Great food, friendly staff and quick service. The staff also moved the tables around so I could easily access my table in my wheelchair.

Lovely early lunch - had the favourites set menu which was delicious and our waiter Carlos provided excellent service. Haven't been to Wahaca for a few years but it remains a superb, tasty and relatively low cost lunch spot.

They're short staffed and current staff aren't motivated, long waits to even catch their eye.

3 of us are eating here today for the first time .What a great experience, loved the food .2 course meals filled potato skins ,Followed by Chilli con Carne. Chicken wings followed by Ribs dinner .Prawn cocktail followed by Chilli con Carne. Yum

Everything is "fine". Except the service is slow, the drinks are wateree down and the person I was with was charged £5.95 for the tiniest cheese quesadilla. Absolutely not worth it. Would not recommend and didn't feel any of the drinks (we both had 3 Margherita).

We had such a lovely night out at Wahaca! The food was absolutely amazing—I just couldn’t stop munching on their guacamole, it’s that good! The vibe was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. A big shoutout to Tom, who took extra care of our table. He checked in on us several times, made sure we had everything we needed, and was both kind and funny. He really took the time to understand our tastes and gave us great recommendations, which made the experience even better. We sat by the window, which was the perfect spot to watch the lively crowd in Islington while enjoying the warmth inside and soaking up the great atmosphere. To top it all off, the chocolate churros were the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was amazing and delicious with affordable price. The decoration and music make me feel like I'm in Mexico with lively soundtrack. Although the appearance outside is modest, inside space is super spacious and well-decorated. My favorite dish is beef tacos and quesadilla. The churros dessert is tasty as well. I definitely comeback next time. I highly recommend you to try this restaurant.

Went in yesterday with my son with multiple allergies. Staff were beyond excellent. Manager and server both double checked everything, went through the thorough allergy menu with us and walked a good balance between caution and yet making us feel welcome. It’s rare as a family that we eat so comfortably and the food and drinks were excellent.

Tried our second Wahaca, even more impressed than our experience at the Oxford Circus branch . Food was even better, service better and it’s a different restaurant with a better atmosphere. This branch seems more family oriented. Great service from our waitress and yes, the food was amazing

Had a hankering for nachos for a few weeks. Found Wahaca around the corner from the hotel I was staying at solve t a try. Nicely set up, ample seating, bright and cheery. Staff friendly. Ordered the Veggie Nachos; asked my server Agnes if the chorizo in the Mexico City nachos could he swapped out for ground beef, she said no, she didn't think so. Order came out very quick and was good. Nacho to toppings ratio was perfect. The passion fruit margarita was excellent! More ice in the glass than margarita so a little disappointed. Churros with caramel sauce was also good, they were not hard like many places serve. Coffee was ok, could have been hotter. Good meal, no cash accepted.
