Starbucks in Glasgow City

Please hire some staff.. there are only 2 people behind the bar.. no wonder it’s a nightmare working in places like this..

One of my favourite Starbucks outlet in the Buchanan Galleries and it is always busy, especially at the weekend. The Barista Staff are very good at what they achieve and the coffee shop has a warm, friendly atmosphere 👍🏻👌🏻

I like that Starbucks fine ,can just sit at the window n watch the hustle n bustle of the bus station, or nip in while waiting on a movie , it's a good meeting spot too ... I had the Carmel white hot chocolate on my last visit because it was freezing , It was really nice and pretty sweet The staff seemed friendly too.

myself and my daughter went for coffee and hot chocolate before the film we were going to see started lovely.

First time in Glasgow centre, here on business. Needed somewhere to get warm whilst we were waiting for transit. Ended up in Starbucks and had a tremendous experience with the staff. Very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of local information including public transport. And the coffees were spot on Thank you and big shoutout to Dougy and Andrew.

Disappointed. Couldn't use my Starbucks card in Starbucks? Ingredients for my drink weren't available so the staff made it with substitutes without telling me. I would recommend Starbucks round the corner and bring your coffee with you.

Quieter than most and with street views from above. You get cineworld discount if you have the unlimited card. A nice place to relax

Watered down latte! Tasted like dish water! I have just come back from this Starbucks to get a chai latte with almond milk. Now after having the chai latte with almond milk at Costa the night before, which was creamy and frothy and lovely, I thought Starbucks would smash it! To my shock and disgust the man serving me added hot water and a tiny bit of milk and it tasted disgusting! Shame on you Starbucks! With your prices I expected better quality!

Come here everytime before the movies and always absolutely amazing. Quick service and very inviting atmosphere. Mhairi is an absolute star at what they do.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Drinks a bit pricey

The chap that was there on Friday afternoon made my day. I asked for the drink to be named Hunny Bunny as wee laugh for my boyfriend and the chap went along are drew a wee rabbit called hunny bunny nice to see people can still laugh thank you so much

I like this venue - it’s always busy. It’s a roomy place, clean and the staff are always busy. It’s not the friendliest of branches - I find the staff at Buchanan Street much friendlier. There is the usual array of merchandise but I went in to look for gift cards and none were on display - unusual for a Starbucks. Today it was relatively quiet when I arrived but they were changing over staff so it took an unusually long time to get my simple Americano. I’ve been before and never noticed this malady. I wish Starbucks would offer whole milk though.

Selection is not the greatest and they've often run our of things like cold brew

We zaten lekker hier een kopje koffie te drinken toen er ineens een oorverdovend lawaai was. We weten alleen dat het een brandmelding was, maar verder geen idee. We moesten de zaak uit en ze vonden het echt ontzettend vervelend. Niks aan te doen. Maar de koffie mocht gewoon mee naar buiten! Koffie was heerlijk en vriendelijk geholpen ondanks de melding!

No wifi, but plenty of electric plugs.

Good clean starbucks cafe, not too noisy and has a good number of sit down tables, staff very polite which is a nice change from high street coffee places in general, only on the movies eh? Nice atmosphere, spacious and well placed, suitable for families and a nice area to sit and have a cup before the film starts or if you're in with the kids and want to let mum or dad go in to the kids film. On floor 1 up the escalators. ££ A+ will return.

Great coffee upstairs at the Cinema!

Staff are nice, seating is nice but closes very early. Didnt like the way when we were seated before closing within an hour they started cleaning and asked us to change places.

Location very good, service can be hit or miss at times. If you order a coffee, they leave it on the bar without shouting your name. Even if you want a cup of hot water, some staff charge for cup, some don’t. The toilets are horrendous however (but these are shared with bar next door, not not Starbucks fault, but cineworld fault). Also seating area can be very busy, and not mug in way of clean up, due to lazy customers. Maybe provide areas to place used crockery and cups perhaps?

Disaster. Americano was filled so full of boiling hot water that it was leaking and dripping out of the cup everywhere. I tried to use a stopper to keep the drink from spilling until I got into my seat. But I was leaving a trail of coffee all the way up the escalators. I opening the lid to put in my sugars after sitting down in the cinema. It was so full that opening the lid caused the coffee to overflow and it spilled all over my hands burning them. Got chocolate was thrust across the counter by the barista and it shloshed out the mouthpiece all over the lid and down the cup. The barista didn't care. Didn't even acknowledge that anything happened or say sorry. Not even when I got napkins to clean up the mess myself. In fact it was a good job this happened since this drink wasn't so full that it was impossible to carry or drink. There were 5 people working behind the bar when this happened and only 3 people in the queue/ waiting for drinks. Not busy at all. Service is a joke.

A grt place for people to have a chat + tase lvly coffee

Staff is nice but the Matcha Latte is horrendous.

Staff are amazing and so helpful

Spacious well polished Starbucks within Cineworld at Renfield Street with excellent views of the street below through their large windows, the service was good, hardly an issue since the place was empty. The coffee was palatable but as at their establishment at Cineworld, its 30p more expensive, Cineworld TAX!!!!

Located inside a cinema complex (cineplex) - good option to get a coffee and some snacks before or after the movie.

Toilets filthy in starbucks seats floor so dirty Would go back . Door to the toilet broken. Staff members were talking to pals rather than serving customers. Bad service and bad filthy facilities
