There are so many flies in the bakery that it's disgusting

Just had my day made by Joanne who was super friendly and went out of her way to help me and give me 10/10 service. It’s rare in central London to have these kinds of interactions. Starbucks is lucky to have her!

Very bad coffee. Expensive for nothing. Had to ask for my Mocha to be changed, but it still was not tasty like it used to be. I will never come back to this rubbish place again.

Decent food, but a lot of empty dishes. Often missing several varieties of dishes.

If you're in a rush, avoid this branch. The service when ordering is good, but it takes a long time to make your drink. A simple coffee order takes 5 minutes or more in the morning. The Starbucks on 78-80 Old Broad St., London, EC2M 1QP, is a lot better; the staff are quick and make lovely coffee.

There is only about 6 seats and all in one line. Its become more like a takout not a coffee shop. I would NOT recommend there. No complaints about staff.

It does what it says in the tin - fast and basic Arabica bean coffee. The best Starbucks in the Broadgate Circle area - spacious, clean with large windows that fill the room with natural light. Especially good to get some work done with lots of power plugs and long narrow tables next to the windows. The staff while not overly enthusiastic are friendly, helpful and smiley.

Everytimr I order a drink there’s no straw which I have had to go in store to get one as I could not drink my drink

‘Kitty’ was the epitome of a miserable morning! No smile, no welcome, she didnt repeat back my order or give any customer service whatsoever

I would say that Starbucks should evolve their lunch selection. Maybe get rid of the expensive cakes to make more room.

Very lovely place. Relaxing atmosphere and kind staff. Ordered a chai latte and was made perfectly. The young man serving me was very energetic and welcoming. - Fast service - Good service - Friendly staff - Great environment - Tasty drjnks

2nd time order has arrived late. both coffee and panini were cold.

okaish starbucks. Wanted to go there for a online meeting and was therefore dependent on the wifi. The wifi however turned out to be a bit slow, therefore only 3 out of 4 stars. Apart from that everything was fine.

Nice Starbucks branch. Barista made good tasting coffee and it's always to the same standard. Plenty of seats not too busy. Usual Starbucks prices for coffee and food Didn't have to wait too long in queue to order and get my Eggnog Latte.

Horrible staff. I wait for coffee 10 min. Turned out the man who should have said my name just didn’t. When I asked why he hadn’t called me he confronted me saying that he had.

Very pleasant experience with Susmi. She was very friendly and cordial. Keep smiling. I really like the cramel frappe.

They do not charge according to their tariff. They use their 'quick' pace to charge you more. It's so disgusting.

Unfortunately the exact opposite of ‘making every moment right’. I asked for my sandwich to be warmed up but they said they cannot. I can accept that. Then they messed up my drink and used whole milk instead of a non-dairy alternative. That can also happen and I understand that. But dumping the drink and making a new one into the same exact cup is just wrong.

Wifi good, seating options are ok, plenty of availability at 15:00 on a workday. Staff is not very friendly but ok. Aircon is set well.

I just had a great experience in your store! Yuvraj, Rizella and Hevalina were working and they were all so lovely and welcoming and helped me with my dietary requirements. The drink was great as well😊

I ordered one single coffee and it took over an hour to arrive. Ridiculous it’s a coffee not a slap up meal for 20? Shouldn’t take that long

Amazing Starbucks! The drinks taste amazing and the staff are lovely, fun and attentive. Plus, big space for a relaxing break.

My coffee arrived called. What’s the point of it then?

I enjoy getting the oat cappuccino every now and then. It’s nice and hot as I like. The only issue I had was the way one of the staff member’s demeanour. He wears glasses, never smiles and his energy comes across as impatient. He displayed a negative attitude, moaning something that I couldn’t clearly hear when I went to collect my coffee.

Cozy Starbucks. Only few safa seating but it is still comfy place to work with drink next to.

I just got a take away coffee and banana. I tend to order via the app as you can collect the reward points and get a free drink after you have a certain number of points. It's easier too and your items should be ready when you arrive. The americano was fine ready and waiting. It was nice to have a banana that was not green or too ripe as is normally the case. Although service was efficient, staff could definitely be a lot friendlier.

Awful service, the staff could not make a drink after asking them to do so 3 times over.

the worst - so unhelpful with just eat only allowing 50% refund. needs to be changed.

At the minute the place is take away only and all orders are made outside with contactles card payment only. When open inside is nice and clean with a cozy feel to it. Lovely staff!

Always helpful & friendly staff. Went in at closing time & Maryam was so lovely and couldn't do more for my colleague & I who needed a last minute coffee & snack hit. Great service

Nice shop very warm atmosphere. Staff do their job I guess. Not very warm or welcoming they just do their job. A smile and a hello would help. Shop is very clean.

Nice and friendly staff. Located in a side corner with outside seatings if you prefer. Pram and wheelchair accessible. Ordered a cappuccino but seem a bit bitter. Overall nice.

I have been to this Starbucks a few mornings now, ordered the same thing (A simple filter coffee with milk - just cold milk, nothing extra needed) and my word... the incompetence is incredible. I get charged a different amount every day despite getting the same thing. This morning (and not for the first time) they messed it up twice... a filter coffee with milk! All they need to do is pour in one thing in and then another without any extra effort needed! I generally like Starbucks but this particular store is so bad.

Just another Starbucks, but this one does have a toilet which is handy if your caught short in the area.

The Mango Passion Fruit Frappuccino I ordered today had lots of tiny plastic pieces in it. As far as I know it was not supposed to be part of the ingredients.

Friendly staff, not overly busy as located away from main road, total bonus for locals.

Can get quite busy between 12-3pm as it's peak lunch hours for the many Central London businesses in the area. That being said, the staff are polite, friendly and efficient. You'll get your coffee quickly and to a high standard with no mistakes or waiting times in my experience. Not an understatement to say the staff there and their coffee help get me through the day.

Surprisingly decent food (egg sandwich and salt beef bagel). Their iced peach tea though would not be something I recommend.

Coffee here is much better than the average Starbucks in London. The guys working in this coffee shop are more qualified to do coffee than the average Starbucks in London.

The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to

My regular Starbucks, so I am biased. I actually have another closer to the office, but prefer this one because the staff are excellent and friendly and the reason I go there. Big seating area inside and seats and space outside. Can be very busy. Has toilets.

It's not often you find a Starbucks where all of the staff are friendly and efficient, but since I've been going there I've always had great service and have got to know the staff well. This is a great branch, if you're near definitely visit!

The cappucino was terrible, the foam, a joke. decoration wise, a joke. The coffee blend ... argggggggggggg I don't use sugar, and I've been drinking coffee for more than 30 years, can't understand this blend that even with milk it still tastes awkward. Fast paced staff, somebody seemed to have a tight control on them and they were not happy at all. Service was like, ask fast get away from me fast. Music was just about the right volume to hear and maintain a conversation that was great. One of the sofas near by the door needs repair.

Got coffees for the office and forgot the receipt, had to come back after few hours and the guys found a way to print it for me. Also they were able to make personalised according to people's need! Thanks guys!

Not a huge place, but a nice quiet area at the back, comfy, good service.

Pretty standard Starbucks experience but it's a bit nicer than the options nearby in Liverpool Street station.
