Starbucks in Lambeth

Otra experiencia horrible hoy. El personal que gruñó, recibiendo un recibo era como si le hubiera pedido matrimonio a su hermana y Batista estaba escuchando notas de voz mientras hacía café. Ubicación emblemática con personal que necesita amor del gerente o para elegir algo que están felices haciendo

Fui a este Starbucks durante el fin de semana mientras estaba de viaje a Londres. Vino durante el desayuno para una bebida rápida y algo de comida. Pedí un croissant de almendras y una crema de avena batida. El croissant estaba seco y rancio y en lugar de la crema de avena batida expreso, me dieron una crema brûlée de cerveza fría, que estaba bien, me alegré de aceptar que en su lugar, pero en una inspección adicional me di cuenta de que la leche utilizada estaba apagado, ya que tenía trozos de leche flotando en mi bebida. Además, en lugar de un cubo real, solo tenían un cubo de plástico en la parte superior de la unidad de condimento para poner basura en la que estaba desbordada y absolutamente repugnante. Evitaré esto Starbucks en mi próximo viaje a Londres.

Gran servicio, personal extremadamente educado y amable. Hace que viajar estresante sea más agradable. Con un montón de opciones, sin duda volvería aquí cuando sea el próximo en mis viajes. Gracias ☺️

Considering that people are waiting to catch trains the service is slow and not very welcoming. This branch also doesn’t take part in the reward scheme which should be changed.

The reviews don’t justify the team is really fast as a regular Starbucks customer must say they extremely quick with the amount of people in quay they managed the quay really well. Also even though the quay is up to the door they looked calm and focused Frappuccino was great.

Huge disappointment and anger. Came here while waiting for my train , asked for an ICED latte as it is very hot today. Got a hot drink instead. Didn't have time to complain and ask to have it changed as I had to rush to catch my train. Now sitting in the train tasting this drink doesn't taste like coffee at all, rather some burnt, over roasted old coffee or something. Can't even call this coffee. Never visiting Starbucks again. I even gave them my own cup so this shouldn't have happened. Can't drink this, just waiting to get home and pour this down the sink. Bye bye Starbucks.

Add to the usual mediocre and overpriced Starbucks coffee a miserable environment (usually one of their better points) and you get a good picture of this branch.

Hi, Avoid, always busy, staff is not trained and the drinks we received didn’t taste even like a coffee! Terrible experience!

I ordered an almond cappuccino but it was really terrible and they did not even used the almond milk. My first sturbucks drink and probably last as well.

This Starbucks do not honour the reward scheme. Don’t sign up for the franchise if you are not going to provide the whole service!

Good customer service, lots of food and drinks options and plenty of seating. A good option for coffee and conveniently located in Waterloo station.

Visited at 12pm on Sunday 5th June. Very slow service which can happen but the place was filthy! The areas where you would sort your coffee with sugar etc were strewn with litter including old banana skins etc! There were no stirring sticks left and the staff didn't seem to care one jot! Won't be back in there in a hurry

Cafe's don't come much grubbier than this in 2020. But if you want somewhere to sit with your laptop for an hour, the upstairs has more than a dozen tables. And the lack of cleanliness means you won't get bothered by staff tidying up around you. I've been here for 85 minutes and I've yet to see a member of staff cleaning tables or tidying up so far.

Servizio terribile. Siamo andati un sabato 20 minuti prima della chiusura e ho ordinato un frappuccino fantasma. Non mi avrebbero servito perché avevano già lavato tutto. 20 minuti prima della chiusura! Se fossero stati 5 minuti, avrei capito, ma 20 minuti. Ridicolo! Non ci torneremo.

A basic looking cafe compared to Starbucks usual standard that is very unorganized, dirty uncleared tables, limited seating & not very nice staff, I purchased a bag of Christmas coffee beans with my drink that after queuing, I waited 10mins for it to be made making me miss my train connection, I found the prices a lot more expensive at this branch plus no offer of grinding my coffee beans, unfortunately my drink order was then completely wrong as I ordered a mocha but was given a very tepid hot chocolate, other cafés at this station I find are much better.

Service and wait time was good, however I ordered an oat milk latte and only once I was on my train did I notice the milk was clearly out of date, it tasted horrible, couldn’t even taste the coffee, I am very disappointed as this was money down the drain

I find this to be quite a dark location - like the lighting isn’t adequate - it made it feel a little dingy . However my mango drink and my rocky road were both tasty - the chairs were peeling and lifting - the place just needs a spruce up to make it more attractive for a Starbucks ! Staff were good

Came here for a coffee while waiting for a train. Good coffee, but couldn't use mobile app to pay. Hopefully this was a one off as they had a Starbucks card stand in store, which suggested mobile app payment could be used in store.
