Ordered my food online I had a call saying one item unavailable offered me a huge option of replacements, some more expensive no extra charge, food delivered really quickly, piping hot and really delicious, will be ordering again soon, big thanks to Star Fish & Chips

Customer service was awful. Cant even speak english. RUDE AND ARROGANT. If you cant understand why work here? Repeated the samw question over and over again. Chicken was pink. Absolutley awful!!!!! Please dont order from here. Not worth it. Rip off. Better off going elsewhere

Got severe symptoms of food poisoning. Not happy at all me and my partner have been violently ill. Never ordering from here again. 🙁

These guys have the worst customer service Go to Crispy Cod you will be way better off than giving these idiots your money with better food better price and great customer service you will be enjoy your meal better...

The food from this place is amazing. It’s comes hot. Not cold like other Uber Delivered meals. Tastes great, costs a little more than other shops. But well worth the extra premium. I will be ordering from here again.

First time ordered from here and must say chips were great chips came wrapped in foil and were lovely and hot we will definitely be ordering again

The chicken was dry and tasted awful. Just avoid but again you don’t have to take my word for it.

Ordered chicken tandoori and rotti, it was the worst food i ever had. Chicken was rotten and smells really bad.

My sister ordered from here, it's awful! Chips were burnt and fish was stale. Called to complain was offered a fresh order, if you cannot get it right first time what gives you confidence it will be good second time around. Management lack customer service skills to resolve issues.

Absolutely $H!T poor customer service when my order was wrong. Had missing items and the items I did receive were freezing cold to touch. Avoid at all costs. Would rate lower than 1 star if I could it was that bad. Chap on the phone sounded like he couldn’t give a flying FU(k. VILE.

Absolutely perfect, friendly owners, new owner happy to please and accommodate. Me and my wife have been here quite a few times now, and the shop is clean and tidy, owner is really friendly and chatty, and is happy to cook fresh on request. The first time me and my wife visited Star Fish and Chips we had Roe and Chips. The roe was a good 2cm thick, and cooked to perfection. Delicious. We’ve had kebabs and even a deep fried Mars Bar which is divine and worth a try if you’ve never experienced such a delight. However tonight I tried the Star Burger, its 2x quarter pound patties, bacon, double cheese, 3 onion rings, onions cooked a tomato/sweet chilli sauce and dressed with salad. Absolutely amazing, definitely one of my favourites. My wife tried the southern fried chicken, perfectly cooked and most of all cooked fresh. This chippy is one of the best well worth a visit. Many thanks to the owner and staff for cooking great tasting food.
