the kebab was just literally hot chilli sauce whan I asked for sweet chilli. the bread was rock hard and the chips were a soggy mess

I didn't received the correct order i received donner meat in stead of chicken ( do not like donner meat ) very disappointed

amazing lamb, tasty, had the large and a great portion. I would have expected to have a selectook of salad and sauces as part of the ordering proceaa. but worth the money when compared to other places

Chicken Shawarma was dry and Lamb Shawarma was dry, chewy, and about 50% genuinely inedible. They’ve been a bit inconsistent in the past but don’t think we’ll risk it again.

was 20 minutes late. Food was horrible as it was cold had to microwave it so it was soggy and horrid Guy didnt seem to care he was late and tried to charge me £7 more then what it costed. absolutely disgraceful I EXPECT COMPENSATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn’t turn up but says delivered, tried to phone restaurant 8 times and no answer every time, im usually a regular and have never had a problem before so disappointed 😞

Calzone was undercooked, cheese wasn’t melted inside properly and meat wasn’t warm inside calzone.

Put the phone down on me when I asked why takeaway took ten minutes to arrive. I asked why it arrived so early as website says it takes thirty to sixty minutes to arrive and what time they sent it. Star kebab put the phone down. I don't believe my order was sent out.

my daughter was stabbed in the cheek by a small hard black wire, that was inside her chicken shwarma wrap. tried to call the place and let them know and they just kept saying they couldn't hear me. normally love this place but this is unacceptable

Called the supplier half an hour after the expected delivery time and was promised a call back. Never got a call. Called again and eventually spoke to somebody who could speak clear English. I think we managed to agree delivered to wrong address.

£8 for 2 strips of rubbery week-old meat cut in half with a bit of rice. Terrible value, terrible food.

Best takeaway in Warrington. Always get shawarma there, chips are so good, especially with garlic sauce. Love them, the zinger is good as well though.

Pizza and kebab great as always, just wish the naan bread was a bit thicker and softer. But it’s a minor complaint on what is always great food.

This has got to be one of the worst takeaways I've had. Not recommended. I didn't eat it, what a waste of money. This food is only good if you're coming back from a night out pissed and your taste buds are gone. However, the staff are polite and friendly.

The order status was changed to delivered before it arrived.

my order was not delivered and its saying it is. I would like a full refund please. I am. l am now on my way to the kebab place to find out why they have not answered the calls.

Had a special kebab very nice with salad only letdown not fresh nann bread, fast service and take cards and got a receipt definitely recommend and will be back to eat again Garlic bread with cheese very good and lots of cheese

Visiting the area and looked on a well known 'Eats' app and picked STAR KEBAB (Warrington). We were NOT disappointed - Hot, tasty food delivered sooner than the estimated time. Easy to order and very friendly delivery driver. Ordered pizza, garlic bread, kebab and chips, plenty to go around, all the family fed and happy and even a bit left over for later. Would definitely recommend 5*.

It use to be my favourite place but went downhill to the point of 0 higene rating, food just become awful and you can clearly tell that staff didn't care at all. I Hope they going to turn things around and get better.

6 pounds for a very very small dry tasteless chicken kebab.How can you make the bread so dry it fell in bits?

Never leave reviews but this just wasn't the best to be honest, ordered a pizza deal for a 12 inch pizza chips and and drink with 2 burgers everything was dry and had no moisture to it, the cheesy garlic bread was especially hard, the base was like cardboard. From reading other reviews I guess this is a reoccurring problem, everything was also cold which normally I wouldn't make a fuss about but the fact the food wasn't that nice anyway just made it worse, loads of ways to make improvements here.

Forgot half of my order. The driver had an argument with me at my door I then rang star kebab, they was speaking to me like I was a kid poor customer service. And the food was not nice

Ordered on Uber eats. Sent me the wrong item. Said he would send out a new one a replace, rang back he lied out his back teeth saying we rejected the new one. Horrible liars. I've spent so much money here, but new owners or new staff are poor and the food quality is shocking now.

Wouldn’t order from this place, staff are damn right rude for starts Driver crashed into a neighbors car and has consistently all day started with threats… Rang the shop to make them aware and the woman stated that “I know he’s on the phone to you” screaming and shouting all sorts Would not recommend at all
