Starbucks in Aberdeen City

Overpriced coffee with additional charges for the cup!! Staff bored and unhappy with poor standing of cleanliness in the place or really any interest.

Really good Starbucks. Quick service, friendly staff. Hot chocolate was really tasty! Often can get with milk burnt but was absolutely perfect. So nice that I had 2 over the course of my stay!

Nice friendly smiling staff serving my favorite hazelnut cappuccino after heavy meeting. Plus fresh cinnamon swirl and I'm in heaven

Poorly stocked when we visited. No cakes or pastries, only a few sandwich options. Few speciality drinks not available. As this is a franchise, you cannot use your Starbucks card unfortunately Small seating area available which is separate from the hotel bar/restaurant

Shouldn’t be working there, rude disrespectful and couldn’t be bothered to make an effort. Continually laughed at us and got our orders wrong! Won’t be visiting again

Probably the worst Starbucks I have visited. Took 14 min to get two coffees being third in a queue. At the collection point, the counter was filthy, full of dirty dishes and empty containers, no room to wait and operative non responsive. Other people shaking heads in disbelief how long it takes. Still the dirt of the counter is the main complaint. AVOID

As it was right in the hotel, very practical to get muffin and coffee for breakfast and more affordable than the restaurant.

The Village Starbucks is situated in the Kingswells Village Hotel. It’s popular with the gym goers and hotel guests as well as the nearby residents from Kingswells who pop in for a coffee and snack. It’s open from 6am-7pm during the week with slightly reduced hours at the weekend Sat 8am-7pm and Sunday 9am-6pm. It has a lively, busy atmosphere, and if the Starbucks tables are full, you can take your drinks to the hotel’s sofas and chairs in the downstairs lobby. Friendly staff.
