Starbucks in City of London, Westminster

Been visiting this place on my way to work for a few months now, but lately the service has been bad. This morning, my colleague and I got medium drinks and received half full cups. I thought they felt lighter in my hand, as I grabbed them, but it was only after we got to work that we realised how empty they were. It's not the first time I had an issue with this place, unfortunately, as at a different point, I asked for almond milk and received cow's.. I didn't notice, but my stomach did. It's a shame as it used to be a great spot for coffee and breakfast on the road..

Terrible staff! They’re rude and too busy in their personal chats rather than actually serving their customers. I had to wait 2 minutes before actually getting served in the driveway and they also forgot a straw with my drink. And another member of staff in the back gave me a dirty look for absolutely no reason.

Had no cups left- there were 4 other people in- not busy. Gave us paper one to sit in. No toilet paper in toilets and not clean. Could understand if they were busy but they weren't.

This newly opened unit is massively overstaffed with poorly trained staff more intrested in their personal chats than serving, no engagement, no visual contact. My granddaughter had a very firm stale cake pop in pink, lots of dirty tables very few customers all very confusing in such a new unit.

Staff with attitude when I asked them to remake my strawberries and cream frab as it was just iced milk. A second member of staff remade it going the other way and out 8 squirts of syrup in. Undrinkable.

Staff are so lovely and make me feel so welcome, visit most days as I have a coffee before starting work. Served promptly and always with a smile! Would recommend.

Just been to the drive thru where I was charged for my order and someone else’s when member of staff asked to scan my app twice. Staff were adamant that this was not the case and refused to repay the missed transaction. Eventually after 5 minutes and a building queue they refunded the money. When I asked for complaints form I was told they don’t have any and I can only speak to someone online. They also apparently don’t have a manager in the store just a supervisor. Won’t be going back again to this Starbucks.

Lucy, who I believe is a new start, served me with a warm, welcoming smile. Was super polite and friendly after dealing with, what looked like to be, a pretty difficult customer before myself. Kept herself composed and respectful. Lovely gal.

Was completely ignored when I first entered, the shop was almost empty. Stood for several minutes and wasn't acknowledged. Moved further up the counter and was still ignored. Continued to wait. Another lady came in and was served immediately. I asked if I should come back later and was told bluntly I was going to get served, they hadn't seen me. Are you blind? Totally embarrassed. Left and will not return. Called the manager and declined vouchers she offered.

Service was very good, staff were very helpful and friendly! Drinks were good.

It's Starbucks, what's not to love.

I went there for a hot drink which is still very tasty. As they are so much better than Costa Coffee.

I had a good cappuccino and it was fairly quiet. Perfect ambiance but the music ruined it... too loud and a bit erratic

I order on the app every weekend before I leave the gym. 5 mins later, I turn up and the order is still sitting on their label machine. I’m in early. Hardly any other customers so I have to wait for them to realise there’s an order and then wait for them to make it. It happens every time. What’s the point of ordering on the app if the staff don’t pick it up before you arrive.

The people who served me were absolutely delightful. Alicia had the biggest smile on her face and served me the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. She had a great smile and I’ll definitely be back to see her and grab a coffee 😀☕️

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly to customers and very welcoming for dogs too.

Stopped for a tea and coffee, staff very polite and professional. Lemon muffin was yummy.

I was order Cookies cream Frappuccino and absolutely amazing wow how great and delicious was this. . I have never have experience with so delicious Frappuccino. Lovely kind stuff and great atmosphere .

I got an Americano and it was like drinking coloured water

Thank you to the lady who served me today. I recently found out some horrible news and was about to cry. You gave me a free coffee and made me feel welcome. Mental health matters, thank you for such a kind gesture and for making my day a little better, all with a cup of coffee

Absolutely love this starbucks and every staff member in it! Love the fact you can bring your dogs with you, thers always dog water bowl available too! My dogs are always well behaved and kept under control! They love the staff in here too and obv the puppachinos! Staff are all so welcoming and chat away and make such an effort with everything! Clean, friendly and bright environment! Food is lovely also! One slight criticism get a push and pull sign for the door🤣

excellent service on drive thru. caramel frappuccino & peach ice tea are the the best we had a UK so far. friendly costumer service with a smile and good atmosphere

Absoloutly overwhelmed with the lovely lady (sorry I don't know your name) who served me via drive through, remembered a personal matter in my life and wrote a wee message on my coffee lid. Thank you! You are an absoloute earth angel and I appreciate your care and thoughts for me on my journey the past year, you took time to ask me how I am, gave me a complimentary drink when I was in a mess on way to receive cancer treatment you always asked and took time, I can never repay you for that. I can only Thank you! So much, and I will find out your name 😀

Excellent service and quality coffee

Had the best coffee in here that I’ve ever had from starbucks. Got a recommendation from a guy working who’s name I didnt catch (Monday the 27th). Cant wait to go back again!

I stood at the counter while there was about 4 staff behind it..I know they were not standing about but surely one could be on the counter..then the drink only order was taken and she walked away..not one word to go to the other end to get your drink..you would not need to be a new customer...I didn't feel any sense of welcome at all

Would be more stars but it is pot luck of the drive through is open in the morning about 7.30am! Some days it is open and other days it is shut for no reason

I'm a coffee addict and Grande Latte with Extra shot and Blue milk from here beats the need.
