1 Classic Cheese Stack Burger was missing from order.

Order arrived almost an hour late. Chips were soggy and chewy they were practically inedible. Also, one of the beef burgers we ordered had been mistakenly sent as a chicken burger (not even on the Stacks menu, and one of us is allergic to chicken). After ringing up, the manager told us the only option was to “come collect the replacement burger ourselves”.

I will NEVER order from Frankie & Benny’s (Stacks Burgers) again. I tried cancelling the order when they decided to change the delivery time to suit themselves. The app allows you to select your own delivery time, and I had booked my slot almost two hours in advance. It completely defeats the purpose of offering that feature if they can just ignore it. I specifically chose that time because of work commitments, and in the end, I never even got to have the burger because I had to leave for work!

This was shocking we never got our food, never delivered but ticked as delivered. We waiting over 2 hours for this and couldn’t even get in touch to find out what was going on. Very poor and I want my money back

No care when delivered. Completely scammed us by not adding any of the extras, when contacting Uber eats they said that they couldn’t refund it due to too many previous refunds, only reason for that is cuz my order is constantly getting messed up. Do not waste your money here! £50 for some shitty burgers with loads of things missing.

All good was flat cold delivery time changed 30 minutes so my guess was that the food was just sat there

wrong food delivered. delivery time put back half an hour. food luke warm

time the food arrived was freezing cold just kept pushing it back over and over again with the delivery. chips stale due to them being cold not worth the money

I paid extra for the Hickory BBQ stack burger, and was given the regular BBQ burger. Fries were flat cold, but otherwise the order was right. Disappointed.

Ordered from here before but not very often. But the quality of the food seems to have decreased. Ingredients taste cheaper and the mozzarella sticks were undercooked

Dietary Requirements not met, I submitted a request for No Mayonnaise due to an egg allergy. Burger then comes smothered in Mayonnaise

the driver was not happy complaining its to far a distance and asked me not to order again. which is a shame as it was amazing food. which I really liked.

of all our orders, tonights was the only time we could slightly "complain" and thats because it was cooler than usual. the tenders and mozz sticks were hot but the chips and burgers were noticably cooler than usual. having said that it was still more enjoyable and filling than half the menu from the golden arches will ever be!

The food was perfect it was worth every penny only downfall was that there's no option to remove salad etc and when I put in in capitals in the notes to remove they never did it except that it was the best burger I've had in a long time

Ordered online. Took over an hour to arrive. It was cold. Missing all of the starters. We paid £3.50 to upgrade to loaded brisket fries and it came with a pathetic tiny amount of brisket.

Really nice burger. Burgers cooked to perfection. Definitely order again.

That was impeccable, the double loaded beef tower stack is probably a good meal for just about anyone, plenty of bacon and brisket. Seemed like a good 3/4lb or so of nicely cooked beef in all, Cajun fries are only really medium spicy but the Smokey flavour is a proper winner and the bbq brisket loaded fries would make a very nice hot boxed snack to keep you warm. Both thumbs up 👍👍

The food was good, but the burger smelt like fish which made it less enjoyable.

Ordered online and said it was on it's way, then it was cancelled because the road is closed which they would have known but, they could of gone another way. Now we have credit with deliveroo not a refund.

No onion rings in the double loaded beef tower stack burger. An extra £6 for an extra burger patty and a tiny bit of beef brisket… 1 very crispy bit of bacon in the smokey stack burger. How very disappointing! First and last time ordering.

£34.43 for the 2 person meal deal. burgers were delicious, but the portion of fries was not worth the money. barely any fries. expensive compared to other takeaway options but still enjoyed the food

We had a delivery from them. The food is well packaged. However, their burgers are pretty basic and dry on taste - not worth the price. The amount of toppings very low as well. The ingredients they use are of low quality as well (my opinion). It's not worth it.

After just eat messed up our first order we placed the same order again which was successfully delivered. The food was delicious and clearly cooked fresh. The restaurant very kindly added free treats to apologise for the incompetence of just eat!

The burger was bland. The fries had far too much sauce on, they were swimming in the stuff. I love loaded fries, but these were a sloppy mess! The brisket did taste good though.

Disgusted! - Ordered, was told it was delivered but I am still waiting for the food. Not even a contact number to call them and find out what is happening!

Pathetic 'restaurant' if you can call it that. Clearly frankie and benny's can't actually handle the orders for both enterprises. Food turned up cold for one thing. I also made a, what I felt simple, request of no mayo and no lettuce on one burger which they translated as send two burger patties. Spent £13 for two burger patties and I now have to faff around with uber eats to try and get a refund for. Will not be bothering to order from here again.

Never got my order, cannot contact as there is no contact number absolutely horrendous place, tracking the driver on app and he was 2 mins away. All of a sudden said was delivered and never showed up.

Delivery took a while but the burgers are fantastic. Tasty sides too. Will definitely order again.

Great food. Very tasty and good quality. Really enjoyed it. Only issue was I asked for no lettuce and there was still lettuce so had to pick it off getting sauce everywhere.

Food arrived late and cold. It was due to be here between 8:50 and 9:10 and arrived at 9:50pm.

A little more expensive but defiantly worth paying extra food was amazing will be ordering again!

Only received 1 bag of my 2… I lost over £30 of food and got told there was nothing they could do over the phone and had to do it through just-eat… blaming the driver so either they stole it or they didn’t send it

Don’t read notes when ordering. Repeatedly have asked for no salad. Completely ignored.

Burger and chips were very nice. However I ordered a £3 tub of double choc ice cream and reviewed clotted cream and strawberries instead. Not great when your allergic to strawberries

Gave a note on the order to remove some the mayo off the burger and this wasn’t done it’s not hard to check the note it was even printed on the delivery bag and wasn’t fulfilled

1st time I've ordered from Stacks, I ordered a BBQ Brisket Loaded Fries & a packet of Minstrals, what do I end up with? a packet of Minstrals! I've requested a refund and I won't be ordering from Stacks again!

We used to order here all the time but now they have removed their vegan burger we won’t be coming back! Shame! We ordered all the time. Great place to order

Food was great. The brisket fries were very tasty. Overall, very happy with the food. Delivery time was just over the initially recommended so not terrible.

Food was missing Cajun fries when arrived and food was luke warm.

Food was cold, but I've been here before and the quality is spot on, just a shame there wasn't enough drivers on today.

No real care taken to keep food warm when Packaged and no wings arrived with our order. £13.50p out of pocket waiting for deliveroo too "investigate" terrible service. I'd sooner eat saw dust before giving this restaurant your hard earned money. 👎🏼

It was three minutes away, then marked as delivered and never turned up. This is the second issue I've had with just eat delivering terrible service and offering me no updates or transparency. I place little blame on the driver, but after an hour and a half I'd expect more information from the restaurant - even if it's just "we're busier than normal at the moment".

Order was late. Burgers were dry very little sauce on them and burger buns were both stale. Mozzarella sticks were under cooked. Very little chips for what you pay for them. To top it off it’s was all cold when it arrived. Don’t waste your money and go to five guys.

First order from this store my ice cream was missing. Now second order I ordered 10 chicken wigs they sent me 5, I ordered 15 donots they sent me 10. This must be the most horrible place to buy food. Ripping customer of their money. Really poor service. I can't imagine this. Terrible liars.

The service was poor. My order was due to arrive at 29:55 and turned up at 20:20. There was missing items from my order, 3 packs of chips and a garlic sauce. The burgers were cold and poor quality!!

We ordered our food, it was out for delivery & then never arrived but order was marked delivered. We called the company and as it was placed through Deliveroo they said they couldn’t do anything & that it’s likely the driver had stolen it. Do not place an order through Deliveroo.

It was ok... which makes it expensive for what it is. And who sells a burger without fries? The cost implies fries come with it, so was doubly disappointed. Glad I ordered mac and cheese as an 'extra' side, which turned out to be my only side. Save money, buy elsewhere.

Unfortunately the driver couldn’t find the house even though it’s on the Main road and well signposted. By the time the food got delivered it was cool and not upto usual standard, how ever as we were very hungry, it was heated and eaten. Sorry.

Cheese stack burger was hard and cold, also came with no cheese or gherkins. Ordered whisky sauce as well which wasn’t sent. Fries were cold and stodgy.

Our order arrived quite late and I think due to this the food quality was affected. The burgers were colder than I would've hoped and the sweet potato fries were soggy. We ordered onion rings and unfortunately they weren't cooked and my son's burger had 2 bottom bun halves (not that this bothered him) Overall the food was nice and if it had arrived on time I think it would've been amazing! We will be ordering again and hoping for a better experience next time.

The Burgers have changed 🙈 stil ok but nothing near as good as what they use to be unfortunately.

Turned up 10 minutes early and was absolutely stunning, no other words needed.
