for decaf which it certainly was not and did not have the caramel shot in it at all. I did not realise until I drove off and I could not drink it as it was vile. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and will not be going back
