Great carvery. Restaurant service good. Prices, very competitive. Nice pub, lovely ouside area. Bar service an experience. Standing in a queue, waiting to be served. Bar staff leaving their station, others nattering to whom they are serving. Very slow. Will revisit as the food superb.

I had a fantastic time and all the staff were good, but Nathan delivered a particularly great service for me. Will definitely come again with all my friends because this place is worth it!

I’d like to give a special mention to one of your members of staff. Christian always goes out of his way to keep customers happy. I’ve seen it many a time. Very professional, friendly and attentive. Every pub would benefit having someone like him.

The door which is adjacent to the A40 was open when we arrived (looked like it may have been the fire exit). It was not the aroma you'd expect. It made eating in the restaurant noisy and the fumes from the 40mph road made me feel a little sick and spoilt our meals! We asked to close the door, then a member of staff reopened as another customer felt warm ! Food was great, Chefs and majority of staff very friendly but when I expressed my concern for the fumes coming straight into the carvery area, the young lad who worked there on Wed 21st Aug told me there were plenty of other seats! It was not the experience I've had over the many years I've been a customer which is a great shame!

Great pub with very reasonable prices. The roast beef and veggies were super tasty. Casey and the rest of the staff at the bar were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service christian served us , he is professional always smiling and have banter.

My experience at this establishment was disastrous. Due to poor understanding of English, the staff completely missed our order. Not only did they serve us dishes intended for another table, but they also tried to shift the blame to us by making fun of us. This lack of respect and professionalism is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed by the attitude of the staff and the quality of service. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant time, because you risk having an experience as shameful as mine.

The Myllet Arms were able to accommodate our party of nearly 20 at very short notice. The service was very good, a couple of small mistakes with food orders but not a big issue. The Carvery was excellent with lots of choice and everyone else seemed to enjoy their kitchen orders. The staff were cheerful and extremely helpful. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

Came into the pub on Monday evening and was served by absolutely brilliant staff, in particular lacy who was brilliant and a real asset to the pub.

Great service, and very friendly staff. It was quiet during our visit so not much atmosphere. (Saturday lunch time) Food was reasonably priced and of good quality.

Hey my name robyn I come in yesterday at 6.30 with my kids and my mate and his kids there love the food and the sofa play the worker are so nice with kids it and really great family pub

Manager quite rude, clearly not willing to accept suggestions. Huge pub that doesn’t allow dogs anywhere. Short sighted and restrictive, wouldn’t be hard to separate areas to accommodate as it’s so big. Staff didn’t even notice our dog until we had already bought drinks but were asked to leave. Has a soft play for kids but staff don’t pay any attention and don’t enforce safety rules. Outside is the dual carriage way so not pleasant.

Please make sure you register your vehicle if you park there as I had to appeal to PCN parking at the pub for an hour to get breakfast with my brother who was visiting from France. Not one staff mentioned that I had to register my car and I thought that parking there for breakfast was no problem. Not cool!!!!.

Huge plate of food, served by the fabulous carvery Rene, my beef was soft and tender, fresh veg was put out. Paid at bar, served by very nice tall chap. The garden is nice, has seating, a roofed area. I have to say, lost a few points because I asked a waitress for butter and it never came. The toilets stank, I felt I might throw up. A good clean and air freshener would not hurt. Don't forget to put your car reg in the machine at the bar

I visit this pub once a term with colleagues and not once I was disappointed. Nice food, the carvery is to die for , friendly staff ,great beer garden and screens to watch sports.

I came with my friends for a few drinks and a bite to eat. They had a dj and the atmosphere was great!! The service was amazing, a big shout out to Casey for her friendly service!

I brought my grandson here for a late lunch. I had the chicken and bacon salad and it was delicious. My grandson enjoyed his food and then played in the soft play after. This place is so great for families as the kids get to have fun too while adults can relax!

We came here and sat in the beer garden for a few drinks, we were served by Casey and she was so lovely. This place is lovely!

I just called in for something to eat and having seen some of the reviews I wasn't expecting much but after a long day I didn't want to travel. All I can say is I won't be going by reviews again, the girl who served me on the bar was great, friendly and a good sence of humour. I opted for the carvery and so glad I did, the gammon and beef literally melted in my mouth, the vegetables were all cooked wonderfully and such a selection, homemade yorkie pudds and proper thick rich gravy, one of the tastiest carverys I've been to,

Decent breakfast, reasonable at £10.99 I think. Comes with cereal, toast, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh coffee, teas, juice, yoghurt. I think that's it. But decent selection. Came with 18 month old who enjoyed the soft play area. Was nicely quiet too!

Staying in the premier inn next door for a few nights, came in every day for food and drinks and every time i was met with the friendliest staff and amazing service. Very Helpful with things to do in the area regardless of the language barrier being from scotland. Had the all day breakfast and received a large portion which was difficult to finish due to nursing a hangover. Carvery was spot on with various selections. Fantastic place

The new garden looks great, it's a really nice outdoor space to enjoy some drinks with friends, and Casey was especially helpful!

My 1st and last visit to this place. We arrived yesterday with our family for Sunday lunch. On a positive note the food was pretty good. However the the wait to get served was a joke Standing for nearly a hour with the line going out the door Customers getting very upset We spoke to the lady at the booking station about what was the issue The lady said that (Pan) the Chef likes to work on his own? We said what does that mean It appears that Pan not only cuts and serves the meats but he also runs the whole food station. Yes on his own In and out of the kitchen replenshing the veg, gravy etc. Completley ignoring customers with the odd glance over to see the fustration of customers waiting My business is in retail serving and looking after my customers Your business in no different, How you can allow ONE person to run the Carvery as his own little Empire is very strange? One idea that might help as odd as it might sound. Is Pan stays at his Meat Station and another chef replenish the veg, gravy etc Result could be reduced line, faster sell through rate, quicker table turnover and most of all a happy customer. i.e More customers means more turnover Or does that sound a bit odd? I have been first time in this place and I can recommend it. The food was fresh and nice. Member of staff and customer service it was really nice. On the day, I have my birthday and I receive nice wishes from the members of staff thank you. I really like the big garden and the space for family, I will return.

But yesterday went out to celebrate my daughter’s 8th birthday and can only say from start to finish terrible. Served by a very ignorant Kamil. Give us very little time to actual order food and drinks, rushed us through it and to finish it off slammed the drink on the counter. Thought it was just a one off so my partner went to get a lemonade for my daughter to be greeted exactly the same by Kamil. Two other staff had came to our table to apologise on behalf of him which was nice and Thankyou for the extra ice cream for my daughter but our service at bar actually annoyed me that much I didn’t eat my food. I felt embarrassed yesterday as I loved going to Myllet Arms. Yesterday we should have spent all day there but we left after 40 minutes. I will never step foot in the place again while Kamil is working. I understand some people may have off days but no need to be soo rude, if you don’t like your job don’t destroy the bars great reputation. Always be professional.

Me and my friend arrived at the place and the breakfast had just finished, but they still let us eat and even made more dishes that had run out. The breakfast was very delicious and filling. I myself ate a British breakfast for the first time and this place offered a really good experience! The employees were really kind and I highly recommend this place!

Fast service and happy staff. Tasty, well priced food, with a great atmosphere.

I booked to celebrate my childs birthday at the kids corner and it was fantastic- we brought in some decorations and decorated the corner we were allocated, children had a well maintained and super clean softplay area to run and play and then each kid was able to pick their meal when they were hungry, sit together and eat their meal together. I could also order nibbles for adults, so everyone had good time.

Good priced food terabyte bar service it takes you a while to order food at the bar as you have to stand in line for a while you get your drink and ticket for carvery and if you want another drink you have to stand in the same line again no separate bar staff You think they can get one of the 2 staff serving can do 2 jobs at the same time that's if they have 2 staff working

Service is fine, you serve yourself. And are served. Bit of a dark feel inside weren't, change lighting or something. Liked the fish and chips. When it's hitting its a nice roast also

We went here on Saturday and the food was amazing.There was a lady called Robin who was very helpful to us even though it seemed it was her day off.

We had the Carvery yesterday. The meat wasn't too bad, but the vegetables were raw and undercooked. Not really what you'd expect from a restaurant/ pub.

Terrible place sunday carvery no lamb no pork had 25 min wait for carvery only 4 people in front of me the carvery was just so slow took 20 mins for drinks to be served then we had to wait an hour for dessert to come out wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Nice pub, nice food, shame they do not have a kids free area. It's hard to enjoy your food with kids running up and down, shouting.

Myllett’s you’re losing it. Two / three years ago you were on point. Customer service was great, food well prepared, good value and tasty. Your toilets have never been up to standard to be fair. We have observed a steady decline in your care and delivery of services over the past months. Nowadays you be turning out food that is refried or over cooked, as if that’s acceptable to paying customers. It isn’t. Nowadays your staff think it’s okay to be huffing and puffing when the customer has to make multiple changes to their order because ‘you’ don’t have adequate stock. Nowadays even your management have the audacity to accuse customers of sharing their AA discount code with others - as a reason for it not working - and then it works but you’ve already said what should never have been said. Throwing bottles to the bin behind the bar is also not acceptable. It’s startling for some and the excessive noise is excruciating for others. I would suggest your staff undertake some training in their communication skills, inclusivity and food prep. Please see image of food - salad was great -chicken and garlic bread not fit for purpose. We actually drove elsewhere and ate again. Pointless, discussing this with your team the attitude from some senior staff is not at all positive. We decided last night was our last night with you and we shan’t be returning to what used to be a firm favourite of ours.

Nice ,chilled spot with good pub food. Easy vibes and nice staff, sometimes understaffed on busy days, which puts a good team under pressure... and the children's play area can get crazy on busy days too. However, the staff are very accommodating, the food is decent, and they have screens showing sports in most areas, as well as great outdoor area

I came on the 20/04/24 i went up to the bar was greeted by Adam, very friendly and helpful and then went up to the carvery and was greeted by a very friendly chef named Aaron. Explain to me how everything works while we had a nice chat will definitely be coming again one of the best carvery’s I’ve had

Another trip to my favourite pub and carvery. Can not stop mentioning how amazing this place is. From the food, drinks, outdoor seating area where you can watch the football to the kids play area. The staff are all amazing. Big shout out to Adam behind the bar and Christian for finding us a table last minute. 10/10

A great place to eat and relax or watch a game of football/futbol (Soccer). The food is amazing and fresh, atmosphere is laid back, the staff and owner are amazing as is their service. You must try their mocktails if you do not drink, they are light and refreshing. Overall was a wonderful experience and was a great place to eat during my spring break study abroad program.

Really friendly staff food was really nice. Went up to get my carvery with my son and the chef (Aaron) made us fell welcome and gave my son an extra Yorkshire pudding. Will defiantly be coming back

Had a great lunchtime meal. Left feeling very full. Casey made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us.

Our party ordered both from the menue and the carvery, we knew the kitchen orders would take longer than us walking up to the carvery but it's clear they only really want you to order a carvery since the menue orders took nearly an hour to arrive, even after waiting 15-20 minuets to collect our carvery we had all finished by the time it arrived, was a very poor evening

I'm not from the area but when I'm stationed in the area which is quit often this is the first place I go for good wholesome food in a good atmosphere

We booked a table for 4 of us on Sunday evening at 7.15, the earliest time available. Got there a few minutes earlier but thought we'd see if our table was ready. No one greeted us - there were staff walking around clearing tables, etc, but we were ignored. Finally got hold of someone and told them we'd booked and they told us to find a table (what's the point of booking?). Most tables were either in use, needed clearing or had reserved signs on. The only free tables appeared to be near the kids indoor play area and we definitely didn't want to sit near that noise while eating. We eventually found a table, and ordered our food. This is where the review gets better - the food was delicious, plenty of choice at the carvery and the fish and chips was excellent. However due to the lack of organisation, I doubt we'll be back.

I went here to eat my Christmas dinner and Easter Sunday roast. It was incredible, and I even got to see a massive fire burning down Perivale. Please do beware tho that they charge you like 10x the normal price if u want Christmas dinner

Disappointing Dinner Experience at “Myllet Arms, Greene King Pub & Carvery” I recently dined at your establishment with a group of friends, hoping for an enjoyable affternoon . However, our experience fell far short of expectations. From the outset, the chef's attitude was unacceptable. Not only did he refrain from speaking to us, but his negative body language and careless handling of knives raised concerns about safety. Things escalated when one of our group attempted hand the chef the tickit The chef's disrespectful behavior in snatching the ticket away left us feeling belittled. Moreover, witnessing his mistreatment of an elderly lady was distressing. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable, and other diners also noticed the chef's rudeness. It's disappointing to witness such unprofessionalism from a restaurant we've patronized for over over 20 years. and from when in 2018 Greene King took over the Buliding. While the staff and manager apologized, the damage was done. Two of us have decided not to return until there's a change in management or staffing.

A group of us went out for some ones birthday. Those who went for a chalvey got the food quickly. I Ordered beef and ale. I waited a long time for it. By the time it turned up every one who had the Charley had finished. The pie was ok. Sadly the peas and mash was Luke warm.

We had the carvery. It was delicious, we really enjoyed it. We went on a weekday so it wasn't overly busy. Definitely going again.

Went for the first time with my kids for a cavery and soft play and honestly the children thoroughly enjoyed it. Really good place to take children.

We waited ages to be served even though the staff could see us waiting, was only 2 meets available and they were very dry and almost finishing at 7pm I told the cook the stuffing was dry he said that they would not be making any more. Staff aint that friendly either. It's my second visit their as it was just as bad the first time. I thought it might be different this time, but I was wrong 🤔 I should not have gone back their, and I don't think I will go their again . A very disappointed customer 😒

First time visit on Easter Sunday so it's was bound to be busy. Arrived to dirty tables and no hand soap in an accessible toilets. Ladies toilets filthy too with dirty tissues all over the sink areas although there was a bin visible🙄. We all left with the feeling of needing to shower when we went home due to grubby restaurant🥴. However the carvery made up for the poor hygiene of the pub

came to myllet today without any expectations however to our surprise the atmosphere was great! we were looked after by staff member called Mina who was absolutely amazing and who made sure we were well looked after. Will definitely return for a lovely food and great service! carvery was great, but to be very picky the Brussels sprouts could be a bit softer ( personal preference). thank you !
