I've been ordering from this place for nearly a year. In the last two orders the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if they changed the chef or not but the food there used to be delicious. In the last order I made I ordered a Shizuan sauce beef with Egg fried rice and the side chicken balls. Where to begin. The rice was black it was overcooked. The Shizuan beef was basically few pieces of undercooked meat with a tone of bamboo and you could barely see the sauce and the chicken balls,they were not ball, I'd guess they were nuggets(?) and they were not cooked properly. I don't know what went so terribly wrong in this order. I really hope they didn't change their chef cause the food used to be delicious and now it seriously sucks. And it took over an hour to arrive.

The food was amazing, delivered on time and delicious! We ordered a variety of things and each was was very tasty! I recommend the prawn sweet and sour!

Friendly staff, very clean. My wife is American and she says it's the best Chinese/Oriental food since coming to England (some 30 years ago). In our opinion the food is exceptional and finally a Chinese takeaway where each dish has its own taste!

Went in, tried to order some food. The person over the counter was extremely polite. However, they got our order wrong, even when I said I was allergic to onions and if they could remove them, I was reassured that was OK, and assumed adjustments would be made. It appears that we, in fact, got double onions. As well as generally getting what we ordered incorrect. Everything was cooked nicely! Expensive, however

Belladona DriveFabulous service from the moment we walked in. Relaxing, friendly atmosphere. Staff are extremely polite and couldn’t be more helpful. Food was served hot! and tasted delicious. Steak cooked perfectly. Thanks for a lovely experience we will definitely return

Boongate Retail ParkMe and my family have had Breakfast/Dinner here many times and it's always been first class. The service, food, cleanliness etc has always been great. The staff couldn't be more helpful. :-)

Boongate Retail ParkGreat dinner out for Mother’s Day! We ordered full rack of ribs (really yummy), Margherita pizza - cooked to perfection and I had beef lasagne with a side salad and fries. The beef lasagna was amazing and a really big portion! Really good desserts too - a cheesecake, the chocolate fudge brownies and I had my favourite apple crumble and custard. We were stuffed! This Frankie & Benny’s is always great, has very attentive staff who want you to have great service and really yummy food! We do think we preferred the large menu choices before ' known but understand why the menus have been reduced. Prices have gone up too but no different to everywhere I guess. Compared to Wildwood, where we went tonight, F&B’s is 100% way nicer! Really good vegan menu too!
