Mix up over the Pizza was great couldn’t find the mushrooms only small amount put on as they were under the cheese.so did order extra mushrooms as well but never got them !! 😟 bit disappointing as I do love mushrooms 🍄‍🟫

Food was nice as usual but order was wrong. Was supposed to have chicken nuggets but got donner meat instead. Added an extra topping to a pizza but didn’t receive. Not the end of the world just a tad annoying!

with each order there is less and less food and there is always something missing.After contacting the restaurant they are not interested in the customer.I do not recommend

Phoned up tonight to place an order to have nothing but abuse hurled down the phone at me because the member of staff on the phone confused me with another customer off my street who orders from them, I was also told that I am never aloud to order from them again and told me the customers name and address which isn’t mine! Absolutely disgusted at the way I was spoken to will never be placing an order with this company again, definitely would not recommend to anybody

great quality kebab meat and pizza

Ordered half and half and the box had clearly been tipped because all the other side of the pizza was on to the plain side. The boss was very rude to me and asked me what he wanted me to do about it, then said it’s not his problem and hung up.. do not recommend!

Been coming here for nearly 3 years but tonight I was a very disappointed paid nearly 9quid for a family size donner and chips and got the size I would pay for 6quid the chips were soggy and no taste and the donner meat was just dripping with grease hoping it's just a one off

Very poor customer service. Over 2hours delayed for a delivery, no communication, no updates. When we rang, we got told the driver has attended, knocked and no-one responded. Unfortunately that's a lie, we have cctv in place. This is really disappointing 😞

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Ordered a chilli burger for my husband, what came was beef burgers with garlic sauce and jalapeños, not the picture on the website shown as beef burgers with bolognese and onion rings. Rang the shop to discuss this and was rudely told the website is wrong?! Apologetic but offered no alternative. Will never use this shop/restaurant again!

Ordered 4 pizzas, waited over 2 hours to be told they'd delivered them to the wrong address and was now closed and couldn't make anymore. Guy on the phone was adamant telling me that we had got the pizzas and was lying! Terrible service and never going back!!

Food came without necessary ingredients, used uber eats app and they sent a wrap with just meat. Employees are rude and unhelpful.

Not sent full order, put comment on order to say please send chips they sent 1 chips for 2 meals and tried saying didnt come with chips on just eat have been on just eat to check and all pasta orders come with chips so wont use again as didnt fulfill order twice even when I spoke to them

Got a pizza undercooked to hell, way too much cheese and ive had the runs for 3 days now. If you want a good pizza go to the ORIGINAL Stars. If you want food poisoning then fill ya boots.

Twice now we have attempted to order via UberEats to get it delivered to Broughton…and twice it has been cancelled! On the app it clearly states that they deliver to Broughton, obviously not if they keep cancelling. Maybe just take Broughton off your list if you don’t deliver here!

Ordered via Uber Eats, food arrived on time, was hot, nothing was missing. We ordered a pizza deal, the pizza was square which was a pleasant surprise and was very good. Cheesy garlic bread was excellent and the chicken kebab was very nice. I have to admit I ordered from the wrong restaurant, but they have gained a new customer as our meal was excellent.

Won't use again food was late as ordered from just eat. I put in customer comments to give information about no cheese on spaghetti due to not liking cheese it came with cheese if this was someone that was serverly allergic they could off gone into anathalatic shock and this could off killed them take away place needs to read delivery comments on just eat and listen to customers will not be using again

Ordered 2x chocolate fudge cake from here. Was so looking forward to it. For it to come frozen with cream on it 😂 anyone with common sense knows to put cream separate. When ringing them nothing was done and I was told I'm the only person to ever complain. Clearly dont know standard food practice. Wont order from here again.

Food is pretty Meh but guys are friendly, they don't sell cheesy bites even though its in all the main pictures lol. They do sell a few wierd bits though which makes me keep going back like hot and spicy pizza breads...

Fantastic service and tasty food

Ordered a mexican passion pizza. Taste was brilliant, it tasted fresh and had nice large chunks of chicken. Dough was nice and spongey not gooey. Dough was white in the verry middle underneath too soft slightly undercooked. Other than that full marks for a very nice tasting pizza

Ordered at 5.30 with half hour lead time, 7 o'clock and three phone calls and still no food, food arrived at 7.10 absolutely bone cold and inedible. Offered a free can of coke really!!! Dont bother 😠

The delivery was 20 minutes late and the order came with the wrong ingredients on both pizzas and also the wrong dip, first and last order.
