Star &scorpion in Ealing

Great value tasty food and substantial - very impressed with staff food quality and surroundings - highly recommend the tagliatelle with seafood and lasagne . Would have liked to try a dessert but too full but will do when return next time in London

This is a great little find, we had a booth in the garden where our drinks and food were bought to us. We had a great time the staff are very attentive and we also had the option to order from The Persian Palace which my partner did this was delicious and I can say we weren’t disappointed!!! I had pie of the day and halloumi fries both were tasty and amazing. I had a Long Island iced tea and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. The cocktails are fab here… Needless to say we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely evening 🤗 I don’t feel the pictures show how delicious the food was

Twee avonden op rij heerlijk gegeten. Uitgebreide kaart, ruime porties en goed bereid. Alles goed op smaak. Bediening erg prettig en vriendelijk. Netjes geprijsd.

The look and the atmosphere is nice . The individual little pods with heat and music are cosy . The whole outdoor area is nice and looks fab . However I have visited twice for birthday celebrations and customer service is poor. Everything is long . Food ordered takes forever to arrive and when you are eating as a group it’s frustrating because it all arrives separately and there is always a issue. Food and drinks are definitely overpriced. Orders are often in correct and poor quality. Nice interior but would not recommend for a night out

Went here to celebrate my friends birthday . Have also been here previously for staff meals and a birthday party. Inside and out is great decor and clean . We were a large group using 2 of the out door pods . The waiting staff are so polite and friendly but the wait for food is ridiculous. One hour wait for a basic starter and chips !!! They always blame it on the place being busy but I’ve experienced it on more than one occasion. The wait for food is not good and the food is mediocre. Nothing out of this world. The cocktails were lovely but I was put off after I saw a meme her of staff sneaking a quick few vape puffs whilst on duty behind the outdoor bar . Lovely venue but need to sort out their waiting times for food .

Stopped in for a bite to eat on a Sunday. The staff were very friendly and the service attentive. They have little heated booths in the garden you can sit in and I really liked these. The food was good and value for money.

The Star and Scorpian was recommended and booked by a friend. On entering there was no one to welcome us ( a party of four). We waited for five minutes after which the barman told us to go where the booths were. We headed down some stairs and was greeted by Jeff who showed us to our booth. Well.. from there the service was excellent. Jeff and Taylor's service was professional. They answered all our questions and helped to get the music going. The food was was absolutely delicious and the house wine was superb. The decor was fab and the atmosphere was spot on. We came from Northampton and Wembleyand It was worth it in every way. We are already planning our next visit!

We came on a pretty quiet Wednesday evening. The waiting staff came to take our order, took an order for one drink then said to wait... Disappeared for 10 minutes and brought it with her (lime and soda water, not complicated). She then disappeared again before we could order the rest of the drinks and food. After ordering food, we have waited almost an hour, with no sign of it. No one has apologised, and no one gave an indication of the wait when we ordered. It's 9.30pm - otherwise we would have left and gone elsewhere. Avoid.

Went to The Star and Scorpion for the first ever on Sunday for my friends birthday. This place is amazing. From our first step into the venue until our last steps out we got treated so well and was looked after with caring and professional staff. Nothing was to much for the staff. The food is Delicious 😋. Everything i put in my mouth was mouth-watering. The price for our group meal and drinks was outstanding. Really get your moneys worth. Lastly what highly impressed me was the Ladies rest room. Will deffo be going there again. I would like to Thank all the Staff for making my experience there Wonderful. Toni x

Such a great place. I didn’t know it existed before arriving. Outside looks nice. Walk in and the decor is lovely really modern and classical. You walk further and your up the stairs into a garden with huts. Food is great. Good selection on their menu. Cocktails are fairy priced. Service was excellent. Really friendly and catered for our group really well which I can imagine was quite challenging. Thank you!

What a beautiful pub, we had a lovely relaxing evening, food and cocktails was amazing, staff went over and beyond to accommodate us, we will be definitely recommending to friends, family and business associates, thank you so much 😀

I went to the Star and Scorpion this evening about 5.30ish 6pm and my goodness the food was absolutely delicious. Lamb chops are one my favorite dishes which I ordered this evening. I have never ever tasted lamb chops like theirs. The cook cooks it better than me. I have lived in Ealing all my life ie 58 years and my goodness their food was very tasty the lamb was nice and tender and the service was excellent. I have been to loads of restaurants because restaurants are one of my vices. I will definitely being going back - Thank you Star and Scorpion for such a lovely delicious mean. See you soon....Angela

I took my mum out for lunch at the Star & Scorpion and had a wonderful time. The decor was beautiful, service fantastic and food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I initially was hesitant about visiting as I thought it looked it a bit glam for me, but I’m so glad I did and I’ll be returning with friends very soon.

This pub is something truly special. It offers so much. Sunday trio of roast is my personal favourite to enjoy with family and friends. The Team lead by Zoran and Cosmina ensures that you’ll have a truly memorable experience. Words and photos do not do it justice. All I can say is come and experience it for yourself, whether you’re wanting a decent meal, peace & quiet or simply visiting with a few friends over a gentle drink. There’s also plenty of private booths to enjoy sport. No expense has been spared.

We have been a good few times now. Absolute hidden treasure in west Ealing. Its like walking into a haven of beauty and luxury. Iwe arranged my husbands birthday there over 2 days. Food was delicious,could not fault it!. Cocktail bar in the stunning garden was 10/10 , amazing bar man Ally. As previously said, cannot fault food, staff, manager ,owner and atmosphere.

This place is unreal. Food is great. Cocktails are amazing 5* definitely be back. Cosmina the bar lady is unbelievably. So friendly & accommodating. Willing to help with all your requests. Definitely a massive asset to the place. Would give 10* if I could. Most certainly worth a visit. Nice to have somewhere like this in the ealing area. Will be booking for future events 🤗
