Rubbish. Drive through- surly unfriendly impatient staff. Then really slow service despite only one car on front of us. No choice of milkshake or any nice for kids

shabby cafe, surly staff, dirty tables, worst coffee I've ever had, not the slightest hint of coffee flavour, more like a dishcloth rung out into a cup. Total waste of money.

Just ordered a breakfast bap on our way to London for my daughter, the sandwich was completely frozen. Do not eat here sure fire way for food poisoning. Called to let Starbucks know could not get a response for customer service. Have called health and safety.

After standing in the empty Starbucks for a minute to choose what I wanted the server curtly told me to order now ( despite not being in the queue). when requesting tall (repeated 3 times )drinks she rung through the drinks as grande ( I understand with masks on currently it’s difficult to hear but tall and grande sound very different) (£4.50 each). Then when requesting another but the coffee base decaf. This totalled £9. When we said that the size was wrong she then changed the drinks. But instead added a decaf shot costing +0.60p, which I know isn’t a lot but when added to expensive drinks already is. So then it cost £8.80 and we have two small drinks that don’t match the quality usually output by Starbucks. When we questioned it the server was very rude and curt with us saying that the frappes aren’t made in decaf so we have to pay more. And wouldn’t refund. Once more the facilities had been smashed and broken and looked to be in a state. I shall avoid ever going into this particular shop ever again. And perhaps the entire services.

Este Starbucks que visité, un sábado por la tarde, está en un edificio independiente en el aparcamiento y ha desactivado espacios muy cerca. Mi filtro de café estaba tibio, pero mis padres apreciamos mucho poder pedir té en un recipiente, en vez de vasos de cartón.

Comfort stop on weekend coach trip. Usual overpriced average coffee, in measures that are too large. Their small coffee should be medium or large.

Over priced, to many staff behind the counter. The place is dirty and seating is poor. Lot of old coffee and dirt could be seen behind the equipment at the counter. Three people served me with 2 coffees and a croissant. Good clean, a fresh coat of paint and new furniture needed. Will not call again. Other shops on the motorway service stop were fine.

Bitter coffee, indifferent service, paper cups, to eat in at the "restaurant" (There was a huge stack of real mugs but my request was rudely ignored). Starbucks seem to have a monopoly on these services for coffee. If they can't be bothered to wash up then I can't be bothered to stop. I will drive on to the next services next time.

Although the staff at the counter is friendly, they are way too much in a hurry. That stopped us from buying more. The "ham and cheddar" croissants were average, the Lemon Loaf at the other hand tasted good. So did the ("Innocent") smoothies, but the Starbucks Americano coffee was very disappointing. The seating is okay, but a lunch is too expensive for the quality on offer.

Lovely authentic food, hotel has v. Comfy beds (hypnos) needs updating and refurb but such good food worth a meal and stay overnight ???

I have to say, everything was great! The pizza was absolutely delicious and perfectly baked with a great balance of toppings and cheese. Definitely a place I'll be returning to for more tasty pizza!

We visited the restaurant for the first time but probably last time as well. Very average food. Calamari were like rubber. Pizza overcooked. And smoking smell coming from kitchen didn't make the experience very pleasant. The only food we actually enjoyed were fried prawns .. Big dissapointment

Possibly the worst Thai curry I have had the misfortune to eat, it was uneatable, the chicken was hard and not fresh , the rice was hard, the curry was watery, Will not order from them again, avoid.
