Poor for the price avoid if you can

Charged me twice & ignored my requests for a refund! I ordered a delivery online, they rang me to advise I'd made an error, they cancelled the order & told me to reorder which I did. I was then charged twice! I've asked for a refund on the cancelled order but have just been ignored! The food was not even that nice!

Perfect pepperoni and Onion pizza and star special pizza. Star special ham pepperoni, onion and green pepper. Friendly server top marks service and taste. Highly recommend.

We couldn't decide which pizza there's so much choice so ordered the 1/2lb burger. Only order this if you're REALLY hungry! Thoroughly enjoyed it, very quick collection and lovely staff. Will definitely order again.

We are staying for a week’s holiday in Shilbottle and found what I think is one of the best, if not the best, pizza takeaways in the land. Tonight had the Burger Box for £9, which included 1/4 lb burger, chips, 3 onion rings, 5 chicken nuggets and choice of can of pop, whilst wife had the cheese nachos. Excellent value and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, particularly as the burger bun was toasted (I hate the otherwise soggy burger bun). Plus the chips are proper chip shop style chips, rather than of the frozen variety ie cooked from fresh. Shout out to the member of staff who served me as she was so pleasant and helpful, saying my order would take about 10 minutes so suggested I wait in the car and she’d bring the order out to me when ready. That’s service! Ps word of advice it’s cash only.

Hi great service and our food was fantastic very pleased the only thing yous forgot to put our 2 garlic dips in the order ,so hopefully next time I order I get them then thank you 😊

Very poor food, normally the food is really nice but not this time, pizza base's were not cooked properly, very soggy 😒

The food is absolutely delicious. We ordered while on holiday. I just wished this take away was close to home-!!

Our favourite place for pizza - we've been regulars here for the past year. We always get veggie pizza, chips, garlic bread, and garlic sauce for collection or delivery. The chips are amazing, like proper chip shop chips. The garlic bread is easily the best we've had too. On the very rare occasion we've had any mix up, the staff have been really helpful to sort things out.

We ordered from here as we where staying in caravan park. Good food and absolutely brilliant service in the end.we spent a lot of money about £45 however they didn’t give us anything free UNTILL I mentioned it was someone’s birthday so they said they would give us a free cheese garlic bread. However when deliver come no free garlic bread I phoned them and they said they would deliver it and true to Nicole word we got it delivered. Only thing is I think you should start giving free bees on ordered over so much money to get more people coming back for it to be worth the money
