My daughter 3 children Drove to Starbucks for a coffee in cineworld. Served asked if needed a receipt said no.....big mistake! Same girl chased after my daughter screaming you haven't paid after collecting drinks screamed for her receipt which the same girl served her! Daughter said she can prove it on her statement response to this was "you better!" proved and no apology. To top all this she was the ONLY customer in the place! Formal complaint going into Starbucks daughter hasn't stopped crying since the incident all happened in front of her children. She's so shocked still she has really been effected disgusting behaviour!and really aggressive. Makes no sense at all she served her there was no one else was it a rouse to check her bank details? since the person serving has to write the order on the drinks and take payment before making the drinks? be aware!

Nice big clean and well stocked, toilets nice and clean and pleasant enough staff, seating area outside and a nice place just to relax after walking the balls of your feet off....

Popped in here as back was really bad and needed a sit down, Costa was packed. Floor was filthy with bits of ham and general litter. Went to toilets whilst wife ordered food. Had to wait ages for toilet as there is only one for each gender. Toilet was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned fir a LONG time. Food hadn’t arrived by time I’d got back to table. Made rge mistake of sitting near counter where the girl was belliwing out names of food orders for people to collect. Eventually our food was called and it was tasteless. Hot chocolate tasted of hot water. Table was sticky. What a joint, will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Standard issue starbucks... could do with a lick of paint. Coffee was as expected but not served with any kind of good customer service. We purposly sat away from the door as it was a chilly morning but even still it was cold. Decided to use the loos before I left.... wish I hadn't, they looked like they hadn't seen a squirt of beech in their lifetime. Absolutely disgusting!!

Had the mocha frap it was made very well and the staff were quick at serving and polite good service

This is my favourite place to stop for a drink or a snack in Freeport. There’s lots of room and seating available. It could do with a revamp but it always clean - it’s a shame they don’t invest some money doing it up a bit. The toilets are very cold and often a bit grubby. Staff however always friendly and what food they have in stock tastes good ... BUT..... I really like this place and they quite often seem to have very little food available. Like half the time I’m there it’s just a couple of sandwiches left - no hot boxes or toasties etc. Or just 1 type of cookie and one cake left. This happens a lot. Something needs to be done with their ordering because it’s a shame. Quite a few times I haven’t bothered eating because there wasn’t much choice at all so I got a drink or nothing and left to eat elsewhere.

Decent place to rest during shopping around the outlets. Your norm when it comes to standards and service. It's generally kept reasonably clean so worth resting up and trying whilst your at the outlets.

Use to be a Costa coffee fan but there coffee has gone down hill a bit. Lovely coffee lovely food and clean.

Popped in for a coffee. Staff very friendly and professional. Plenty of seating available but a couple more soft sofas would be nice. The interior of the property is a bit tired and could do with a make over. New art work as well. All in all a pleasant experience.

I come here loads. It is my go to place when I have work to do. I have a couple of gripes though, since you are asking .... The toilets! Oh my days, whether it is just neglect from staff or horrific people who clearly have no idea, CLEAN UP after you! Urgh. There is always plenty of loo roll, so you gotta find the positives, right? At about 15:00 each day the staff close half of the seating area! Why? Obiouvsly, it is to ensure they can leave at closing time, but COME ON! This has been happening since it opened and, fianly, I have gotten aound to saying "Don't be ridiculous'. Opening hours should be just that! I get it that you may want to minimise your workload on the wind down time, but 3 HOURS before you close! Sadly for you and happily, for me, I am not a submissive and I ignore those yellow 'wet area' signs and sit down anyway. I don't break rules, if they are sensible, but as I have said COME ON! Who's decision was/is this? I shall put away my soapbox now and continue to enjoy my visits to this place, coz I like it, starbucks is my fave coffee and the staff are (usually) blooming marvellous! Over and our, Rant over.

I've visited a number of Starbucks outlets over the years, but my preferred choice tends to be Costa. Whichever brand I use, the restaurants tend to be noisy, short on seating and used by customers who take root with their laptop or similar and make it difficult for other customers to enjoy their visit. This Starbucks was totally opposite. It is a larger unit than I'm used to, with plenty of seating well spread out. The lighting was good and, importantly, quiet enough to hold a conversation, which my partner and I and her daughter wished to do. The service was prompt, unlike another Starbucks in Newark some time a go where they even gave my order to someone else! The prices compare well with their two main competitors and the range of drinks - hot and cold - on offer are excellent. The staff were friendly and the whole experience was very positive. The unit is perfect for wheelchair users and others with mobility difficulties too. There are also a number of toilets though they are at the rear of the unit. I certainly won't dismiss Starbucks so readily in future.

Very friendly and clean coffee bar lots of choice in food and drinks ! Comfortable seating and excelent WiFi.

My preferred coffee is a flat white and as usual it was very good as was my wife’s latte and the snacks we chose. BUT this place is tired and in need of refurbishment. Some of the seating is filthy and the staff seem to have lost any pride in the place. The staff were not that well turned out and not at all customer friendly. Finally the toilets were filthy and crying ou for an overhaul.

Starbucks is an internationally known brand with a set in stone formula for delivering their product, a variety of coffee blends. I stopped into Starbucks to buy coffee (take away) for myself and my wife, and to use the toilets. The coffee was exactly what I expected. Although my wife was not impressed with the ladies toilet ....I can't go into the details, the gents was fine but we fellas have a less demanding requirement when visiting a public convenience. The convenience is the primary requirement!

We popped in to sit down and get a couple of cappuccinos whilst shopping at Freeport. Firstly the dishwasher was apparently broken so only takeaway cups were available. Then whilst making the drinks the girl behind the counter sneezed all over her arm and then continued to make the drinks. The fact she did this right in front of us and then didn't bother going to wash her hands is disgusting. We then went and sat down at a filthy sticky disgusting table. Unbelievably, even though it was busy they were closing off half the restaurant by putting chairs upside down across the floor. Then we used the toilets, the men's toilet was closed off, but the disabled hand drier didn't work. So everyone using it couldn't dry there hands. This Starbucks in this day was a filthy disgusting badly managed mess.

I like this Starbuck shop there is plenty of comfy seating well spaced out so you don't feel you are in the company of the next table, I always find it easy just to lounge and chill with my coffee here leaving me feeling refreshed

The usual coffee experience - if you close your eyes, this could be any coffee shop in the world! But they have free wifi!

A short stop to rest our feet after shopping around Freeport. I tried a hot Salted Caramel Latte and really liked it. Plenty of staff for quick service and other staff were cleaning the tables, walls and display boards, more like a spring clean! Something you don't often see!
