Star Kebab House in Warrington

The meat was fine, although a lot less than normal it was bulked out with fries.. which isn't specified on the menu and it's never came with them in the past. (I don't eat fries so it's a waste)

The food was okay, not worth how much I paid. Quite disappointing. The chips were soft and pizza wasnt to my taste. I wont be ordering from here again

Delivery driver was really friendly and early

did not receive chips for the meal deal did not put salad on burger

The pizza Was cold and the wrap was stale. When I called they said they would send a new one out. After waiting I called back only for them to tell me they hadn’t sent a new one out then proceeded to argue with me about the pizza being fresh. They then asked for the old food back (which I gave. Just found it really weird). Overall a bad experience from a usually good food place

Calzone was awful. Dough and chips. No cheese, no tomato sauce. The wraps were awful as well. No sauce Cold chicken.

order didn't even get delivered I am not going to use just earts anymore.

Food is always amazing,so fresh and hot and tasty,the cheese garlic bread and donner meat and chips is always spot on,always fresh and never rubbery like most places. Definitely our go to place,been ordering here for years and it never disappoints,my daughter and son in law come up from Liverpool whenever they want a star because they can’t get anything that even comes close in Liverpool.

The meat was charred. It was inedible, it was all black.

their spicy chilli sauce is the best . Just hot enough

Both pizzas I ordered was both spicy when they wasn’t supposed to be, the tomato sauce shouldn’t be spicy sadly I couldn’t finish either pizza and had to throw both of them away waste of £15… not a happy bunny :(

chicken hard, as if dried out, too much sauce spoils the rest of the taste, overall I do not recommend it, I ordered it last time

I Would Like Refund Please. Food was cold to the bone. when i rang the restaurant they were very rude. "yeah yeah bro be there in a second". 30 minutes later it arrived. Very por calzone. Don't order here. Again i would like a refund. Terrible service. i will post this on social media i have screenshots of the arrival time and s vudeo of the delivery guy walking to my flat. Thanks

Excellent food, very tasty, I’m a BIG man and I always order an extra nan because I know that even with a small portion of, there will be enough leftovers to make another meal tomorrow.

no chips in the order that I placed, friendly over the phone but the food quality is very poor

got the sauces wrong on the order so chilli sauce on chicken burger meant it couldn't be eaten and the mayo was on the kebab. but arrived earlier, would have preferred it to be right rather than early though 🤷‍♀️

Food has not arrived but marked as delivered.

Ordered at 18:00, was assured of delivery between 18:45 and 19:05. At 18:40 it updated to say out for delivery, at 19:00 it said it had been delivered. At 19:15 I rang the restaurant and was assured it had been out for delivery for only 10 minutes, I live 15 minutes away. Food finally arrived at 19:34, delivery driver just dumped it in my hand, not a word. Food was stone cold and inedible, gravy wasn’t just thick, it was so cold it was solid, cheese was no longer melted, or even soft. NOT HAPPY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. MASSIVE SCAM We ordered at 1am, to be called and told they're closed so we wouldn't be getting our food. We then had to call countless times for the next hour to get a refund. We were even told at one point we were receiving our order. They avoid calls and speak nonsense, feels like they were hoping we would count this as a loss. After saying we would go to the shop in person they issued a refund within seconds.

Order came wrong and then tried to tell me I’ve got to wait an hour and a half for my Donna meat to come. Vile man on the phone, very rude and not customer friendly at all. He even buttoned me. Wouldn’t dream of recommending this place to anyone!

Every thing was great but items were missing from the order. No chance of making a kebab without any Naan been waiting a hour now for it to arrive after being told it’ll be here in five minutes ………

Chicken Shawarma was dry and Lamb Shawarma was dry, chewy, and about 50% genuinely inedible. They’ve been a bit inconsistent in the past but don’t think we’ll risk it again.

Didn’t turn up but says delivered, tried to phone restaurant 8 times and no answer every time, im usually a regular and have never had a problem before so disappointed 😞
