Great service girl even brought our drinks and food to table as we both have walking sticks really helpful

Visited Starbucks at Upper Red Mall , Metrocentre, at around 11am on 24/09/21 . Only person waiting to be served - asked for Americano with milk and purchased a biscuit pack. Happy to be able to pay with cash. Things went downhill from there. While I waited for my very simple coffee to be made I was astounded at how much chatting was going on between the three girls behind the counter - mainly about which clubs they had been to / were going to etc. My coffee was eventually placed on the counter in front of me , by a girl who was still carrying on her chat with a colleague in the kitchen area. I sat down on a bench seat which was much too low for the table it was next to , and had to change to sit on a neighbouring chair. My coffee turned out to have no taste at all and was barely lukewarm ! As it took so long to get the coffee in the first place , and because there was now a queue at the counter , I decided just to drink it not ask for a replacement. I guess I should have walked further and found a Caffe Nero , which I know does serve coffee with some taste.

Usually go to the one upstairs with great staff,Edward the manager and his team are excellent.Nothing is to much trouble for them.

Pop in here 3-4 times a wk. Lovely staff all so friendly love atmosphere you can tell they enjoy what they do molly becky Colin and others. Best coffee shop in Starbucks chain

We pop. In here 4 times a wk the staff are great. They know our drinks off by heart. Always tidy tables and a friendly faces molly becky Andrew Colin Wendy any one else I didn't mention.

If this is near Debenhams then it’s become our favourite coffee stop. The flat white is changeable, weak most days but when’s right it’s good... that’s the only critique, staff are all friendly.

Vi var innom Starbucks flere ganger da vi var i Newcastle. Vi hadde lunch og kaffe. God mat, deilig kaffe. Hyggelig atmosfære.

It's a Starbucks. Decent enough coffee, decent enough service, reasonable enough prices. Staff are friendly enough.
