Myself and my partner used the drive thru on west bound and ordered an oat milk flat white and an oat milk vanilla latte. When we arrived at the window the barista double checked our order and I repeated 2 oat milk flat whites one with vanilla, they seemed to understand that. The first flat white came out correct with oat milk, however the second drink was made with whole milk. Having an intolerance to dairy I was then unable to drink my drink which i paid at least £4 for. None of the baristas checked if the oat milk was a preference or an allergy. Not impressed with the service and will not be returning to waste my money again.

This is happened twice to me in same place now. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was really disappointed. I have ordered medium caramel macchiato this morning honestly quarter of my milk was missing. When I opened my lid it did look I have got milky americano which this is not I paid for.

THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE UK at northbound yet again we call in to pick up a cup of coffee on our way up north Yet again horrendous service walk out without getting a cup of coffee as I waited for so long had to leave without even an acknowledgement I even waved at them so left without my coffee Atleast got chance to use the toilet

They always close off the comfy chairs hours before they close which is really annoying. Otherwise its a bog standard Starbucks with a more convenient toilet than the main services.

So other than taking an age to actually get the coffee, I’ve had several occasions where the guy who wears a shirt and lords it round with the headset on has served me. One time I had to repeat my order to him, which is of course fine. I asked which part he didn’t get the drink or food and he snapped back ‘I just got a bunch of words, can you say it all again’ I half expected him to get a paddle out ala strickly and give me a ‘1’ for pronunciation & delivery. I was there today and jeez this guy needs to reconsider his career options. He seems to loath what he does and practically spat the questions at me. It’s actual almost comical and I suspect he would be horrified if he realised he’s coming across as a pantomime wicked witch but he really should have a word with his face.

What's an absolute waste of time this drive-thru is for being there every time I ask for something in the drive-through be it a snack or pastry to go with a coffee all I keep getting is 'no sorry we've run out' and yet it would be so easy to go across to the main building restaurants and get some more

Really awful. Avoid this one. Staff are very rides and unfriendly. Waited more between 5 and 10 minutes to be served no one else was there but they prioritised drive thru. In the end, I asked to be served as I wasn’t event acknowledge whilst I was waiting. I was told that they have a delivery that was temperature sensitive so I needed to wait….. I stayed there for around 1 hour and watched other customers again waiting to be served. No staff were there to be seen. Really awful and not welcoming. Go elsewhere.

I often call for a coffee on my way to the office, and the cheery greeting from the staff makes the journey much more pleasurable, Starbucks coffee is pretty much the same wherever you go but the staff here make the experience that bit more special, Thank you!

Felt I needed to leave a review as every other Starbucks iv had a strawberry frapp from doesn’t seem to make them properly and they taste rubbish. Had good service from the lady at the till and the strawberry frapp was excellent! Thanks! Keep up the good work :)

Just collected a "Magic Bag" from the EASTBOUND DRIVE THRU. I must say I was served by a very charming employee by the name of SHANNON. What an asset to your company. Professional friendly and efficient (I've only just met her and I'm not a relative). With the money you save on tax, give her a pay rise or at least a bonus. Will definitely call here again.

We visited today and ordered our usual Strawberry 🍓 & Cream Frappuccino and large Cappuccino and this is by far the best we have tasted anywhere in the country and LEWIS & YVONNE are both lovely and friendly and very obliging and great ambassadors for Starbucks and every Starbucks should have a LEWIS & YVONNE, we shall be soon on our travels up and down the country, my husband is a courier in the TV & Film Industry WELL DONE

Just stopped at Starbucks, asked for one flat whites and was presented with the strongest coffee we've ever tasted. When I queried the strength was told they were one shot. Very seedy surroundings in too. Wish we'd seen travelled further to find a Costa

Dropped off motorway to have a refreshing brew, there was five or six staff laughing and joking. Every table available had the previous customers dishes still on them. My wife had to clear a table so that we could sit down.

Terrible, what place that bases itself on coffee has no hot water and therefore is informed they can’t make an americano. To be told they can only make a latte but no filter coffee/ black coffee is ridiculous. Staff very unhelpful

I hadn’t even left the premises but I couldn’t deal with the miserable and rude service i had received to go back. I had ordered my food and beverage and instantly knew these people are in the wrong job. As soon as my coffee was in my hand i knew it was wrong but with the lack of care and abrupt dialogue I couldn’t be bothered to waste my time. My coffee that i had ordered to come with no foam was almost 50% foam. Tasted of dirt. My sandwich was delicately placed in a bag via a shovel. Moral of the story get out of your car walk in and demand the service you expect at these prices.

I’ve visited here frequently and it’s always been a pleasant visit for my coffee on my commute to work. Friendly staff and good quality products. But I’m my last couple of visits a member of staff called Jodie was very blunt and rude and served me an incorrect drink. When asked if I could have the one I’d ordered she was adamant she was the one in the right and said sarcastic remarks under her breath. Not on my next visit but the one when I returned and she was on shift. She then served me with a horrible attitude and she made me feel really uncomfortable. I will no longer be buying my coffee from here I’m afraid.

When you stop at 7am on New Year's Morning, you do not expect a smile and attentive, informed service. Having to do an airport run at 4am on New Year's Morning, I was not expecting smiles from anyone other than the family member I was driving to the airport. The food was fresh, the drinks and service great; a testimony to Starbucks getting it right regardless of the time or day.

Excellent customer service from Holly in the cafe this morning. She totally exceeded my expectations and it was clear how was she the same with other customers. Even something as simple as being honest about the strength of the teabags. So many cafes will only give you one tea bag but I was told that if the tea was too weak then take another teabag.

Dinner during a weekday. Booked table for four. When we went there it was about six and we were seated in the pokey part of the restaurant...dark and we cannot see the menu as it was that dark. Food ...nothing to write about. Fish and chips...and others ordered the burgers with chicken. Usual fare for restaurants. More choices in the town centre...

Absolutely disgusting and well over priced!!! donner meat tasted microwaved chicken tasted off and chips had black bits all over them!!! Think an oil change is needed. Only thing that was nice was the salad the whole lot got binned!!!

We had food from here last night and it was the worst Chinese meal we’ve ever had. 2 of the 3 things we ordered were absolutely disgusting, tasted of dish water and were horribly runny. Spent £30 and basically just binned it all.
