Domino's Pizza in Epping Forest

the app was down and would not let us add our location to find the store. Approached the lady on the till and showed her and she just looked at me and said ‘I can’t help you’ and didn’t even offer to take our order through the till herself

Horrendous place waited ages for my delivery which was saying out for delivery for an hour then said delivered which it’s wasn’t had to call the shop 5 times staff were not helpful at all I was told the delivery driver couldn’t find the house she they had to send another driver and it would be 10 minutes another 45 minutes later it was delivered and cold!

Regular take out. Prompt and polite.

Tried a few times to visit this pizza place, Unfortunately there is no where to park. (There's is a couple of parking spaces but they're always taken, staff maybe?) Must lose out on alot of buisness!

If I could give 0 I would. I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had today, i am genuinely heartbroken. My partner and I went in for our break at work (we also work in the food service industry) we ordered a vegan soy pepperoni pizza with mozzarella cheese. Collected our order with no issues then went to eat in on the bench outside. We finished the pizza and as my partner went to bin the box, he told me, a vegetarian of eleven years, that the box said pepperoni not vegan pepperoni. At this point I was pretty anxious but we assumed this was a printing error, so popped back in to check, where they informed me that I had in fact eaten an animal. At this point I had left the restaurant, distraught, sobbing, choking and gagging. I did not receive an apology from the member of staff who made this error, and instead tried to blame my partner by telling him he had ordered the wrong thing, he was stood right next to me and absolutely did not order the wrong item. The manager offered us a free pizza and did give an apology but unfortunately a pizza simply does not make up for this horrific mistake that has now left me incredibly anxious regarding eating out. As I said, I work in the industry and I understand mistakes do happen, but veganism/vegetarianism under the 2010 equality act fall under protected characteristics as a philosophical belief, and a mistake of this magnitude without an apology from the staff member who made it is simply unforgivable and unacceptable.

Surprised to see so few positive reviews. We have has 10+ orders from here. Pizza's are always hot and delivered promptly by friendly staff. No complaints here and will continue to use them.

Ordered a pizza and when we got home the pizza had very little to no cheese on and tasted very off to the point we couldn’t eat it, called up to let them know and the staff were absolutely disgustingly rude over the phone, didn’t get offered a refund or any compensation at all, when you pay £21 for a pizza you expect it to at least have cheese on, this is the second time this has happened. I honestly can’t believe how rude the staff were, I will definitely not be ordering from here again and I recommend you don’t!

Friendly staff and nice pizza with lots of toppings

Fashionable to say it's bad but rarely had a bad pizza from here. Flavour wise the base has always got that tangy tomato punch and the garlic and herb dip just can't be beaten. At least twice as tasty as the more trendy "Slice" opposite, at a fraction of the cost. Can't comment on delivery because always collect. Regularly you'll find superb app deals. Not uncommon to get a 2 topping medium for £5.99 and a large £7.99. Outrageously good value that.

Nyc experience with best service

I have a very pleasent experience having a great pizza specially thanks to Mr shubham store manager helped me to place my order we should appreciate this kind of manager.

Pizza with half the base missing toppings. Only offered refund or another 1 hour wait for remake. For £21 I expect a hot pizza with toppings. Disgusting pizza and terrible service.

Delivery drivers couldn't find thier way out of a paper bag, Store doesn't want to know and will not accept any blame for employing drivers that are quite frankly useless, Cancels your order and simply refunds without actually trying to deliver.

Wait wait wait…. No luck! Ordered 1 hour wait, then had to call and be told that I would t be getting a pizza! Absolutely shocking.

I have ordered from several Dominos in the past but this one by far is the worst!! I ordered a double decadence with ham and mushroom. The base literally had no cheese sauce in it and it may as well have been just a ham pizza because there was barely any mushroom on it either. It’s embarrassing how stingy they are for the prices they charge. I would rather drive to Harlow in future.

1h 30m for delivery lol They were quality checking my pizza for 1h 15m. Very thorough!

The pizzas and food arrived cold. Deliver driver turned up over 1hr 40 mins placing order. Told him food was cold and he walked away with food. Called Epping branch to complain and told it would take over an hour plus for food to arrive which would be past 9 o'clock too late for my young children. Requested a refund and given a run around for over 20 mins and and still not clear on my refund and told to go online for my refund which I could not find. Whilst waiting to speak to manger, delivery deriver told me not to order after 5 o'clock as it was a shambles Friday and Saturday nights.

Terrible food got delivered barely warm then when open box was so disappointed how the shop could send it out for delivery like it was anyway is beyond me no quality checked on it or they no way would have sent it out like that only ate what I did cos was so hungry had nothing hardly to eat all day and was so looking for to a nice pizza on a Saturday night worst £30 sent did complain but they gonna do or say nothing as usual should get refund but not hold breath was nothing to do with the driver his not cooking it he was polite and friendly gotta feel sorry for driver not his fault.

We have been to this dominos a few times now and every time have had an issue, firstly they were rude over the phone when trying to place an order. Second time we ordered the pizza was paper thin and burnt (when we ordered a standard normal pizza). Then the third time the pizza dough was obviously undercooked and just not good. Def the worst dominos I’ve ordered from and wont be eating there again.

Errors happen and you judge a business on how they respond to those errors. I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery that only two eventually turned up cold. I was promised the third would arrive and it never did. In between staff at the branch were rude and hung up when I asked where my delivery was. Re ordered pizza failed to turn up twice.

This is the second time we have had a bad experience with this store. 1st took an hour and a half to arrive and arrived cold. 2nd time the pizza arrived but with no sides as ordered. Pizza wasn't very warm. Tried to phone the store 7 times and it just keeps ringing! Will be ordering from another local takeaway in future that isn't so big it doesn't care about it's customers.

Warning.. Do not order for delivery. We have always been happy when we collect but when ordering for delivery from Domino's in Epping (we live in Epping) our Pizzas get take to North Weald first - took nearly 40 minutes to deliver and arrived barely warm! Placed order at 6.35 pm and received Pizza at 8.00 pm!!!

The manager in there is not competent , very unhelpful and I innocently got scammed.

Poor service order was not correct got cookies instead of Garlic bread called them tonight manager did not want to know. Won't be spending my cash there ever again.

Do not bother to order from this branch . Been ordering for a while from here and everytime the order was either incomplete or the toppings were wrong . Called them in advance to see if they have drinks in stock , as last time we ordered we did not get any, and they confirmed that they do. Driver arrived and had no clue that we were meant to get a drink as well. Also sauces were wrong !! Called them AGAIN , and the member of the staff was unbothered and rude. If you really don't like your job , then leave and don't take it out on your PAYING customers . Called them 3rd time , asking to send the complete order or refund us .1 hour later , still waiting .

Order with caution, placed order online didnt send full order, if ur local its probably best to collect and if anything isnt there, make them know instore its the principle and basic customer service

I ordered a pizza quite late in the evening, unfortunately the pizza arrived with a bbq sauce base instead of tomato like I asked, I called up and the staff were extremely polite and helpful sending out a replacement pizza.

Ordered the ‘deal’ two medium pizzas and a side. It’s obvious how they can afford to run these offers ! Put less toppings on !!!! And also no quality control or they would have noticed that the ‘extra bbq sauce base I asked for was in fact less than normal. Very disappointed that it’s the only pizza takeaway place in Epping. It’s also very hit and miss whether it’s going to turn up hot or not, depends whereabouts on the drivers route you are.

waited 1 hour 20 mins for delivery on a lunchtime had to call the shop to see where my pizza was when it arrived it was cold very disappointed

When the pizza arrived I asked the delivery man to wait a second whilst I got door, he left it on the the door mat and walked off. Dreadful service in this current climate

Had a few problems now with the Epping branch and the latest being given 2 different prices on a pizza each different time I phoned in an order . People answering the phones not helpful or very good at their jobs and could do with better training

Diabolical. Told 20-25 minutes, still waiting over 90 minutes later. Rude and lied to on the phone. Terrible business. Terrible service. Can’t comment on the food as doesn’t actually get delivered.

Ordered a pizza online. It stated 25-35 mins for delivery. 1 hr later no pizza and tracker says it’s been delivered. Took 10 mins for store to answer. When they did answer they where rude, offered no apology and was told the website is wrong and it would be 5-10 mins. 20 mins later pizzas turn up cold. The half and half pizza was a 2/3 and 1/3. Awful

My experience at domino's pizza Epping was excellent. I found the staff to be wonderfully respectful. Madaly was very nice to me and my pizza was delicious, beautifully cooked and well prepared. Very good food and service. Please give our thanks to Madaly

My Son loves the pizzas, he’s 12 I think the place is a con says 25% discount but that doesn’t apply for some reason as a pizza and cookie from the same restaurant doesn’t count then you call and they say it’s an online deal”hello I’m talking to you now and you are dominos”treat you like a lunatic for asking for a discount £23 for a medium pizza and a cookie sounds a lot of money to me, I think your deals need to be a bit clearer and staff a bit more helpful. Bah humbug

Absolutely disgusting service. All the food came with the boxes looking like they've been sat on and half the pizza is on the lid, bone dry and flavourless. Had hairs in our potato wedges as well then when we rang to complain the staff were so rude and tried to talk their way out of the problem. They need to get new staff in because the ones there now are awful.

Can’t complain about Dominos Epping. The staff are always friendly in store and on phone. The delivery drivers are always pleasant and the food always hot and correct. 🤗🤗

Went there, my pizza was not made or they gave it to someone else, although i had an email confirming it was ready for a pick up. The manager wasn't helpful at all, he offered to give me free cookies or garlic bread although i explained to him gluten was not an option. He didn't seem to understand the difference between gluten free and diary free- be careful! I end up starving, not having a pizza, got a refund and i will be definitely not going back there, they lost me as a client- period. I was very upset and shaken by the way they handle orders and customers. Extremely frustrated. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT EXISTING in this brunch. I will be taking this further because i literally had a nervous breakdown and no one cared or apologised! All i wanted was a pizza and a relaxing friday night which they ruined for me.

2 Pizzas arrived totally wrong toppings. Manager careless attitude, no apology and sarcastically said he wanted the other two pizzas back like we were lying. Ended up waiting to eat over an hour later after the first two mistakes they made

Pizzas took 55 minutes to be delivered instead of the 25 minutes that said online, they were only warm when arrived and both the pizzas tomato base and bbq base were very dry lacking much sauce.The asst manager is an idiot,also the manager isn’t much better, there complaints procedure is ridiculous, they come up with an excuse for everything ( never they’re fault) really poor customer service. They are a joke

Letchworth dominoes is shocking

There is nothing good about this pizza shop whatsoever. Service unfriendly. Very slow. Miserable staff. I strongly recommend to avoid.
