Starbucks in Kensington and Chelsea

They have one staff name Jess was so rude. There toilet is out of order but rudely said buy coffee from here use next door toilet.

For the umpteenth time - NO eggnog latte! Monitoring & keeping adequate stock levels are evidently beyond the wit & imagination of the staff & management at this branch. When asked why they had no eggnog latte, highlighting its a seasonal drink usually served at Christmas, a fathomable excuse was also beyond their capabilities. Hopeless attitude, hopeless staff, just hopeless....

Despite being close to Nell Gwynn and the convenience of having it nearby, the service is really bad. The staff at this branch are very slow, and the people that were waiting to get their orders taken were leaving. The staff is very unprofessional and not very friendly.

Cappuccino was very good and there appeared to be a nice choice of savories, desserts and healthy fruit /yogurt choices as snacks.

By dint of being opposite the serviced apartments called Nell Gwynn House, this Starbucks is always buzzing with patrons of many, many nationalities....
