Starbucks in Islington

Saturday 15th,4pm - two girls on duty extremely rude. One of them was talking in Italian the whole time in front of customers. Laughing making us feel uncomfortable. Poor customer service. Is this the way to run a coffee shop?

Le vendeur a été désagréable, malgré nos efforts pour communiquer en anglais. Il n a fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre et il nous a fait voir son agacement. Les toilettes étaient indisponibles à la clientèle. Le chocolat n est pas fait avec du lait mais avec de l eau: ce n est pas du chocolat chaud!!!

Love the coffee here and one member of staff who is such a nice guy and goes out of his way to be friendly .. and thats what you need

My go to spot every morning for a week while staying in Clerkenwell. The line moves and the staff have it together.

Coffee...the morning fuel of the Nation. Well, all I ask of Starbucks, like the other coffee companies that are flooding the high street (or river concourses), is that they show some new imagination. Same product but a tad more bitter than other companies and the seating surroundings...getting boring and definitely over-rated ! Ok, you may frequently change your cup and drink utensil product art but start being more imaginative in the drinks themselves and the seating areas. Also, the bakery products...overpriced items that can be bought in bulk at a cash & carry wholesaler then put on a plate and promoted as home made...a total scam !! Save your money and purchase a flask and make your own filter at home and take it out with you...at least you will know what your getting and where it's from...

Was in London for some business meetings and this was within walking distance. Overall facility meets what you expect from a Starbucks, along with selections. However they did make error on my Cinnamon dolce Latte, but corrected when advised. As with other locations around the world, do wish they had more space to sit and relax.

Personale educato prezzo modico per la città, relativamente molto carino, consiglio il frappuccino al cioccolato che è una meraviglia

Personale non molto efficiente, lenti nella preparazione dell'esame bevande, cibo non dei migliori. Per essere uno Starbucks veramente poca scelta di cibo. Deludente

Il servizio è molto rapido ed il personale è molto gentile. Avevo voglia di un espresso italiano ma devo dire che il loro cappuccino è molto buono. Dopo nel pomeriggio ci siamo ritornati qui ed ho preso una tazza di latta al caramello anche questa bibita era molto buona

Very dark in hear but it was early. Very busy but very fast at serving everybody. We sat outside, despite very noisey and the view was of a building site, nice to enjoy a lovely latte with the wind blowing and sun shining, it seemed very dark and cramped inside. Latte excellent and made perfectly. My son had caramel latte also made perfectly. Staff served you quickly. Friendly, polite.

Staff not too friendly or helpful, coffee lovely ran out of bottled water on a warmish day :(. Wouldn't rush back to this coffee shop as lots more in the area.

テイクアウトで利用しました。フラッペチーノを頼みました。店員さんもてきぱきされていてすぐにでてきたのでよかった。
