The sandwich platters are great value for money and really fulfilling! Great selection of fillings on white/granary bread - perfect for a party or business meeting and takes all the hassle out of making them! Will definitely use again!!

normally really good but this time hot food was stone cold. I know it wasnt the driver as the very tiny ammount of best butter i had wasnt even melted to it must of been cold when it set off. normally comes wrapped in foil too but bot today. must be an off day.

1/2 cooked Chicken with maggots yes with maggots. Returned it & all HE could say is ,sorry about that would you like a free sandwich. Avoid avoid avoid.i do every day I walk past. Wait with apprehension , to see admission.

Don't know what is going on but orderd a ham salad and when I opens it they was only one slice of the thinnest ham known to man, then a quarter of a piece on the other side, so one and a quarter pieces in total, stingy that, never use ne like that there, that I wil find another gem now, price you pay you would expect to atleast taste the ham

I've been a customer of Pickles for years as their sandwiches are my favourite. This is the first time ordering on here and the quality is just as fantastic. There was a slight issue (to do with the app) and they couldn't have been nicer and gave us some treats. Definitely the place to order if you want good quality food and maybe something tasty but healthy. We ordered a wrap, a sandwich, a chicken salad and two pork pies.

Amazing place no idea how anyone can leave a negative review, the shop is always busy with the best sandwiches the queue tells you more than the idiots on here

I had an appalling experience with St Anne's Fine Foods and would strongly advise others to steer clear. We ordered a coronation chicken sandwich along with some sides, including meatball pasta. To our disbelief, they stacked all the sides onto the sandwich. Who in their right mind would do that? When we called to complain, we were met with complete indifference. To our surprise, the rude man on the phone turned out to be the owner! He claimed that’s how the order comes through from Just Eat, effectively washing his hands of any responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, he told us to contact Just Eat to fix his menu. Seriously? A complete lack of customer service and an unwillingness to own their mistakes. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere—this place doesn’t deserve your time or money.

they put the sides on the sandwich and the owner was extremely rude on the phone suggesting we should contact justeat to get his menu changed.

You have sent one large hot pot that cost 8.99 and we paid for 4 individual hot pots at 3.80 each. The hot pot is cold this is the second time we have received cold food and I stated in the notes please can this be hot .

Truly fresh and delicious food, first time ordered with them and will definitely be back !

I usually love this place, especially their soups! However, the one downside is the consistently unfriendly service. Unfortunately, today wasn’t the first time I left feeling as though I was being looked down on. There’s something about the way you're made to feel like an inconvenience just for ordering. It felt like I was holding them up simply by making my order. I ended up paying without getting everything I initially wanted. If the staff was quicker the lady behind me who ordered after me wouldn't have got the last 2 soups. It’s not my fault if your memory can’t recall what was ordered and you have to ask ‘anything else’ over and over. I’m nothing but polite when I come in. Given the number of reviews mentioning poor customer service, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. I understand it’s not easy standing on your feet for hours, but I hope this feedback encourages a friendlier attitude in the future. TIA

Lovely staff and great sandwiches. My favourite place to go if I want to grab something quickly! The food is really good quality and the roast chicken is fab. It’s freshly roasted in the shop and you can tell it’s fresh hen you eat it

St Anne's Fine Foods, or Pickles as i've known it for what feels like 20 years? is just a really good store...their sandwiches have always been top tier at an affordable price, and the pork pies are insane! Not just that, they've now started delivering, which means that my work from home lunches have become a lot tastier! I ordered previously and unfortunately some items were missing, I informed the store of this and they apologies and offered me some freebies on my next order. I have just got that order and the willingness to own up to a mistake and rectify it makes me want to be a repeat customer (even though I already am). Plus they even left a note with another apology. It felt sincere and I feel thats what Pickles has been this whole time, a wholesome, sincere, tasty company.

I cannot fault the food from here whether purchased in the shop or via the app, I was disappointed today, not with my order but with whoever delivered it, they buzzed my intercom but by the time I opened the door, it had been left in the front porch and the driver was nowhere to be seen, could have been taken by any of the other tenants in my block.

First time ordering from here and it was absolutely amazing! Realistic delivery timescales too! Super service! Delivery driver was immaculate and so nice too which makes a refreshing change. Food was probably the best we have had. Recovering from major surgery so wanted a few salad boxes and sandwiches! Usually find places are stingy with the chicken, tuna or whatever.....not here! Was fully loaded and tasted delightful! Kids tuna mayo sandwich was "ace"! Comolimentary old school cake too which got me all emotional........if you haven't tried here.....get ordering as you won't be disappointed! Absolutely top notch

Delicious food served by fantastic polite staff

I came here a few months ago and the staff were rude when I was looking to order a sandwich, ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Decided to give it another go today thinking it may have been that particular staff member and the customer service was still awful. The server was rude despite me asking him politely for a cardboard tray to protect my eggs. He was argumentative and needs customer service training, would go as far to say that many of them need it, including the old blonde woman. There is no hygiene standards as he served me raw bacon, sausages and was touching cooked food. Would recommend going to Gigli for your bacon and sausages. Much better service, hygienic and good quality. Looking at other reviews, there seems to be a pattern of rude customer service Response to owners comment : If eggs are put in cardboard every time maybe you need to train your staff as my purchase was not packaged correctly. In regards to my hidden agenda in regards to staff? What would that be and what would I gain from it? Surely you as a business should apologise for the poor customer service I received and look to rectify the issues many people are raising on here. Going off other reviews on here I'm not the only one who has experienced rude customer service.

Fantastic find in St Annes-on-the-Sea. Very busy little spot. Friendly service. Had a gorgeous proper pork pie with plenty of jelly, and a freshly made roast beef roll with salad. Absolutely delicious!

I visted Tues 5th Sept and was absolutely gobsmacked and left furious after I was told to "come on spit it out" from the narrow minded women behind the counter . I have a stammer so sometime's I struggle with certain words I expect that in a school playground not a narrow minded shop worker will never set foot in there again

Great sandwiches with a vast selection of fillings. Their white crusty bread is gorgeous. We also have to have the old school cake. Not cheap but high quality produce used. Our go to when in this lovely town

Love here for lunch however hate attending due to ignorant staff who are always chatting to each other about there family drama - 3 times I have visited recently and its always the same.

Came to this fabulous shop on holiday from Manchester & wow what a well stocked shop, butchers pies & got 2 home made turkey sanwiches which were best butties ever. Staff great , service too. Well worth a visit - despite rude customer next to me ! Will be back for more soon, Lvly.

Bacon is stale and hard to chew. Staff walked away when I was part through saying my order. Heard so many good reviews about here. Very disappointed. The food was microwaved, hence the stale taste.
