Starbucks in Liverpool

I come in here frequently to study, and every time the service is so friendly. One particular barista always serves me and says "hi friend". Always makes my day!

Laptop Land With the amount of Sockets Available I walked in to get a coffee and relax for a little bit but people just charging everything they have got and the amount of people on laptops is unbelievable same with Cafe Nero and Costa .. people think its OK to sit there for hours buy one drink and charge everything they have ... well Liverpool Have a amazing Library for this with everything they need Its the 2nd time this week I've walked out

manager did not let me go for a piss when i have water infection i went for piss and i took my pants off and she flung the door open whilst my pants were down and i didn’t give consent to this

Very eager to please when I was unhappy with my drink and helped when I want a different drink for the day. Friendly staff, especially Tom yasmine geogia. Place has comfortable couches, tables and places to charge your phones too.

Disgusting rude staff who cant concentrate on your order but constantly talks to random man sat at bar this is NOT your social it is your job to serve the correct drinks to other customers when asked to correct the drink the girl was sarcastic and rude and then threw equipment on the floor in a temper and stormed out like a disturbed teenager seems to me that the manager condones this appaulling behaviour by approaching me and is more concerned that the staff is crying rather than making sure the customer is okay This coffee shop is DIRTY dark and dingy and must be the worst place in liverpool to drink coffee what a disgusting display of customer service you all need to go on training especially the manager as he seems to think its okay for his staff to display atrociate behaviour to customers. Guy on the till too quick to get your order and not take time to be pleasant get the order move on attitude out my way..... I live in London and starbucks there are helpful cheerful make good coffee and give customers a good experience so they continue to come back guess what liverpool Cave you are definity NOT special and none of the good things that I describe in London just a small dingy cafe in a small corner of Liverpool you let my home city down Avoid avoid avoid its not pleasant its not calm and doesn t deserve repeat business

In need of a caffeine hit on a wet Bank Holiday Friday. Great coffee, I m fussy as I need my sweetner in the cup before the milky foam....like it extra hot too. Coffee beautifully made, friendly and helpful staff and no queue. I like the cave vibe but appreciate it's not for everyone.

Came here on the Jubilee Friday. Ordered two drinks, both accurate and very nice. Tables clean and the store itself was clean. Pleasant staff. Glad we came.

Possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s dingy and unwelcoming inside, the toilets were horrible with no toilet paper and water all over the floor. The staff were a joke. It took ages to get our order mainly because it took two members of staff to make each drink. They seemed quite happy to keep customers waiting while they chatted and took their time. One of them even stopped working so he could take a picture of a drink he had just made! Really!! He would have been better employed clearing some tables. Don’t go!!

The service was nice but what I ordered wasn’t. I ordered a double blonde espresso with vanilla in and the coffee tasted really burnt as well as no syrup being put in there. I feel like I wasted my money, would have gone back to try and get a new one but It was busy.

went for a quiet drink ... all you see is all Sockets being used for laptops and mobiles sitting there with their own drinks or no drinks at all and feet on the chairs and seats ... There are Public Library's if they want to use their laptops all day... This a common problem same as Costa and nothing gets gone about it

Cup of black coffee was less than quarter full What’s that all about ? I didn’t get charged less than a quarter of the price

Called in for coffee about 10 o clock this morning, first they got the order wrong and we also had our drinks served in takeaway cups instead of proper mugs. Decided to use the toilet, if that had been cleaned this morning I would be very surprised. The toilet bowl hadn't seen any bleach for a good while and the floor hadn't been swept or cleaned and the sink was splattered with dirty marks. If I worked in there I would be ashamed. Big let down

Stand out customer service. The team are bright, happy and attentive. Adam who took the order was fantastic and a credit to the brand.

Walking around the Liverpool One shopping area my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Starbucks, had a good visit on a pre tier three national lockdown day. Your typical Starbucks, cosy,nice decor and furnishings including a glass fronted serving bar that dominates the main room and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this Starbucks, a cool place to chill out in. We were here on a Wednesday morning, we gave our details of name and phone number on the N.H.S covid app, sanitised our hands and ordered a flat white coffee each, coffee was served steaming hot but I couldn't understand why we were given paper cups ,I thought they were for take out service, could be a stipulation of coronavirus pandemic regulations, dont know really ? ,no matter ,coffee was really good, I am a big fan of Starbucks coffee ,its a coffee I really enjoy. We both really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time. This Starbucks is easy to locate on Thomas Steers Way. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Very disappointed. Order was taken promptly by lady on till. There were two baristas but they were more interested in chatting to each other than make the drinks for the customers. No apology for keeping people waiting.

Gewoon lekkere koffie. Op de bank kan je lekker zitten en je telefoon opladen. Geen overbodige luxe tegenwoordig.

Called in prior to a full day's shopping, unable to have a Christmas coffee as none in stock, hot chocolate made with normal milk despite requesting an alternative milk, no gluten free choice and the restroom facilities were a disgrace. Would of expected better from...

A nice place for a coffee in Liverpool. Fast service and a over all good experience. I will be back tomorrow on my water to Albert Docks.

Nice pace to stop for a hot drink. There is a nice sized seating area out at the front of this cafe.
