Starbucks in Richmond upon Thames

I go there quite often. It is a bright and clean cafe with friendly staff and a good atmosphere with many locals. I like the fact that they keep the music down. So many places now have it on far too loud e.g. Pret. Contrary to a review below, I've always found the toilets to be spotless.

Nothing special. Good WiFi, ok fit out, clueless service. Specify regular drinks or you will be charged for large. Menu annoying flashes on and off and conceals prices, food calorie total based on 100g so utterly useless.

Generally stick to quiet non-chain cafes but thought I'd give Starbucks in Teddington a go for a change. Vast improvement following a recent revamp. Lots of open space, a choice of places to sit, bright and cheerful décor and most importantly (besides the coffee) it is clean. It can be noisy at certain times of day which is inevitable (young children running around, people with mobile phones on loudspeakers - why do people do this, it's selfish?!). My only complaint at this point would be the choice of music so take ANR headphones with you if this could be an issue.

The store has been redecorated and looks fantastic, all new everything. The staff were all excited for todays reopening and the service was good as well.

Staff always friendly and coffee consistent. But why does the air con and music need to be so high Starbucks? Furniture and toilets could do with improvement, but since we have just come out of a global pandemic, this is not the be all and end all!

Always visit when we're in Teddington. Consistently good coffee, and the regular staff are friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile....even when it's busy. Without a doubt, the best Baristas work right here. Thank you Starbucks Teddington 👊

Excellent service from Starbucks Teddington today. I had ordered cream for my Americano and they had run out, so that wrote a little note and gave me a free chocolate coin to apologise. 5☆ service! 👏

Flat White was too hot and was in fact a small cappuccino. Staff friendly but have zero coffee knowledge

I stopped here for a bite to eat with my daughter & her friend after a long hockey match. The place was filthy especially the toilets which were disgusting. I had ham and cheese toastie and had bad stomach cramps all afternoon after that. Hardly flying the flag for the brand!

Visit this branch usually two or three times a week. It can get very busy but staff are good so you normally don’t have to wait long for service. The coffee and food is up to the usual high standards of Starbucks and facilities are usually well maintained. It could do with a few more power points for charging mobile phones and laptops but overall I think this branch is great and well worth a visit if you’re in Teddington.

Perhaps it was just the day we visited 99 per cent of the staff were fantastic ....one however had a personal hygiene problem which permeated the area around her. I hope this note gets no one in trouble . Coffee was great and the cafe was kept very clean all the time by a dedicated young woman

In a word dirty. Toilets were festering when we visited and the usual army of unregulated toddlers had strewn their unwanted patisserie over tables, floor and seating. My chair looked like it had been sprayed with a noxious substance. Staff are cheerful enough though

Not always I visit this coffe shop but it's v nice for people who work near by to have coffe during lunch break and buy snack or sandwich or even take away coffe .good for family with children and good for meet friends and have a coffe or smoothi .

Starbucks not my usual choice for a quick stop over cofee and not likely to be again - least not this one. Tables and chairs incredibly grubby and staff not terribly interested in cleaning them. Possibly due to being end of day perhaps - hope so for cafe.

If you don't like other Starbucks cafes. You will like this one. I have to say first of all that their staff are really nice. And Thier staff make really good drinks compared to other Starbucks I've been too.

This is a very spacious cafe but a bit lacking in adequate seating. Staff are friendly enough and the products are well made. It could do with additional seating like a window bench or additional tables.

Came in to just have a sandwich and coffee, had a ham and cheese baguette and all I could taste was horseradish, my other half had a beef and cheese baguette which he said was disgusting, the place is dirty, the tables are not cleared from the previous occupants, and the toilets are filthy so needless to say I won't be back here again

Probably the most disappointing coffee location in Kingston upon Thames. Coffee was mediocre . But what I found worse was the FILTH OF THE PLACE. .disgusting tables filthy floor filthy. Staff who don't give a dam. I was scared of catching something deadly.

Teddington Starbucks is a big draw for young mums with prams and buggies as it's very spacious, it's got good wifi for working on a laptop and the staff are efficient and helpful. But it's the same Starbucks coffee as you'd get anywhere else. I prefer the smaller, independent coffee bars along the High Street which have more character and, arguably, nicer coffee.

you know what your getting here. Got all the old classics. My favourite is the pikes place filter coffee which is cheaper that normal and great tasting

Working in the area I needed a coffee fix. I am usually a Costa or Nero fan but alas Starbucks had to do.
