Starbucks in Bournemouth

Normally they get my order right but how do u mess up twice i literally asked for a small vanilla decaf iced latte with oat milk. the first one i got was a grande decaf iced latte with oat milk, so i asked for another one and then the one i received again had no oat milk but felt bad to go and ask to have it changed again but i usually don’t have a problem i just wanted a coffee but i think the girl was new so i felt bad and they put my name as janice that’s not even my name i don’t even look like a janice like what

Me decanté por esta famosa cadena para tomar un buen té verde con bebida de soja y canela, ya que sé que nunca defrauda. En este caso, el local está decorado al estilo de la marca, aunque algo más minimalista y con un poco de falta de limpieza de las mesas. El servicio es amable pero bastante lento y descuidado en el detalle comentado anteriormente. El té, bueno. La bebida de soja es de calidad. Una opción saludable a tener en cuenta. Absolutely disgusted cold! Lesss than half a cup no cream at all when I specifically stated loads of cream! Overcharged want a full refund ASAP and never ordering again! Couldn’t even get the right cup size

I guess this is a criticism of the coffee industry as much as starbucks themselves. Who came up with the idea of turning a simple cup of coffee costing 50p and all done in around 20 seconds into an art form that now requires 30 mins and £4 to quench your thirst? And who wants to stand in line with a load of knobs ordering Flat Whites that didn’t exist until 6 months ago. Yes, this is the coffee shop industry trying to reinvent itself and justify its nothing for something or in most cased very little for a lot. I can only assume that most people applaud bad service and time wasting and love paying extortionate amounts for it. 30 mins and nearly 3.50 for one roll with a sausage in it. Having to stand there while dumb and dumber serve and make 5 cups of the brown art form liquid is not my thing. I won’t be returning to have more of my life taken from me with nothing to show for it!!

Very commercial coffee house, bitter in taste. Food is never good either. only good thing about starbucks is the portion size of coffee but that is generally just added water
