Ibos in Gateshead

Waited 2 hrs for delivery tonight, fair enough it’s bank holiday, but yet again my order is wrong, 2nd time this year, rang up and nicely advised, whole mouthful of abuse, and hung up, will not be ordering from here again, don’t usually leave reviews but don’t waste your money folks!!

Orderd tonight, food was lovely, delivery was really quick and was rely reasonably priced. Will definitely order again

Ordered a meal from Ibos waited two hours for food for it not to turn up. Driver had obviously just left the food and not delivered it as it was 10:30 at night! Tried to call and the phone lines were off so called the next day when it opened. No apology and the boss stated “the order must have got lost”

My go to place for a kebeb / pizza. Nice food, nice people and really good prices.

Wow just wow lovely kebab wrap & your chilli is by far the best I've had, hot hot hot 🔥, your ibos burger amazing my son says he has them often & he loves them, keep doing what your doing, 👍👍👍

Nice enough kebab wraps but lose a point for being the smallest I've seen

Kebab with chips n garlic n extra salad without red cabbagebass wipes saving time with a pre tubbedsalad n observer's staff using hands for handling cold salads rather than tongs 5 sections of salads wiv unknown chap on hands pls avoid

Absolutely disgusting!!! Waiting over an hour and half for delivery, chicken had the most vile taste and seemed really under cooked. Very bland even the onion had no taste

Waited 2 hours for a delivery.. when I live less then five minutes away.. When I rang up to ask where it was, the man on the phone just brushed me off as tho he had something better to instead of deal with a customer complaint, not very good customer service at all.. When my wife came in and I could go up to see where my food was, "the website was down" how convenient! Not a sorry, or refund given. Again just brushed off as tho they didn't care. Disappointed.

Chicken kebab and garlic are just the best.

Food nice and hot pizxa nice chips ok but little bit soggy, curry sauce defently needed more water far to thick and still a bit powdery

Not enough chicken kebab was mostly chips and was left feeling abit sick afterwards

The best pizza and burger place near me. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Chicken kebabs are only bettered by the garlic sauce. BELTA
